5 stars! We love having dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings every Tuesday for the buy one get one free wings special. The food is always delicious, hot, and fresh. Our favorite part is the amazing service. The pregnant bartender whose name we can't remember is always so kind and welcoming, and servers Lulu and Taylin are attentive, friendly, and make us feel taken care of every visit. We also had the chance to talk with a new blonde manager who was very attentive and professional. The whole staff creates a fun and comfortable atmosphere that keeps us coming back every week! read more

It's going to give it 3 stars because we enjoyed our food. It was my first time visiting and couldn't believe first how loud it was... So many TVs close together playing different sports. Wasn't my fave. Our server was not very attentive. It took a long time to get our food. My granddaughter fell asleep in the restaurant waiting. Asked for a box- never received a bag to carry our stuff. Noticed people around us did.... On way out there was ONE person who was kind and asked if I would like a bag to carry our stuff. She was the only highlight! The 4 hostesses just stood and watched us trying to navigate getting out with a sleeping child. No help! Won't be on my list to go back to. Bummer! read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Our table - Chicken Wings Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings many times over the years, and while it's never been amazing, it was usually at least decent. Unfortunately, my last two or three visits have been genuinely awful, and my most recent one was the final straw. I used to enjoy coming in to the Bdubs to watch a football game here and there because it has that big sports bar kind of vibe but I can't support this company any more. The food quality has fallen off a cliff. The traditional bone-in wings are incredibly small (as big as my thumb). On my last takeout order, I got home about five minutes after picking them up and the wings were already rock hard and crunchy. Not "crispy" completely inedible. On top of that, there were strange hard bits in the wings that felt like bone splinters, which was honestly repulsive. I ended up throwing away about two-thirds of the food because I couldn't bring myself to finish it; That's never something you should experience after paying restaurant prices. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be a reliable, option but I have started to take my business to ATL or wing stop in the last couple years and have been much more impressed. The food quality is so poor that I don't feel comfortable giving this location another chance. Extremely disappointing. read more

I didn't tip and didn't get my order till 20 minutes after pick up . When I got home the food was cold and the edges were hard af. Not sure if this was done deliberately but it wasn't cool. I felt like something was going to happen because I didn't tip and my gut was right. They kept my food waiting past after the pickup and the quality was greatly affected. I'm only 7 minutes away and I was too tired to go back. I trusted them w hot high quality food. I didn't not tipping was going to affect it. They suck read more

the customer service was kind but not very quick. It was kind of empty when we went around 2 pm. The waitress was nice, but it did take a bit to get my drinks. Honey Barbecue boneless wings- 5/10. The sauce was good but the wings themselves weren't very crunchy, the inside was also chewy. Fries 6/10- I enjoyed the fries and their flavor, a little cold when I got them. Fried pickles 7/10. I low the fried pickles, they're my favorite. Sometimes they come a bit soggy and I prefer them crunchy and crispy. Overall I'd give this place a 3/5 stars. The customer service was okay and the food was good. The restroom was clean but had an awful smell. Not sure if I would want to come back. read more

There's only 2 buffalo wild wing in tucson and the one I enjoyed going to now SUCKS!!!! Service is terrible food is only ok now.... I have a family of 6 and we come pertty often, but it looks like we won't be for a while... maybe management needs to change. I believe there is no care at this location.... Well time too look for somewhere new to eat. SORRY BUFFALO read more

The wings were good but the fries were old and stale but service was good probably won't go back if I do will try the south location

Sloppy and disappointing service paired with an equally unpleasant ambiance. The restaurant was extremely slow, and the overall atmosphere felt unorganized and uninviting, which is usually why I avoid places like this. I decided to give it another try after some time and came on a date, and unfortunately it confirmed why I don't return. Our server, Zeus, was very inattentive--repeatedly avoiding our table while making direct eye contact. We don't typically eat at greasy establishments, but we ordered an appetizer and were never informed of any specials. When we later asked to upgrade for an additional $6, we were told by "Frank" through Zeus that it wasn't allowed. The server remained distant throughout ordering. Charging $10 for six mozzarella sticks is excessive, which is exactly why we asked about the special in the first place. When dining out, there's no expectation--just the common courtesy for servers to mention available specials or deals. The ambiance did nothing to help the experience. The space felt dull and neglected, with no sense of urgency or hospitality, making the long wait feel even longer. Instead of feeling welcomed, it felt uncomfortable and awkward to even ask basic questions, to add on the booth seats are ripped so horrible for a chain . When I asked what sauce flavors were offered, he flipped the menu out of my hand and pointed instead of answering. The same thing happened when I asked what soda products were available--he said "Pepsi," then responded with "here, look," flipped the menu open again, and pointed, as if I were being scolded. It was incredibly condescending. I ordered a Pepsi Zero and was given Diet Pepsi. While that alone isn't a huge issue, it's still surprising that a table of two couldn't receive the correct drinks. Overall, between the poor ambiance and dismissive, unprofessional service, the experience left a very poor impression. read more

I don't appreciate being reprimanded by the host coming to my table with my friends telling us did you see yourself and we said yes there was no host no sign telling us not to see ourselves and he proceeded to want to reprimand some 70 year-old ladies proceeding themselves and him not doing his job there's no sign in your restaurant that tells us to wait to be seated and there was no host and we did stand there for a bit and he wasn't doing his job please explain to this host that he needs to be at his job or please put a sign to tell us to stand and wait his attitude was not appropriate. read more

Following Chili's 2024 headline-making turnaround, BWW has introduced a number of attention grabbing weekday promos of their own, including M/W bogo burgers and T/Th bogo wings! While these are great deals on their entrees (and the app; staff; and takeout speed are all terrific) their veggie sides leave something to be desired. The carrots were dry, almost scaly, and the celery pieces were all turning grey on both ends. A minor but all too noteworthy fumble. The only reason for 4-stars. read more

I ordered on the app for pick up and we were going to eat here but said since we ordered for pick up were taking up a spot for somebody else even though we are paying customers, didnt even let us eat outside even though there wasnt anyone outside, there were like 13 open tables outside, said that if the general manager wasnt there they would let us but started making up rules, how sad I always come here smh read more

Very friendly staff. We had my father in law with us that has alzameirs & they were very understanding & helpful. We had a few questions about the menu & they made great suggestions. For example, we asked which would be softer for him to eat chicken strips or boneless wings. They told us they were both soft but that the chicken strips would probably be softer for him. I got the blue long Island it was tasty & not too overly sweet. Then I got some boneless wings with sauce on the side. I love their buffalo & the dried lemon pepper one. We also got a side of fries to go with our wings. Had a great experience in this very roomy restaurant that seemed to be kept up well. Will be back when in the area. read more

We ordered a DoorDash order with the Pick 6, which SHOULD come with 20 boneless wings. We got our order delivered, sealed so couldn't have been the driver & there was only 18. I called the restaurant and was told to contact DoorDash even though it was the restaurant screw up!! Nothing like passing the buck and no ownership! I feel like this restaurant is going downhill, we go here often and more and more we are having issues with service and food quality. Very disappointing! We chose here because of this deal and I think our Buffalo Wild Wings days will be done for a while. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Pick 6 with ONLY 18 boneless wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

I ordered the boneless wings to go. When started to eat them,I thought they tasted like the frozen wing you buy at the supermarket. After checking on the Web, (take it for it is worth) These major poultry suppliers provide Buffalo Wild Wings with bulk orders of breaded and unbreaded frozen boneless chicken in massive quantities. The chicken arrives pre-cut to the specifications required for boneless wings or tenders. (I was right). 1. Tyson Foods - One of the largest meat processors in the USA 2. Purdue Farms - A major poultry producer. 3. Wayne Farms - A chicken processing company and subsidiary of Continental Grain. Buffalo Wild Wings uses central distribution centers to dispatch supplies to individual restaurant locations. read more

So we walk in to watch the game and right off the bat Ms plastic gives attitude like we are bothering her for coming in. She gives wifey attitude and acts like she had wished she was off work 3 days ago while flirting and spending most of the time with the guy who obviously keeps her on the lifestyle she's use to. We order chips and queso's and it's watery with stale chips and love it when managers look at you and walk away to not have to deal with actually taking care of any kind of quality control! Place was dirty and it's obvious moral is at a low by the attitudes of all who work there. What a nightmare of an experience and if your customers leave within 5 min of getting there and nobody cares well then you understand the level of quality service this place base to offer! NEVER AGAIN! read more

It's Buffalo Wild Wings....nothing to write home about. They have added a few new items such as burgers but we came here for the wings. Both my fiance and I are doing Keto which means we choose to stick to non-breaded items. This eliminates a lot of the menu here since about 85% of items here are breaded and fried. I ordered 10 traditional wings with Asian Zing and Parmesan Garlic sauces. My fiance ordered their 5-piece naked chicken tenders and a side garden salad. My wings were good though a little tough. The sauces were good. The 5 piece naked tenders are laughable. They are so small! Without the side salad my fiance would have been starving. We had a gift card which is why we came but there's so many other and better wing places in Tucson! read more

I came in mid Friday afternoon and took a seat at the bar. I was the only one at the bar. Ordered a beer and looked over the menu. The bartender (Chelsie) was not really friendly. I sat there waiting for her to take my order. She was more interested in putting the glasses away, taking trays back to the kitchen, talking to other waitresses. I finally got her attention while she was talking to another waitress and the look of annoyance was obvious on her face. BTW the wings were way over cooked. I could even finish them. read more

The service is always terrible. I understand that working in the food industry is super demanding and can be exhausting but every time we come here, the hosts and the servers immediately have a bad attitude and treat us as if we ruined their days by being there. We came to eat there yesterday and were seated and waited for almost thirty minutes and still no service, not even to ask us for our drinks. Two other families were sat after us and were attended to first, so we decided to just leave. im not sure if it has to do with our age or the fact that the other families were white and we were hispanic....either way this company is one that i dont see myself coming back to ! read more

Ordered 20 wings. I like crispy wings but these tasted and smelled like they had been refried four or five times already that day. Overcooked in stinky rotten dirty oil, 16 drummettes and four flat sections received (fk you bww, are you so stupid that we have to remind your staff how to count now?) They also got one of my sauce flavors wrong even though it was written down for them. The app never asked how my order went so here we are because it sucked so bad. The sauces taste pretty good. Ambiance is fine. read more

Worst service, we went there last night and the host who looks like shrek didn't allow us to sit inside and they had us sitting outside with our kids sick, (it was very cold and the heater was to a temperature that was not comfortable to eat with) we asked to be seated inside and they didn't allow us to because the server that was there last night wasn't assigned to the area where the big tables are since we were 10 people in total, all the tables we're desoccupied and since they had already gave us the drinks they couldn't "give us another server" we went there at 10 pm, we got very upset at the behavior plus they took forever to give us our food. We asked for a supervisor and nobody went to our table, we ended up telling the server that we were gonna take our food to go since they didn't allow us inside the restaurant. read more

When we walked into the restaurant, we weren't welcomed, and the hostesses were flirting with each other and laughing, and it took them about five minutes for them to realize that we had been standing there the whole time, and they sat us at a table when we asked to be near the bar and when we moved up to the bar, they had an attitude with moving us other than that our server was great, and the food was good. But really need to get new hostesses. It's embarrassing. read more

Still a big miss at this restaurant. Slow service. They're out of the top 6 draft beers. How do you run out of 6 different taps on a Tuesday afternoon? Poor management and bar ordering is clear! Food is marginal at best. Still small wings, overcooked, dry and rubbery. The change extra for dipping sauce but don't tell you when ordering. I ordered 2 blue cheese and received and paid extra for 4 sauces. Music was good, and once I figured out what beer I wanted it was nice and cold. "Once you've been seated outside, you can't be moved inside" and "that's just my managers policy" is what I was told tonight by the overall rude hostess (Dellerai? Name tag was smudged) when I asked if we could be moved inside. We were seated outside originally and ensured they had heaters for us, well the heaters didn't work at all in our section. Mind you this is an hour after we originally got seated, still no food, and now there's room inside where we could sit comfortably. It's ridiculous how little this location values their customers comfort. However, I will say, our waitress (Amanda) was very nice and got us everything we wanted.
