After 9 long-ring phone calls in which an employee answered with "Hello?" and then hung up, my boyfriend was able to make an order at the TENTH phone call. When we arrived, to pick up the order, BWW's employees were seen to be outside talking with people in the parking lot. Inside, he waited at the register for 10min while an employee proceeded to continue conversation with customers at the entrance and then decided to vacuum (ignoring that he was waiting at the register). Two additional employees came out of the kitchen area and did not address the customer at the register. After 10min, an employee said his name and he was able to pay & get his to-go order. Before leaving, we checked the order and ONE FOURTH OF THE ORDER WAS MISSING. He went back in to be met by a pointedly annoyed employee who fixed the order. read more

Simply put, B-dubs is a once a month guilty pleasure. It is not that they are the best wings around, but they do have some darn good wings. I like this B-dubs staff because they are friendly and most of them seem to remember us. We seem to show up here on nights when we have had a long day, and don't want to cook at home and most places are about to close. Ok B-dubs it is....and that is when they have some type of special on the menu. I also like how they have the monthly sauce. Most of the time they are pretty good. I'm just gonna be honest here. This place was ASS when I tried it. We ordered 2 different types of their famous hot wings, met only with utter disappointment.. What we received were 2 baskets of salamander meat, drenched in molten coagulated anal grease. To be fair, there was some flavor there, if you consider burning a flavor. The wings however, were primo cuisine compared to the chicken sandwich I ordered. Literally tasted like someone threw a frozen chicken breast in the microwave and Hiroshima'd the shit out of it. I'm pretty sure I could stick a haunch of chicken under a heat lamp made for a snake , and cook it better than this place did with an oven. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1, is because the waitress was nice the first time we were there. However the second time we were almost refused a seat away from the large groups of people because it wouldn't 've been convenient for the waiter to walk a few extra steps. Jesus Christ. Also, the TV'S are so damn loud blaring their ads in your ear that you need a fucking megaphone to hold a conversation. All in all, just don't bother. We walked in and were greeted by 10 smiling servers/hostesses at the front station. 12:30pm and the restaurant was 3/4 full since they were giving away free snack size wings! I've been to late night multiple times, and the service seems to differ on the waiter/waitress. There's some good ones, and some that are just horrible. Overall, the food is okay...a lot of people are complaining on here, but this isn't some 5 star restaurant. The food is relatively cheap and that's what you're going to get... As for the wings, the traditional wings are the best in my opinion but are doused in the sauce of your choice. The boneless wings seem a little too dry for me, but I think that's just boneless chicken in general. As for the atmosphere...it is a little too loud, I definitely would not go here if you're trying to have a deep conversation. But if you're trying to watch a sporting event, I'd definitely recommend coming here. Overall, only come for happy hour or late night...with the cheaper prices, it won't let you down. read more

I have been to a couple Buffalo Wild Wings and I must say this one lives up to the expectations I have for the franchise. Excellent wings, if you get a chance to dine in the environment is filled with television screens and is definitely a sports related bar. What I like most about this place is the wide selection of wing sauces they offer. If you look hard enough there's a flavor and sauce that works for just about anybody and let me tell you, they are really good!! I suggest heading in during a happy hour to save a couple dollars, but nevertheless try to get their early before sports games starts because this place will get packed! Ate here for the first time last night - was there to celebrate a friend's birthday. We were a group of about 20, and were seated in the far end of their outdoor seating area. Patio heaters not turned on until after dark (it was a cool, rainy, typical PNW day weather-wise), so many of us were rather chilly. Food & drink prices were high considering that the quality was no better than fast food. Beer selection good, though more expensive than other local restaurants. Really loud environment - no need to blast music on top of crowd noise and concrete floors - no sound buffering at all. My first trip to B-Dubs was mediocre at best. I was highly overstimulated, it was hard to focus on anything to order. Knowing what to expect made our "second chance trip" much easier. Overall, my trip was much better than I had expected. The tvs weren't too loud this time, the food was mostly good, and our waitress was very, very kind, compassionate, and helpful! It didn't really start out that way. I entered at 7pm figuring they'd have slowed down from the dinner rush. I was told they couldn't give us a wait time since they were dependent on people sitting around watching the game, which makes sense but makes it really hard with two hungry kids to feed to decide if I should stay and try to wait it out or bail for any of the 10+ restaurants on the strip. While we waited we helped ourselves to the restroom. Anyone with kids knows you absolutely cannot get out of visiting the restroom at any location; it's just a given. The bathroom floor was slippery like it had been waxed or something. It was hard to find the baby changer, and then hold onto a wriggly toddler who kept slipping on the floor, while I myself was slipping on the floor, to wait for the baby changer was ridiculous. It was amusing to see TVs everywhere- even in the loo! This would be great for that die-hard sports fan who is anxious at bodily functions for fear they might miss a second of the game. You know who you are- I'm looking at YOU! We were seated after a half hour. There was a group waiting with us that said they come every Tuesday. I'm not sure what was special about Tuesday that they come every week on that particular day, but they were very excited about being there, and it being a Tuesday, so take that for what you will. Tuesdays are awesome, people. Ordering was great, the waitress was really helpful at suggesting menu items and answering questions. She was communicative about going on her break and having her coworker check in on us. Sadly, the buffalo mac and cheese my daughter was looking forward to was inedible. We wanted it without the spicy sauce on the wings. It was advertised as being with a cheese sauce, but the sauce was more ranch based- seriously, it was like drippy, runny mayo mixed in with the noodles, topped with something yellow and bread crumbs. Not at all worth $9.29. The waitress offered to go mix some cheese in with it, but wasn't it supposed to have cheese in it already? The flavor was already so mayo/ranch-y, we declined. Nothing else was offered as a substitute. We were told the lemonades were free refill, but were charged twice. $4 for a non-alcoholic 16oz beverage is pretty steep. I contacted the company to see if this was a mistake but so far no reply. I was pleasantly surprised by the wings but was told they were $.70 per wing on special that day (not written anywhere, told verbally by the waitress- maybe THIS is what is special about Tuesdays??), with a 4-wing minimum ($2.80 for 4 wings). Instead I was charged $3.00 for 4 wings, that's a small price difference, but still basically a lie. The wings arrived VERY well sauced. No skimping on the sauce here! It was a little overwhelming for me, though. I think next time I'd order the sauce on the side. I got the honey-mustard and the sweet bbq. They seemed to have a great variety of sauces to choose from. For my 2 year old, we ordered fruit and the kids' tenders. We got 3 frozen, reheated chicken tenders and a plastic cup of mandarin oranges. Not a very good value for $5.29 on the kids' meal. I enjoyed playing trivia with the other diners. Would be cool if there was a coupon or something to win rather than just killing time but great fun playing with my daughter. The food was lukewarm, but nobody wanted to send it back because we were so hungry. Once we were finished eating, we requested our bill. That took another 20 minutes. 15 minutes later the waitress came back with the manager to explaine that she couldn't run our card because the machine was down. The manager then told us that we would have to wait until the machine was up again to run our bill. He apologized for the delay, but said there was nothing he could do about it. The machine came back on about 10 minutes later. They were able to run our card, but after the BAD service we had, we thought the manager would have been a little nicer. Hailing from far Northern California, we do not have a BWW unfortunately. My boyfriend and I made the highly anticipated drive to Eugene/Springfield area to watch the Ducks game (vs. Utah). After another victory, we finally were able to go try BWW. We made the best of it, and it was probably my most memorable restaurant experience yet. We waited 20 minutes, which isn't too bad. We sat at a small table at the outside patio area. Once dark hits, they turn on the heaters, so we were quite toasty. I started with a strawberry lime mojito and my boyfriend got the Red Hook Bucket. They had a variety of drink selections, so it took us some time to decide. They have an enormous selection of sauces for your wings/burgers as the eye can see, so you are not limited. We both ended up getting burgers. They were both incredibly good with their Southwestern Ranch sauce is the bomb! They forgot my pickles, but I'm not picky about my food. This is just a reminder that this is a sports bar and grill. They have countless BIG televisions to watch several games. When my boyfriend and I were there, we were watching the USC vs. Stanford game among a sea of Duck fans. When USC upset Stanford against a field goal, you bet the place went nuts. I must be getting old. Entering a restaurant and immediately being assaulted with a cacophony of loud voices is just not my cup of tea. The acoustics were such that the sound from the extra large screen TV's and loud music and even louder voices bounced off the walls, ceiling and floor like an errant handball. It was just too much. The waiter, who was really great, was sympathetic and moved us to a quieter table in the bar. Only trouble was, the tables there were those bistro type tables that required hoisting yourself up onto stools so high I thought I'd need to hire a Sherpa! The food. Well crap, I guess I'm old AND picky! Feeling adventuresome, I ordered the boneless chicken wings with the Buffalo style rub. When it finally arrived, I was surprised to see that the "wings" were more like chicken nuggets with a very thick deep-fried coating. The buffalo rub was simply a very spicy powder that was liberally poured over the nuggets. The first bite took my breath away. (Less "oh my gosh how FANTASTIC, as "oh my gosh I'm going to DIE!" kind of way.). Thankfully, the Ranch dressing they provided was yummy, and helped to cut the burning sensation, and I was able to choke down nearly all of my chicken. (At 14.99 for a small order, I was by-gum not going to let it go to waste!). The side-dish, if you want to call it that, was raw celery and carrot sticks. Really. I didn't understand the logic of that choice. The only redeeming thing about our experience there was the excellent waiter and the out-of-this world huckleberry lemonade. Those two factors were the sole reasons I gave Buffalo Wild Wings two stars. We won't go back. I'm saving my money for my trek to Mt. Everest. I'll really want a Sherpa then. read more

Every time I come here, they are pretty busy but me and my party always gets seated quickly and service is great! I always get the Fried Pickles went I come. They are super good and taste great paired with the southwest ranch served with it. I know they serve burgers, salads, and entrees here but I always open to the center menu and order their amazing wings. I can easily finish ten or more, they are that damn good. My friend ordered wings with Jamaican sauce and it was good, it had a nice kick. She also ordered the super spicy habanero? sauce and it was SO SPICY. Definitely not for the faint of heart. Been to Buffalo Wild Wings a few more times recently to watch playoffs games. Each time has been a blast. Sitting at the bar will usually get you in set up with Drake and he is awesome. Follows up with you on food and drink orders, refills without being asked, and he keeps you entertained. One time at a table my friends and I asked again for the game playing devices while we waited for food. It was pretty busy (game 7 of the Western Conference Finals) and we didn't get them. We weren't checked on very often, but once a woman joined our table after halftime our server suddenly came by more often. I'm not sure why that is, but it wasn't that big a deal to me. We still had a good time, had good food, and the servers are usually on the ball even when it is busy. It is a great place to grab a buddy (or more) and have a fun evening. read more
