This is a solid Chili's location that I have patronized ~10 times. My MIL loves Chili's and this particular restaurant is less than a mile from her house, so we find ourselves here quite a bit. Pros: - Not usually crowded - Quick service - Good value Favs: Chili (I know, I know...but they DO have good chili) Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla - a ton of hearty food for the price. we always have leftovers from this. Chips and Queso - wife has to have this every time as an app. Ancho Salmon - I was really surprised by the amount of flavor in this dish. At the end of the day, it's Chili's...so everyone kinda knows what they are getting restaurant wise. Service and location make this one a hit. read more

I had a great experience at the Oconomowoc Chili's after having a few less than great experiences at other locations. We came in at 7pm on a Saturday night and were sat right away. Our server came to the table quickly to get our drink and appetizer order. When she did this she had a "southern accent." After she walked away we laughed about how fake it sounded. When she returned, the "accent" had disappeared. This made us laugh and we enjoyed it. I am part of the rewards club so we got chips and salsa for free. I ordered a 3 for Me combo of chicken crispers with chicken enchilada soup and a strawberry lemonade. I love the strawberry lemonade at Chilis and I order it every time I go! My mom ordered the Chipotle Fresh Mex bowl and it looked delicious! Unfortunately it was a little too spicy for her comfort, but I think I might order it next time! read more

We had a great experience at this chilis recently for lunch. We did the three course combo with soup, chips and salsa, a burger, spicy chicken sandwich, and side of fries for less than $25. Our visit for dinner tonight was excellent. I didn't spend $50 for a meal out at a restaurant. Chili's pricing is reasonable. We were out with a group of two people. Each person did the pick three and that saved us a lot of money. What a great offering. I had the burger, lemonade, and a small salad. My guest had a burger, chips and salsa and a Diet Coke. That reasonable meal came to $23. I offered a generous tip to our server because I thought they did a great job. All in all I still spent around $30, which is very reasonable. I highly recommend. I haven't been to Chili's a good number of years, today I had lunch with my family and our waiter, a really sweet guy named William was super friendly and helpful! He checked on us every 10 minutes or so, and helped us quickly when we needed a refill, napkins (my brother had ribs), chips, and he was really sweet when apologizing when I asked if I was missing my Mac n cheese. He was really fun and polite with us, putting up with my aunt's weird request for horchata, making a joke about it. He was super nice and he's literally the best waiter I've ever had and I wish all servers did as amazing as William did (food was also amazing, we got: three for ribs, crispers (chicken tenders), and grilled chicken avocado samwich. :) read more

Enjoy our dinner service was great. Natalie was great coming to our table to check on us making sure we had drink refills and the food was done to our liking. She also helped with paying our bill even though the restaurant was very busy and her section appeared to be full. Three of us (all adults) visited this Chili's for an early dinner (6:30 pm) on a Wednesday. There were only a few patrons when we arrived but the restaurant got quite busy as it got later. Food. In an effort to control calories, I ordered the Margarita Grilled Chicken, which is served over Mexican rice and black beans, and served with pico de gallo and tortilla chips. ($14.19. 630 calories). I was very pleased with my choice. My food, which I split with my husband, was tasty; the chicken was tender and nicely seasoned; and we saved a few calories. Rating: 5/5. My husband ordered the Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad ($12.79, 1020 calories). This is hand-breaded crispy chicken tossed in Buffalo sauce, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, pico, and tortilla strips, with homemade ranch dressing. We split this entree as well, and we were both less enthusiastic about this one. Rating: 3/5. In our opinions, there was an ingredient in the chicken sauce that made it sour for our tastes, and we also felt that the bleu cheese was over-powering. I also prefer a greener salad. (Many of the lettuce pieces were white). Our friend ordered Chicken Fajitas ($16.49, 1120 calories). The presentation was very attractive, served with grilled bell peppers and onions, topped with cilantro; Mexican rice; a bowl of black beans; 4 flour tortillas; pico; sour cream; shredded cheese (add 260 calories); and salsa. Guacamole was upon request (add 50 calories). I can't speak to the taste as we were engaged in conversation, but not about the food. My husband and I also ordered iced teas. Mine with blackberry syrup. His with mango syrup. ($3.29 each. 80 calories each. Free refills). Rating: 3/5. While served over ice, the teas and syrups were lukewarm at best, and had insufficient flavorings (though our server added more to my husband's when he told her he couldn't taste any mango). Service. (3.5/5). Service started out great. Our server came quickly to take our drink order, and dropped by numerous times to take our order. (We were slow to review the menu as we were seeing our old friend after a long time). The food came quickly after ordering. The server also took a few photos of our group upon request. However, she never checked to see if we needed anything after our food was delivered and we had to flag her down to get drink refills. Also, while she cleared the plates for my husband and our friend, my empty plate was never removed though we continued to talk for quite done time. (I was in the inside seat in a booth). A few final notes. Kudos to Chili's for publishing calorie counts on their menus, but there's a need to offer more healthy options. (Lower calorie. Lower fat content. Lower sodium). Quantities were generous. Prices were moderate. read more

Came in at 2 pm on a Saturday. Sat at bar, which was pretty empty. Only one other couple at the entire bar. Manager is standing at bar cutting fruit with her back to us... sat at the bar 10 minutes before thinking maybe we have to order off the device infront of us.. menu isn't available on it... sat there another ten minutes and still haven't even been greeted by the bartender... who is standing there cutting fruit with her back to the bar. At least face the bar if you are cutting fruit. Horrible service not a single employee even noticed us there. No menus, no water no service. Horrible. I literally work in service industry it's not hard to be aware. You'd expect better service in Oconomowoc being outer city - less busy. read more

I got the og burger one of the best burgers I've ever had and I'm super picky when it comes to a burger with fries with salads and chips and soda for 10.99 !!!!!! I came in with my husband and a server did not come to our table until 10-15 minutes AFTER we had been sitting there waiting. Our server was sitting there talking and texting with several other servers and was not paying attention at all. I was just expecting the sirloin but no he came out with all the sides that came with it and boxed it up for me. Great Dinner, we grabbed a booth in the bar area. We decided on the 25$ special. One App, two dinners and desert. Ordered guacamole, salsa and chips. I got chicken fajitas, husband got burger; came with fries. Cheese cake for desert. The Guacamole was very flavorful with lots of fresh chips. Had a beer and a margarita, both good. My stomach hurts just thinking about Chili's. This restaurant was right across the street from our hotel the weekend of my wedding, so we all spent a lot of time at Chili's. And then we all spent a lot of time guzzling Pepto Bismol. It's not a bad place, but the ingredients are low-quality and you can feel your arteries hardening while you eat your meal. I'm all for indulging, but if I'm eating food that's going to pack on the pounds, it had better be tasty.
