Horrible management. Placed an online to-go order. Said it would be 45 minutes. Got there and they had no idea where the order was. Had to wait while they made it. Wanted vegetables and was told they didn't have any vegetables at all. Meal was ready an hour after ordering. Got home and they forgot part of the meal. It's a chain - if you enjoy the food that this type of restaurant serves, this is as good a place as any to grab your dinner fare. The wait staff is typically young and inexperienced - but also fun and engaging. If you have an overly complicated or atypical order, there is a high possibility that it may not be as ordered - most of the time, I just go with the flow, but for people with sensitivities or allergies, it may be a dealbreaker. I really enjoy the boneless buffalo wings - there is a lot of flavors, and they are very flavorful and moist. I also enjoy the Texas Tangled Twists appetizer, which I get more than anything else on the menu - I often order it with grilled chicken added, and split it with a friend for a meal. Ok, first and foremost if you're going to this place just to throw a few back at the bar area you're fine. I enjoyed the bar and playing keno as usual. Now, when I look through the menu and find things that are enticing, I'll take an order home. When I got home, food ok at best but there isn't really any there. As far as the wings are concerned, it wasn't all of that to me. The wings didn't even appear to be fried because they still had the same color looking skin as if taken out of the package with just maybe being thrown on the grill to appear that it has been browned but wasn't. I already knew the ribs weren't smoked but got some anyway. They were ok at best. The kicker is, I spent like $24.00 on food which was a bunch of nothing but fries as there was no quantity at all. This place was pretty good actually. I was a little unsure at first because the host station area was a little sketchy and I wasn't greeted. However, our table was very nice, our waitress was amazing always checking on us but not annoyingly. Filled out our drinks when low and rushed our order when we told her we were in a movie. Food was very good, and the menu had a very southwest feel. The name matched the restaurant-you could smell the buffalo sauce when you walked inside. My shrimp and skirt steak was very favorable and my husband said he burger was good. Overall this place was really good and I would definitely go back. When I came in here I came with high expectations since I saw on yelp there was a 5 star review but as soon as I came in I was disappointed they seemed short on staff no one greeted us or the customers coming in also when we were going to order we had to servers fighting for our table they seemed very unprofessional. My family and I are frequent customers (we come in a few times a year). Most often my father and I come in for some wings and to catch up. Overall we have always had a good experience. The staff is funny and tends to be pretty attentive. The wings are always awesome. My only compliant is there are times when the servers (bussers?) don't wipe down the tables as well as they should. The new location is fantastic. Whoever did the decor did a great job. If you go without kids, have a beer on the roof. It is a great space and they have lots of great craft beer choices. Downstairs has a full service menu and lots of great summer menu items. Try the Impossible Burger which is the best vegan burger ever. The most hardcore beef lover would be pleasantly surprised how delicious it is. Buffalo's is hands down the best sports bar in the area. Do not base your opinion on the previous location. My order is brought out curbside. As she goes in with my card. I try a wing. Luke warm wings not hot. In which should have been some just coming out. Ordered the Sirloin steak medium well, and it arrived 35 minutes later very rare. My Ahi tuna was more cooked than the steak. After us standing around for 10 minutes he comes up to one of us and rudely says "you'll have to wait for me to see if we can help you" CAN HELP US???? They were drenched in seasoning. On my reorder, I asked for mild. They came out kinda spicy, drenched in sauce, and he also said he forgot to hit the extra crispy button. My daughter ordered a rice bowl. Once she started eating, she realized she wanted sour cream. Ten minutes later, when we saw him walking, we stopped him. He said they were making it. I never knew a wing place made their own sour cream. By the time she got it, she was almost finished eating. Big waste of fifty cents there, and the portion was much smaller than the ranch dressing for the celery. My water glass was empty most of the night. Every dish that was served to us was still on our table when we were finished eating. The final straw was when we were finished, it took asking 2 different servers and 15 minutes to get our check. Stopped by to grab a bite to eat and watch the World Cup. The servers are awesome but food service kinda slow. I ordered the mixed grill sirloin steak with chimichurri sauce and shrimp with jerk seasoning. I asked for the steak to be cooked medium which should be slight pink in the middle. What I got was well maybe well done and tough. There was hardly any chimichurri sauce on it and what was on there you couldn't even taste. The shrimp was over cooked and really did not have the taste of jerk seasoning. One side of the shrimp was burnt. I've been here before and enjoyed my meal but would not recommend their steak or shrimp. read more

Not all places make good boneless wings but Buffalo's impressed me with the quality of their meat and their wing texture. Yummy!! I love the new building, the staff was super friendly as soon as you walk in! The bar is a fun atmosphere and there are lots of TVs to enjoy whatever game you want to watch. We ordered the pretzel appetizer which was super yummy! The menu has lots of options, I love the Santa Fe cheesesteak wrap, it was delicious and of course my hubby loved the wings (their speciality) especially the Carolina Fire! After all of their issues with parking and traffic rerouting, we thought that we'd give them another try. But they didn't change our mind today. First, like the old restaurant, so many booths seem to be deigned by a female with a 20 inch waist. Lots of people just don't fit in them and since the booth and tables are nailed to the ground, there's not many options. We started with the Buffalo Cheese dip. While it was pretty good, the quantity was pretty small. As to their wings, yep, they are about the same. Their hot is really mild and they weren't that temperature hot either. Their size wasn't anything to write home about. I did have the sweet potato fries, they were hot and really good. The wife had the grouper tacos and they weren't that hot either. She said that they tasted decent though. So I guess that it's evident that they don't cook a lot of things "to order". They are sitting on a steam table waiting to be used. That's something that I would expect at cheaper process, but not at these prices. We'll be going back down the street to another wings establishment. read more

I had lunch with a group of friends yesterday at Buffalo's. It was the first time there since their remodel. The service was the absolute worse. Our waitress was rude, had a I don't care attitude, and unfriendly. She got drink orders wrong and told me to drink my ice tea that the girl next to me had already drank out of. She never refilled drinks. Yet, there was a group of men sitting behind us and she was very attentive and friendly. She got my bill wrong. She added it on to my friends. If she doesn't like her job, she should find another one. I'm not going to return to a restaurant where people are rude and don't do their job. The food was average.
