Not only was the food, hot delicious and seasoned two perfection. The drinks were amazing. A great place to spend your Monday night watching football having some wings, socializing with friends and they even have a live DJ in the building The bartenders were great and very attentive to our many request, they would bring out to us our drinks & our food was ready pretty quickly I've been a few times never on a Monday night but I think I found my new Monday night football spot read more

Our girls group decided to meet here got the chicken and waffles. When we saw the flyer for it, it said it opened at 1030. We arrived and they changed the time to 11, so we had to wait outside for them to open. Bench seats were not comfy. The first one that I sat on the backside of it sunk because it was broken. Wasn't very impressed by the staff or the food. This place could be really fabulous with their outdoor patio seating that they have but... I don't think any of us that went for this event will be returning. "Wings were cold and over cooked" "Nuggets were unfavorable" "Tenders were not tender, hard and cold" read more

This was my first time coming here and the wings were delicious! Made exactly how I like them. Crispy on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. I got the garlic parm and honey habanero bbq. Those were delicious as well. Kind of wish it came with a bigger side of dressing as 1 for 12 wings is not enough. The service was good, but the girl wasn't super friendly. She wasn't rude, just very monotone. I didn't eat in, I just ordered to go, but the place seems like a nice restaurant to hangout with friends and family for a couple hours. One thing I was annoyed about is that my bag was covered in grease all over! I would appreciate for next time if that happens, if my food can be placed in a new bag. Seemed like a very sloppy job at packaging the food. Other than that, I would definitely order from here again! :) read more

If you're looking for a wing spot that gets it right, this is it! The wings are perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with flavors that actually stick and don't disappoint. Every sauce I tried was bold, balanced, and downright delicious. The customer service was just as impressive-friendly, fast, and super attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they really care about making sure you enjoy your experience. And the cocktails? So good. Creative, refreshing, and mixed with just the right amount of kick. Try the slush, it is super tasty!! Overall, this place checks every box. Great food, great drinks, great vibes. I'll definitely be back! read more

Hands down THE best wings we've ever had in Tucson! Tried ATL Wings last night and was greeted warmly by Samoa when we came in. The place was pretty empty but during our time there, multiple groups came in and Samoa handled them all beautifully. You're supposed to order at the bar but Samoa came to our table with her tablet and helped us. She even brought out magnetic cushions for the metal bar stools. Now for the important part, THE FOOD. We ordered bone in wings: lemon pepper, ATL rub and medium heat red sauced wings. So crispy, so delicious and really good, meaty wings. ATL Wings makes their own ranch and Bleu cheese sauces and they are so good. We also had fries, regular and ATL spiced. Both are excellent and wouldn't you know it.... they cut their own fries too! The style of fries resemble In-N-Out's fries but are 100 times better. We also tried the fried biscuits which are deep fried and then dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled in honey. A really nice way to finish off your meal. They've got a full bar and have 8 or 10 Kool-Aid adult beverages that look like a lot of fun however I was warned that the drinks are super sweet and I don't enjoy sweet drinks so Samoa made me an excellent mule. The place is roomier than I expected. A full dining room with plenty of seating, bar seating and an outdoor patio with multiple tables. Lots of TVs inside and on the patio too. We had excellent service, exceptional food and all at reasonable prices. ATL is a definite winner for us. read more

This was my first time ordering from ATL wings and I ordered it for pickup. I got their 36 traditional wings which were 12- lemon pepper,12 garlic parm, 12 chefs special. The staff was very nice upon waking in. The place wasn't busy, maybe a few tables occupied and the place was very clean. When I got my son and I opened up the containers, and we started eating. I know the lemon pepper and garlic parm are dry rubs but if you closed your eyes and took a bite of each one.... You wouldn't be able to tell the difference by smell or taste... which to, should never happen. There hardly any difference between the 2... I ate a few of them already knowing this how the wings should be and my son finally said something complaining about the same thing. He can't taste any lemon pepper or garlic parm on the wings...that will probably be my last time trying their wings if they can't get the dry rub wings correct. read more

Always a good stop! Good wings. Good fries. Good choices. Eat in and you can have a variety of drinks such as beer, cocktails or sodas. I particularly like the dry rubs. The wet is good too. Nice choices. read more

ATL is my favorite wing spot in Tucson. My husband and I are here frequently. We love the variety of flavors and the quality of the chicken. Both the traditional and boneless are delicious! If you get fries, make sure to get them with the Cajan seasoning. They are much better than the regular ones. All the staff is always happy to see us and know us by face and name, which says a lot about how they treat their customers. We usually take wings to go, but the few times we have dined in, it's always nice and casual and comfortable. read more

The service here was friendly and very accommodating. I had the traditional 6 wings with garlic parmesian mix on top and a fresh salad with cheese and blue cheese dressing. Had a small mistake by the kitchen but the host (both of them) took care of it right away: these 2 young ladies checked on us several times to make sure we were satisfied with our orders. We enjoyed sitting out back in the patio where there were TVs for sports watchers. The food was great and I will definitely come back for the garlic parmesian wings with salad. read more

I have been here a ton of times and love it every time! It's clean, has an enclosed patio, a bar, Koolaid lol, lots of wing options, and I love that they also have a dessert, though I keep forgetting to try it! I hosted my birthday here in their new VIP room and had a great time! We had our own dedicated cashier that allowed for easy orders and questions for all that attended without the wait of other restaurant customers. She also let us try the sauces before ordering which I really appreciated. I found a new favorite in the chef special one...if you haven't tried it, definitely put it on your list. I also tried the peach cobbler drink and let me tell you, I WILL DEFINITELY be getting that again! Soo good! I had about 18 people and had a game night but it could definitely fit more. I also liked that the private room had its own bathroom and outside entrance. The owner, Tim, was so easy to work with, so flexible, and so accommodating. I would definitely recommend hosting your next event with them or just going for the wings, either way is an assured win! (For the first time I was so engaged, I forgot to take pics but trust food was good and the space worked perfectly!) read more

I'm Kind of disappointed in the customer service, my family and I love this place however I tried three different times to place an order online for pick up. The system kept rejecting the payment by charging my card for my order then immediately refunding the amount into my account, three different times. There was no issue with funds. Like I said my card was charged then refunded 3 separate times.. My 4th attempt was downloading the app to see if it would work that way, it charged me then refunded again saying "order was not placed payment declined" I understand systems glitch sometimes but my last and final attempt to spend my money at this place was calling the business directly to place an order for pickup. The girl that answered said " we only do orders online" I explained to her I understood but however I had attempted 3 times to place an order online and the system would not let me, while I was explaining my dilemma to her she was having a side conversation and when I had finished Her response was "yeah I'm sorry there's just nothing we can do about that babe." I don't think Ive ever been denied placing an order over the phone for pickup.. the whole interaction just felt very dismissive and rude we just wanted good wings while not having the luxury of walking in to order and wait. read more

The manager, Simone was completely rude. I walked in to have lunch. I was going to toward the restroom to wash my hands. She yelled out, are you a customer? I said, yes I'm going to wash my hands. She said, well restrooms are for customers only. At that point, I decided that her attitude just lost her customer. Absolutely rude and she does not need to be in any sort of managerial role. She was completely rude and this is unacceptable. I would never ever spend my money in this business because of her. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. read more

Still the best wings in Tucson that I've found. There are other places in Phoenix that would beat this place out but this is my go to place in Tucson. The staff here has always been friendly and helpful. So many sauce flavors and the wings are crisp. They aren't the biggest wings but they are a solid size, flavor etc. Honey Habanero is quite spicy/sweet. That combo you want. read more

I'm giving my 100% honest review and my video will go up on my social media. Now to the food I think that the wings were a good size. I got the 12 piece combo with lemon pepper, honey habanero and hot cajun. I liked the flavor and they were fresh. As for the fries I liked the seasoning, but were a bit soggy... but the taste of the seasoning made up for it. I can honestly say the only real disappointment was the Kool-Aid it was watered down . When it comes to the service, the lady who took my order was super friendly and let me try the sauces before I ordered. The ambience has the sports bar type of feel and the music was good. They also honored the Instagram coupon they put out for a free upgrade. I paid $26 for everything. read more

I was craving some good wings in the area and found that Wings Over Broadway is no longer around. So, we ended up at ATL Wings. Pretty underwhelming. Prices seemed high, for something that you have to order at the counter. Beer, warm. Wings were dry and not very flavorful. Their version of "hot", could be eaten by any kindergartner. They were NOT "hot!". Everything seemed to be extra cost. The cup of dressing that you get, too small. Want another one? That's extra. And this is the first time I've ever ordered wings, that didn't come with celery. That's extra too! The staff was nice enough. But let's talk about their napkins. Aside from BBQ ribs, wings are about as messy as it gets. They had the smallest, thinnest, cheapest napkins I've ever seen. They're worse than the taco truck napkins. Me and my bud went through fourty or more napkins. There was a pile of them, taking up the table. All in all, not a good experience and I won't be back. read more

I suggested we go to Wingstop -- my friend insisted on ATL Wings. Thus begins my TERRIBLE experience with ATL wings. While dining on their patio, my daughter and her friend unintentionally caused an outdoor heating unit to topple over. I inspected it, noticed that a bolt appeared to be loose and the top was a bit dented. Looked over at the other unit, it had a similar dent and had probably been knocked over in the past as well. This units were mounted on wheels and was neither bolted down nor secured with sandbags--a glaring safety hazard in a public area frequented by families and children. I have been to many restaurants with similar units -- they are always secured with weighted sandbags at the very least. Rather than acknowledging this negligence, the manager immediately demanded a payment of $70 for repairs without conducting any assessment for actual damage. This abrupt and unprofessional response attempts to shift the burden of the establishment's own safety failings onto its patrons. ATL Wings has a duty of care to ensure that all equipment is safely installed and poses no risk to guests. The unsecured heating unit represents a breach of this duty and could have resulted in serious injury. I will be following up with this business to see if the repairs are actually made to this unit -- we will see if they want to be true to their word or if they will choose to engage in misrepresentation/fraud. TL;DR: Wings fine. Service terrible (started before any of the above took place) read more

The fries are my favorite in Tucson. The seasoning on the wings is also so unique you can't get it elsewhere. Those two things keep me coming back. But the service is so hit and miss. Mostly miss. The tables and fountain areas are clean so it is a pleasant eat in place. It has never been very busy but having the bar tender take orders at the bar and not bring the food to your table is just terrible service. Unfortunately I like the food so much I will go back for more. read more

This is one of my husband's favorite wing places because of the Kool-Aid drinks. Their wings are phenomenal and you can order drums or wings. Don't let the bad service deter you order to go remember your number least communication with these fools is the best. Service is rude & lame, work for your tips ladies. These girls rather shoo you away from the bar rather than stock it and fill your order. I was shoo'd away from the bar twice tonight waiting for them to change the blue moon draft. When I asked if I could stand here, by the bar, I was called rude for asking!!! The place was not full for this behavior. Chances are they don't stock for their shifts they don't care . ATL Wings has several options for wing flavors. I ordered six wings from the RED SAUCE menu - Medium- and when the wings arrived, they were naked style - without any sauce. Even though there is no sit down service and you order at the counter, I had tipped with my order. I politely approached the counter to ask for the sauce that my wings were supposed to come with. I got told that the wings I ordered were only a dry rub and do not come with sauce. I said no, they are from the RED SAUCE menu and asked very reasonably if they can just be "retossed" in sauce which isn't even "extra sauce" being as they are sauce less. They doubled down insisting that they already have sauce on them. And then demanded a dollar in order to have sauce added to them. Which is what I had originally ordered, and should already have been included in the price. Stay away from this Nickle and dime hole. read more

My Rating based on Customer Service: I wanted wings and decided to try a new place and my decision landed on ATL Wings. I live around 12 miles from this place. I called and placed my order and the person taking my order said will you pay when you get here or over there phone? I said when I get there. So I drove 12 miles give or take 20 min and I gave my name for order and the worker at register says it will be $$ so I hand him my card. He charges it and then says it will be like 20 minutes. So I said I ordered it like 20 minutes ago. He than points to a sign behind him that reads; Lucky said "if it ain't paid it ain't made." This information would have been nice on the phone instead of telling them in person! I immediately asked for my order to be canceled as I don't give my hard earned money to a place that has poor communication, and the customer gets the short end of the stick. The cashier canceled my order and said I'm sorry that's our policy. I said that's ok, but add to your policy that during a call in order you must communicate to people what Lucky says. Lucky right now is not doing business or crowing right. read more

Trash azzz food and service. We finally ate here on 12/15/2024 since they opened this ATL location and disappointed is all we were. It took alalmost e0 minutes for our order only to get our food made incorrectly. The French fries were soggy and greasy. The bone in wings were dry (over cooked) and lacking the ATL style flavor. Those wings were also missing the hot sauce. The staff were barely friendly, unless you are a regular here.mangment/owner jus stood in the corner kickn it with a select customer base. No beverage options for sugar free or diet drinks. The staffs lack of concern for the quality of the items served is very obvious. Our family will never return or recommend ATL It was truly a waste of money & time eating here. read more

The wings here are fantastic! Love that they have koolaid on tap. The service is excellent and the place is clean.

The hype is not real. The taste of the wings were fine but not wow. They were pretty mediocre flavors and not distinct or above and beyond like we were expecting. Lemon was fresh with the lemon pepper but was missing pepper. And the garlic Parmesan was very bland. The fries were super salty but the cheese sauce was actually pretty decent. Definitely won't be returning. Gave one star cause the gal at the bar was super nice. read more

This place is trash. We got wings that were stale and old. Definitely weren't even cooked the same day. Would not recommend to anyone.

There is nothing too crazy about the food. Kinda what you would expect from wings. Cajun fries, couldn't really taste the seasoning. Chef's special sauce is like a mild buffalo but a bit more vinegar-y not too bad. Ordered at the bar and our bartender was nice. Nice little spot to drink. read more

My to-go order didn't have half my order from the super bowl. They did offer to replace the food they forgot but it wasn't worth my time (hour round trip) and gas. Took 3 times of me calling and 8 days to finally Speak to the manager. I requested to be refunded the food I didn't get but was initially refused because "I didn't check my order before I left"... Update: The situation has been resolved by management about 2 weeks since the original purchase. I appreciate them ultimately resolving it instead of just letting it go. read more

Food- I think it's delicious. Only caviot is it is very oily as far as the wings and the fries go. But if you get everything extra crispy, it helps gets rid of that issue. Service- The other night I had come in maybe 30 minutes before closing and the lady with the long braids did not let us order certain items on the menu which ruined the experience for me because I was looking forward to ordering what I like here which wasn't a lot of food may I say and I couldn't because I came in at 8:30 & she said we cannot order just anything on the menu, she was not very friendly either. The operating hours Friday through Saturday indicate that the restaurant closes at 10 PM and from Sunday through Thursday. They close at 9 PM. If this is the way ATL is doing service the hours need to be updated by indicating what times you stop serving certain food items because this was very misleading and I wasted time and gas driving all the way over there when I was looking forward to my meal and was left disappointed. Ambience- other than this mishap, I would say that the environment is not very friendly. It's dry and transactional. Which is fine small talk is not necessary. I don't expect good customer service in Tucson EVER, but I do expect good food & items on the menu available during working hours for the price I pay. I did not feel welcomed or that I could sit down and enjoy my meal because that same girl that took our order was cleaning in between me and my drink while I was sitting at a table waiting for my food. The table did not need to be cleaned at that time. There was nothing on it. It was perfectly fine the way it was. Overall, the food is good, if you want good customer service just know that you are not gonna get it. They are not happy :-) going. To get it here they want people in and out. Which I do not mind. The food is good just on the oily side They do not serve all items within the hours that they indicate that they are open. so make sure to call ahead of time to avoid disappointment. This incident will not determine me from ordering here in the future. I really like the food so I will keep coming. My expectations will just be less than what they happen. In Tucson, you gotta because the standards here are not high. read more

I have been coming here for a long time and haven't had any bad experiences until tonight. I ordered a DoorDash order and tried adding extra syrup n powdered sugar which I've done a million times before with no up charge no issues... UNTIL I call and ask like I always do and not only did the girl answer had an attitude she was saying that there an up charge which I'd never had this problem before. Samoa was the rude person on the other line. Then when I try nd go onto the website to see if I can place a pick up order but even on there website there is no way to add any of the sides she was saying I need to pay so how is it she tells me I have to pay but there is no way to add it on. This left very bad taste in my mouth for this place I will be contacting corporate. read more

Hello! My experience here was not to my liking, walking in looking at the menu, my girlfriend and I order, I order the chicken sandwich and my girlfriend order the wings (cheapest option). They told me that the sandwich I ordered was not even on the menu even more and showed me a new sandwich they put on the menu. The new sandwich was a dollar more and was spicy. I chose to have the new sandwich with it not being spicy (that was an option) and to have extra pickles. Waiting for 12-15 minutes, we got out order to go, my girlfriend and I got our drinks and noticed how the taste was off on some of our favorites(specifically the sweet tea and the Dr Pepper). It tea tasted old and soda didn't even have any taste beside the carbonation! Upon entering our vehicle and looking at our food. I've noticed my chicken sandwich was spicy, had no tomatoes (the waitress told me the sandwich included pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes), and the chicken didn't even have a taste! I don't even know how they pulled it off but the lettuce...was overcooked! I was greeted with brown lettuce! The fries they gave us with our combo (specifically the Cajun fries) tasted like they were kept warm for the majority of the time our food was working. The only good thing to come out of this was the wings, my girlfriend loves wings and seeing her eat and say it tastes good is good enough for me...however...we like to rate food after we eat it and she rated the fries higher than the wings! Let that speak for itself. My order total was about $35, in my opinion...go somewhere else or check and taste your food before leaving. Thank you! read more
