I highly recommend Bugco. Their customer service and attention to detail is impeccable. I called and scheduled for an appt but due to my full time work load, the next appt I could make was next Friday. The pests were driving me crazy and waiting a week seemed like an eternity. I saw a post from Chris at Bugco on Nextdoor and so I msged him and he was able to get someone to come out the next day on Saturday morning. Bobby came out and was so nice and attentive to detail. Highly recommend them! We plan to sign up for qtr prevention and other measures. read more

Brandon always goes above and beyond. Very professional and friendly. Definitely an asset to the company. Best of all - no more pest issues!! Love!! read more

My service technician just left, so I'm not able to review the results yet, but I will come back for that in a month or so. However, in the meantime, I did want to say that my technician, Jeff, was great! He was extremely professional, explained everything to me in detail about the treatment plan I selected, and he was great with my dog (a HUGE deal for me as she is my baby). He was careful to watch for her when he was spraying and, if she started to get close, he'd stop until I had a chance to get her away. He was efficient and fast and met with me after to discuss any trouble spots in my home that may attract more bugs. I am very impressed with the service already and am so glad I decided to set up regular service as I know I'm in great hands. Plus, they will come in between service dates for no extra charge if it becomes necessary. I'm a very happy customer! read more

We moved into a rental that had been sitting idle for a month. The place was overrun with spiders, wasps, ants, etc. Our technician, Clint, came out and did a great job. He was very thorough. There was a mishap with billing that Chris resolved immediately upon receiving knowledge of the issue. Thanks Chris and Clint for taking care of business. read more

Daniel just sprayed my home as a preventive. He is awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.

I am so thankful for the quick action taken by Daniel at BugCo to fit me in when I was stung in the night by a scorpion! He used a targeted chemical for scorpion specifically and was very thorough when he treated my house! I'm a BugCo customer for life! read more

Rachel and Forest are so helpful and explained everything I needed to know to eliminate my rodent problem. Offered solutions that were budget friendly while explaining to me the importance of the service that they offer as well. Very kind. Very respectful and I would recommend their pest control services. I'm looking forward to getting rid of Terminex and having them to take care of my household needs. Thanks again Rachel and Forest! read more

Very professional and courteous service at all levels that I have dealt with, totally paperless (!!!), Knowledgable about sources and types of insects and how to prevent them. Didn't seem too bothered by my current renovation-in-progress. I feel more than fine about keeping a maintenance plan with BUGCO. read more

Thank you so much for getting rid of the cockroaches!!! I absolutely hate them so much and I thought we were going to have to move. We had just moved to this building and I had been cleaning all the time but they just kept showing up. We have pest control in our building and it was doing nothing so I reached out to this company and it did take them two trips and a clean out to get rid of them but they are finally gone!!!! You have a client for life! read more

Great service and effective fast. I started having little roaches fly into the house when I opened the doors and was finding them in the kitchen. I called this company and they sent Cody out, he was awesome and explained everything. It's now about 2 weeks later and no more roaches. I have found a few dead ones on the kitchen floor but that's about it. Thanks Guys! read more

Hunter was very knowledgable and informative when I asked him questions about pest control. He did an amazing job providing pest control and carpenter ant service. Most importantly he was very friendly throughout whole process. 10/10 I would recommend BUGCO to everyone. read more

I have used Bugco twice in the past and I am very satisfied. The staff is such a pleasure to work with. I still had some ants after my first treatment and they came back out to treat again, no hassle or questions asked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

Clayton stopped by today and was great to work with. He knew his stuff and knew where to look for certain bugs and even found some in our pantry we weren't aware of. Gave us some helpful tips ! Awesome job. Would recommend! read more

These guys were quick at replying to my questions and giving me a quote via Yelp Messenger. I liked the price, it was reasonable, so I made an appointment. When the guy arrived he was really nice and well mannered. Well after the first visit, we were still seeing a lot of spiders and earwigs. We called them back because they say that they will come back within the three months we paid. Well the next time the guy comes he mentions that we need to to get weep hole covers and that he suggested we buy them and install them because if he does it, it would cost way more. We listened but didn't install because we've NEVER heard that from the other pest control companies we've had. (Isn't not covering them job security for pest control? I mean we don't have snakes and mice so..?) We still continued to see earwigs and spiders. So we call again, because it's within the THREE month period that we paid for and the girl that answers says they will not come and spray unless we cover our weep holes. She seemed new because my husband heard another lady in the background telling her what to say. WE'VE NEVER had a company deny us to come spray after we've paid for service and it's not working. My husband says that he's never heard of a company doing this and this is not right. Well the manager gets on the phone and starts apologizing for what the girl said. My husband told the manager why are you apologizing, she is just enforcing your rules??! So basically it was like he was throwing his customer service rep under the bus. The manager said that he will make an exception and come and spray our home again, but that we need to get the weep hole covers. Well my husband is irritated at this point and says for him to just cancel us out of their system. I didn't appreciate the first pest control company I had as much as I do now seeing how these companies try to get you to pay more and do more. I like a company to stand by their word when they say that they will come out free of charge within the three month period after they have sprayed, this company unfortunately did not. read more

I had BUGCO come out to my house for an inspection after hearing unsettling noises in my attic. First off, Justin (he's great, BTW) shows up on time! No one does that anymore. I was so grateful because I had a tight meeting to make at work. After an inspection, he offered a few solutions that I could do myself instead of having them back out and charging me more money. So nice of him! Because his professionalism and because he wasn't just there to charge me as much money as he could, I will be using them for termite treatment. read more

A rodent problem in my house let me to try to find an exterminator that could come quickly, since I wanted to deal with it as soon as possible. BUGCO was the top result on Yelp, and after scheduling an appointment with Daniel to come out the same morning I called, I was very pleased. Daniel walked me through everything he was going to do, explained all the components of the products he was offering, as well as identifying rat feces on my back porch, indicating that I was right to call them to handle the issue. Price-wise, they are extremely fair, and I didn't feel trapped into getting a service contract, like other places might. I did not hesitate to go ahead and spray the inside and treat the lawn for bugs, given he was already out here, and Daniel more than happy to assist, despite only being called for mouse/mice initially. BUGCO deserves every bit of the 5 star ratings they're getting, and a big shout out to Daniel for coming promptly and handling everything with friendliness, professionalism and courtesy. read more

Bugco makes the bugs go! I've been with Bugco for a while now. I'm glad I called them. They got rid of the bugs (ants, spiders, etc). They're very professional and accomodating. They send the same techs to your house, who's knows your needs and concerns. Germain goes to our house here in Katy, TX on a regular basis now for maintenance. We trust him, and he became our friend too. If you need a really good exterminator, just call them. They're the best. Owners Chris and John are always available when you need them. Thank you Bugco! read more

I chose Bugco because of its great reviews and I have to say that I'm very happy so far. Daniel just left a few hours ago and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and as personable a man as I could ever imagine. This review is not based on the exterminating because the just sprayed today, but if their bug-killing is anywhere near as good as their customer service, I'm going to be over-the-moon happy with them (and, just as Daniel predicted, I did come home to see one roach out in public during the daylight, but he's not doing well - that is very plain. So I'm optimistic. I'll come adjust my rating if something fails, but I'm betting it won't. P.S. Shout-out to Cade, the first person who picked up the phone when I called. He answered all my questions, called me back promptly when I called again, etc. All around nice guy. read more

Clayton was very thorough and pleasant, he went out of his way to check the whole house and even gave me some extra flea repellent.

Spoke with Bobby at the office to schedule an appt. He was super friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all. And he worked with my schedule to find a time that's worked for me. Update: Cory came by the house and sprayed. He was great. Was on time, called me beforehand, was courteous, and informative. read more

I use BUGCO for my quarterly service but needed a termite inspection. Brandon initially came and took lots of pictures and called in their termite expert to come out to give a better idea of possible termites. He was very honest and said he's like Jeff to do a thorough inspection to be certain if I had termites. Jeff Murrell came out today with Brandon and he was very knowledgeable and honest with my termite inspection. I haven't had any work performed yet but am relieved after speaking with Jeff on identifying the possible entry point for termites which they will treat. Their verbal quote seems reasonable and fair. I will provide another update once the work is done. read more

Absolutely a fabulous company. They stand behind their service and product. Their technicians are well educated and they carefully examine your property. I have had bugco service for a year now. I rarely write reviews but when I do it's for really good customer service or really bad ones, but this one was one to remember. Ashton was the pest expert that was assigned to assist me to get rid of the pest in my house and he did an amazing job helping me but he also went above and beyond to make my experience memorable and enjoyable. Ashton was welcoming as soon as he walked through the door and was just a kind hearted individual that loved his job but loved making people happier by getting rid of pest. He knew what he was talking about, he gave me tips for the future, helped me learn about pest, and connected with me and my family. Ashton went above and beyond and didn't just do the work that was asked to be done but made it memorable and an experience that was so great it makes you smile just thinking about it. Thank you for the service you did and thank you for keeping a smile while doing it! read more
