Wing and Philly is a truly a gem in Gwinnett! Some of the best wings in the area. The best wings and fried rice around. The wings are good size and the fried rice has so much flavor. The staff is very friendly, Amber is a such a pleasure each visit. Since covid, the dine in is closed. They have a window on the side of the building for easy pick up. I definitely recommend any wing lover to give them a try! During school, I legit came here almost everyday. I brought my coworker once and now she eats here frequently. Wow the chicken was great. The wings are on the small side. I thought that when I ordered 6 chicken wings, I would actually be 6 whole wings and not 6 total pieces. Very good customer service. Cashier was pleasant. The food is decently price. Even though the wings were small I will go back because it was soooooOO good! read more

Came here last Saturday after enjoying a winery tour at Chateau Elan (don't judge this is duality OK). I couldn't decide what I wanted so my bf just started rattling off options. I recalled we had passed a fish & wing place on the way to the winery so I settled on fish and hopped on Yelp to see what was popping. The place we passed had OK reviews but this place had better ones and wasn't too out of the way on our way home. The check in offer, a 10 piece wing combo for $6.99, didn't hurt either. We ordered extra hot wings, 3pc catfish, and a cheesesteak to share. The wings and fish came with fries, crinkle cut. Any wing spot worth anything serves crinkle cut fries (dont debate me lol). The wings were barely hot (in flavor not temp) but really good. Fried well and in seemingly fresh grease. The catfish was ok. I've had better batters. I'm partial to the super crispy thin coat of cornmeal. Living so close to Philly I have become a cheeseteak purist. A Philly is steak, cheese (whiz), and onions if like them, dassit. So I ordered ours without mushrooms, peppers, and mayo, which all come on the sandwich if you want em. It was all good. No disappointments here. Would definitely make another visit! read more

A bug came out of the soda machine into my cup. I informed the lady at the front and she ignored me. She acted like she did not care. She did not apologize for the incident. I paid for a combo and walked out with no soda or discount for not having a soda. read more

I am not reviewing food. I just wanted to point that out first. I went to their drive thru today...first time visiting ever..to order two meals. It was around 12:45-ish. There were a few cars in the lot, but none in the drive thru. At the speaker, after being greeted, I said that I would like one 10-piece wing combo. I have zero idea what the person said as it was muffled/unintelligible. (Please note that there is nothing wrong with my hearing.) I apologized that I was unable understand what had been said. There was another unintelligible something. I again apologized that I was unable to understand. I clearly heard "do you want anything else?" I asked "do I not get to choose the type of drink or sauce?" As I was trying to ask that, a very raised volume something was said, but it was so loud that it really was just an awful blast of noise. I said, "let's just cancel everything." And then pulled away and left. If there is such an issue with the drive thru speaker, and NO another vehicle is in line, please just ask the person to pull around and give their order at the window. I was trying to give you money and place an order and now, I have zero interest in trying again. I mean....polite and pleasant customer service costs you nothing...ZERO. Attitude and belligerence will cost you an immediate sale, probably future sales, and will almost always result in negative feedback on social media. Please do better. read more

Wings were cooked how I like them and seasoned well. The price was affordable and the drinks are HUGE. The staff was competent yet she was ducked down behind the counter on her phone until I walked inside so at first I thought the place was closed. Wasn't until I saw someone in their drive thru that I realized it was open. Okra was fried a little long but still decent. Definitely will be back for the price point and wings alone. Horrible customer service. I walked in & the Chinese lady at the counter looked me dead ass in the face as she's on the phone (personal call) & didn't say anything to me. She didn't even greet me. So I look at the menu for 2 mins and she says "you ready" super rude. I walked right out. That was enough for me not to eat the food. I'll pass. read more

This is the second time I've been here. And the SECOND time they haven't had any celery. The reason why you get takeout is so that you don't HAVE to go to the grocery store! Update on order! Much better but a little too greasy. If you get the garlic anything wing you will be burping garlic for a few hours after. However they have improved tremendously since 2016. In fact I stopped going to Langley Cafe. The wings at Wings&Philly's are much bigger now too. If you gave up on them in the past like I did, try them again. read more

Somethings going on in that corner... the house rice had 3 medium shrimp and what looked like chopped chicken patty that crumbled and had no taste! Super dry, over cooked wings and they forgot my ranch! Do you know what it's like to eat a 10 piece of dry wings with no dressing? Also, they give you a MOUNTAIN of fries, but they were so damn soggy. I'd rather have a normal human portion that are cooked and taste a bit more fresh than an endless supply of soggy potato. The people that left great reviews must have low standards. It took me a while to find the place because they have no outside lights. There was a possum in the parking lot looking for scraps but I'll overlook that. (Lights would probably have helped there) There was a line to order. They were way understaffed for a busy Saturday evening in football season but the one girl at the counter was working hard. The wings were not terrible but very greasy, not very flavorful and kinda small. If you live right around the block and don't mind greasy wings then ok but don't go out of your way. read more

I would give then 2.5 stars. I got the philly cheese steak and shrimp fried rice. The philly cheese steak was good, just small, but good. I would definitely order it again. The shrimp fried rice was HORRIBLE! Don't order it unless you want to be disappointed. I threw it in the trash. The rice was very mushy and old tasting. This place sucks!! I've eaten here twice and it's actually gotten worse. The wings are jumbo and wet, it's like eating baked chicken with sauce poured over it.
