From a doordash drivers perspective. Buffalo Wild Wings was on track for preparing orders on time for like 6 months. It's been slowly going downhill again. I understand food takes time to prepare, I understand the place is busy. How can you go from orders ready before the driver gets there to suddenly orders are exceedingly late? West Bend drivers have an on time metric. When restaurants are habitually late, the driver gets a late pickup and late drop-off contract violation. I would suggest customers to avoid ordering from Buffalo wildwings durring dinner rush 6pm-7pm. read more

This was my first and probably last time at this restaurant. I was with my son and daughter-in-law and their family. I ordered 15 boneless pieces of chicken with the sauces orange chicken,honey BBQ and sweet BBQ. None of them were good and I tasted zero orange, zero honey and no sweetness and a weird burnt after taste with them all. I ate one and a half of each flavor to be fair. Gross! I gave them to my adult son to take home. I ordered onion rings for my side that was not included. They were good but the oil they used needed changing. I ordered a soda and water to drink. The service was quite slow but they were busy. The server never refilled any of our waters or my soda and didn't even check on our table just when he took our orders,brought food and brought check. None of the meals were worth the price and quality was not good. My meal alone with soda and having to pay for a side with a tip was 38 dollars. Outrageous! I also left hungry as I couldn't eat anymore of the chicken. The business was quite loud but it was busy. So that was expected. The table was freshly wiped but not well. My son ate my chicken the next day for lunch and he agreed with me that the wings were not anything in the flavors I chose and had a bitter burnt after taste. I am surprised how busy they were as saw many around our booth sending their food items back. I should of sent my food back as should everyone at our booth but it had been a long day already and the grandkids and us adults just wanted out. Excessively long carryout waits and Door Dash pickups consistantly on slow nights and busy nights. General weight times for carryouts is 20-25 minutes. Restaurant Manager verbally indicates 45 minutes is norm. Need procedure review to streamline delivery to ensure timrly customer delivery and ensure customer satisfaction. read more

Ordered some boneless wings and chicken ranch sandwich with no tomatoes. I reiterated the point because the person it was for has a sever allergy. After making us wait over an hour we took our order and left. At home everything was ice cold and the sandwich had 2 thick tomatoes. Yes I should have opened everything and check it but it was late. Pretty sure everything we got was left overs from earlier in the night. This happened the last. Time we went there 18 months ago but decided to give them another chance. Bad decision. We ended up tossing most of the $50 in food in the garbage. We will never set foot in the west bend bww ever again. I really love Buffalo Wild Wings and I have continued to give this location another chance over and over again but I continue to be disappointed. The food is very hit or miss. Sometimes the wings are hot and well covered in sauce and others they are luke warm and very dry. The staff members tend to always be pretty friendly but never seem to be very attentive. I understand that at times there may be staffing issues but sometimes it just appears to be poor customer service. The atmosphere is the normal BDubs "Chain Sports Bar" and that's ok but I just really wish that this location could improve because the past few visits, I've left very disappointed. My husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in West Bend today. We had the best service we ever had today. We were seated right away even though they were busy. Our server, Nick got our food and drink orders right away. He also brought them as soon as they were ready. We had the House sampler and more boneless wings. The food and drinks were good as always. Horrible experience crappy waitress. I won't be back to this location. Our server, took our order. 10 boneless honey bbq and 10 boneless buffalo and chips and queso as an appetizer. She come out 25 min later with our wings and asks if there's anything else. I said still waiting for appetizer. She said they were still making it. What?!? She brings it out from the back and it sat somewhere so long the cheese had a hard layer on top. I sent it back. Told her I didn't want it anymore. This lack of service is so frustrating. Absolutely horrible experience. We went to watch the Timberwolves and we were cheering and rooting as you do at a SPORTS BAR. We were the only table that was told to quiet down and we did however other tables around us continued to cheer louder than we ever did. Before coming we were playing basketball and as you could imagine I was parched so I was drinking a lot of water. As it was endless boneless wing night it was busy here so as my waiter and two other waiters walked right past me at least 5 different times I filled up my own water as it is my right to get water. I was then told by a waitress, "bro don't do that ever again" the most unprofessional person i've ever experienced. Great service at a BWW? What? Time for an upgrade. This place must have been renovated since last year. Plenty of larger screen TV's and a few projection screens still here. I came here for lunch. They have lots of specials for under $8 the service was professional. Had my first experience with a captain. They are the ones wearing the white jerseys who greet customers arrange parties, change channels. Wing challenge. It is a new position for customer services. Amber offered to taste the new sauce from the test lab. And a variety of flavors of rubs and sauce. Steven was attentive with checking up with our food, sauce and drink needs. Food 4 Ambiance 5 the last renovation opened up the dining area and made the room less noisy as far as acoustics. Dining area look clear. And tables were cleared up quickly after meals. Its been a while since I have been at Buffalo Wild Wings in West Bend. Reason this sports themed restaurant was not in my top 5 list is price for the quality and quantity of food. Today was the day I Gave BDubs another chance. Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable of menu. I went with onion rings as an appetizer. Lots of warm zesty rings with enough to feed 2 to 3 ppl. Main course for me was the 6pc tenders and fries. The tenders are alot meatier than the past. Very juicy and tasty when combined with honey mustard. I also enjoyed that they now have Diet Mountain Dew on tap. And most importantly. Lots of TVs with all the sports you can absorb. read more

We are really trying to keep our local favorite restaurants running during these crazy times but it sure would be great if you would get what you ordered instead of the normal excuse that well the kitchen must have misread the order. I placed the order online. If the online system for the kitchen is that confessing well then fix it,,,. My online order was 20 traditional wings with a Lemon pepper dry rub and a Mango Habanero sauce on the side. Instead we got 10 Boneless with Lemon pepper rub and 10 Boneless with Mango Hananero sauce. Could'nt even eat the one with the sauce and we don't like boneless chicken nuggets anyway. We typically enjoy eating at this establishment. Our experience with takeout has been terrible. Smaller orders of tumbled boneless wings were packaged in cardboard containers that are soggy and stuck to the food by the time we got home (10 min). We also ordered 2 large 30 PC orders of boneless wings with sauce on the side...our sauce order was not correct, and there was no sticker or marking to differentiate between ranch or bleu cheese dips. Over all a very sloppy presentation as all the sauces were just thrown in the bag, which resulted in some of the ranch or bleu cheese dips to open. Wouldn't waste your money ordering this take out. I have been at this location twice now, and experienced poor service both times. The first time, the waiter dropped our food on the floor while he was serving it to us. He felt bad, but we understood, and said accidents happen. No big deal, so they just made a new order. But, we thought because we had to wait longer for our food, they would offer us a free drink or a discount on our food..but nothing!!!! The second time, I was served the wrong kind of wings, the waitress said sorry, and put in the order again. She told me to keep those wings, otherwise they will just be thrown away. But, to our surprise we got our bill and we were charged for both orders! We literally were being asked to pay for their mistake. Of course we refused, and then they took it off the bill. The only reason The rating is two stars is that the service and pretzel were ok. The boneless wings were not hot and the grill chicken wrap was sub par-chicken was dry and more tomatoes than lettuce and most of the fries were over done. Awesome bartender, great service, great conversation, great food. That would be the simplest way to describe my experience for lunch yesterday at B-Dubs. It's been well over a year since I've been to a Buffalo Wild Wings since I don't frequent corporate style restaurants nearly as much as I used to but I couldn't be more impressed with the food and the service I received today by the bartender who served me today. As a server myself, I prefer to avoid as much conversation as possible outside of work since I have so many random conversations with customers as it is but today was the first time in literally years where I sat there and had a thoughtful, casual conversation with a kindred spirit on a lazy Monday. Patrick was an excellent bartender, allowed me to sample one of the ales on tap that I never had (I didn't end up ordering it because I am partial to IPA's), and served me quickly and efficiently in regards to both drink and food. I rarely have seen that in a corporate setting but I believe that those who go above and beyond should be commended for going the extra mile, especially to a one top knowing the tip typically isn't substantial enough to indulge in good conversation but I am thankful that he took time out of his day to make my experience the best experience I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Friends and I are in town for West Bend Cache Ba$h. Honestly we usually try to pick local places when we're in town because we have all the chains home in Chicago. Normally we have pretty good results with that strategy but, last night, after a disastrous experience at a local joint, we decided just to head here to BWW since it is a known quantity. We didn't just have a better experience than we'd had at the place we left, we had EXCEPTIONAL service here. The wait staff were attentive, friendly and cheerful -- and we were a big group, 11 I think, including a friend visiting from The Netherlands. We were so very impressed. This was for dinner on Saturday. Four of us returned for lunch on Sunday. We had a server who was only working her fourth shift since starting (Michaela) and she was delightful and eager to do a good job. All in all, two excellent visits. The food was also quite good with several new menu options and specials that we enjoyed. read more
