My wife had the fish fry and she liked it. The Cod is really decent size pieces. I had the Cajun Walleye with sweet potato fries. It was very good well. The staff was very nice.The ambiance of the place is of a nice and newly remodeled restaurant. Very busy place and good to see they are doing well. The bowling alley looks very modern and would be fun to try at a later date. I want to see the pickleball outside in the summer. We had two bourbon old fashioned drinks. They were ok but I couldn't tell you it was an alcoholic drink. LOL There should be no 3% credit card charge. Society is going cashless. This is a money grab. Raise the prices by 2% for every one of you need to cover more expenses. The credit card charge is a cost of doing business. You don't go to the department store and have a credit card fee. read more

A great looking sports bar with a wonderful atmosphere. We were promptly greated and seated at a nice high top by the bar. The service was outstanding and we ordered some beverages and Ruben sandwiches. The Reuben was good, but overpowered by the dark rye bread, perhaps more corned beef would help balance it out. My only comment would be that there was no cell phone service in the building, WiFi or a repeater would certainly be helpful. read more

I recently went to this establishment last Friday. We were told wait time of 20 minutes but we're seated in 10 minutes. They were very busy but getting people seated and served. All staff was helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and priced well for what you receive. I would show a picture of my lobster macaroni and cheese but I was with my son and daughter-in-law and their family and Friday dinner is no cell phones during the meal. For it being so busy it wasn't obnoxiously loud inside. It was nice the prior before dinner and after we got to enjoy the game room. Highly recommend read more

Really disappointed in our visit today. We were looking forward to patronizing a new local spot. The building is a fun set up and the pizza we had was decent. However, are first moments walking into the venue were met with really rude and disrespectful staff. We approached the restaurant side desk to ask about checking in for our reservation for the golf simulator. The older lady working the desk gave a nasty look at my wife and scoffed at us for asking such a question. She rolled her eyes and stated we needed to check in at the bowling desk. We then approached the bowling desk and said we were checking in for our reservation for the golf simulator. The staff member at the bowling desk was really rude to us as well, we tried asking some questions since it was our first time there. She didn't listen to us and quickly passed us off to a third person who was actually helpful and pleasant. Hospitality is lacking and I would not recommend going to this establishment until they change their approach to customer service. read more

Went when it first opened; it was very crowded. We sat at the bar, and we waited a very long time to order drinks. It took a long time for drinks and food to arrive. The corned beef was nasty. We tried again last night, and I'm sad to say, despite the fact it was less crowded, service at the bar was still poor. Food came out cold. My seasonal cocktail was horrible. None of the three bartenders even asked if we wanted another drink. I had my card laying on the check on the bar's edge for 25 minutes before I picked it up and waived it as one of the bartenders was walking by in order to pay to be able to leave. I hope the owner is watching the poor job his bartenders do and listens to how they talk in front of customers. read more

First off, The host and hostess, Luis, and Zoila were so friendly, and welcoming. very efficient, and doing up and above to make the guests comfortable. one of our party needs a walker, and It seemed like they took extra care to get us seated. wait time when we arrived at 8pm on a Friday, was supposed to be 46 min. we were seated within 15! Every time I have been there, the food was excellent ! Burger, perfect. The fries are like homemade. The fish, flakey , not gready, and not fishy!!! First, I know it was New Years Eve but that shouldn't matter. We had reservations and were sat on time which was good. Service was super slow. Didn't see our waiter for 10 minutes. Drinks were 30 minutes into being seated. Food wasn't until 60 minutes in. Food was not hot but cool. Everyone's fries were cold, not even warm. Chicken in sandwich was tough. Salad was served 10 minutes after dinner. (He forgot). Wasn't asked if we wanted a second drink until after dinner. Kohlsville location would have never had this bad of experience. Jugs Pub and Grill was recommended by friends, and it was great. We were seated immediately and our server was very helpful when we told her we were first time visitors. She made some recommendations and we were very pleased with the choices. The chili was very good and not too spicy- sort of a "warming" feeling with what appeared to be chucks of beef instead of ground beef- excellent! My wife ordered a burger, medium rare, and it was perfect. Everyone makes burgers, but Jug's just did them better if you talk to my wife. You have to try one and you will understand. I ordered a prime rib sandwich medium rare, and it was also perfect. There was a hint of a char broiled taste, and it was excellent. I would ad that a sizable piece of prime rib for $19.00 in this day and age is a pleasant surprise. So, if you are driving north from Milwaukee on Interstate 41, take the Hwy 60 exit and head west a short distance, and Jug's will be on your left or the south side of the road. read more

Checked in with group of 8. Said 45 minute wait. 2.5 hours later stated they would not be able to accommodate larger group. Once threaten to leave they magically had two tables that could accommodate the group. While waiting for food. They were setting up a table for a larger group than ours. Unfortunate because we are huge supporters of their other business Jug's Hitching Post! Understandable if you can't accommodate a larger group but just be honest don't keep pushing back the wait time. read more

The food was not good. I ordered baked haddock and it was undercooked. Sent back and returned in the same manner it was sent back. Just a bit hotter. Microwaved perhaps? If they get better ratings from others then kudos to the business. We will not return. read more

we recently ate lunch at Jug's Pub and Grill in Slinger, WI. for the first time. Food was good and plentiful. However, when I ordered a baked potato as a side for my burger meal, the waitress asked if I wanted a loaded potato and I agreed. My friend ordered a steak sandwich and the waitress asked if she wanted her steak blackened and she, too, agreed. When we received our bill, we were shocked that there was an additional $4 charge for makng my potato "loaded" and another $2 charge to have my friend's steak blackened. We also had 1 diet soda each...$3.50 each. In all fairness to the restaurant, the up charges might have been listed in the menu, but we didn't notice. My suggestion is that the wait staff needs to remind the patrons of additional charges when ordering. We feel the prices are too high for the quality of the meals and beverages provided. 4 of the people from the office ordered lunch for pick up today. 2 of the orders were completely wrong items, so 50% incorrect order! Even if I wanted to eat the wrong item I received. it was under cooked and the bun was pure mush. They have shamed the original Jug's restaurant and to spend $20 for the wrong order that I couldn't eat left a really BAD taste in my mouth! read more
