It's always busy when we go in or drive by, which is a good sign. I've been in twice since they opened, only having been to one in Portland prior. I like the food. It's nothing special. I mean, it's wings and burgers. But it's ok. I despise their teriyaki sauce, it's just gross. I typically do the build your own burger, and it's pretty tasty. My favorite appetizer is the cheese curds. The service is excellent. I've never been disappointed, had an empty drink, or been annoyed by the wait. They check up on you at perfect intervals without being annoying or making you feel ignored. The service is by far the most impressive thing about this restaurant. I've ordered beer and the bartender suggests and samples new ones they've put on tap recently that are similar to what I've ordered. The restaurant is comfortable, the bar is a bit more crowded. But there are TVs everywhere. This makes it a great spot to watch a Duck game, if you don't mind the noise. It can be difficult to hear much of anything. Overall, I like it. It's a place I would definitely go back to and keep returning to. read more

Okay lets start with the fact that I am a Hooters FAN! Alas, there is not one in Eugene, OR... so I went to what my friends described as the next best thing... Buffalo Wild Wings aka B-dubs... I knew their pricing was a bit steeper than I am used to (yes I find their pricing even with specials higher than Hooters)... but I got a special gift card for the holidays where you get some free money on a card when you buy one of theirs. I knew I wanted to go on Thursday as it was Boneless Wings night at $.75 each wing (not the best price but lets continue)... I walked in and it was VERY busy already at 5:15 PM. I wanted happy hour though so I could maximize my dollar power.... I was immediately greeted and because I was alone I was immediately able to be seated at a table in the bar. Note: I asked and was told happy hour is throughout the restaurant not just in the bar. I was only seated a moment when the server, Jessica, came over and greeted me with a smile. 2nd NOTE: IF YOU CAN REQUEST JESSICA BECAUSE SHE IS SIMPLY FANTASTIC.... I explained it was my first time there and so she walked me through their beers, but I am not a beer drinker. She went through other specials and ended up recommending the Huckleberry Lemonade with house vodka since Wells were on special for $3/each. YES PLEASE... so I did and then I was hooked on the freaking huckleberry lemonade... so I had to order the Huckleberry Lemonade separately too so I could get more... yes I just spent $6.99 on freaking drinks and not even including alcohol in the most expensive one ha ha ha... so the vodka well was $3 and the regular lemonade was $3.99 but with free refills I drank about that much. I was a huckleberry lover until she introduced me on one of my refills to Mango Lemonade... oh heaven in my mouth -- anyway you must try these particularly if you aren't wanting a beer or soda! YUMM-o.... So then I ordered the fried pickles which were $4 for happy hour. The portion was good. They were cooked thoroughly and were crispy and served with a southwest ranch. Now if you don't like spice ask for regular ranch. I, for one, liked a little spice with my pickles. I didn't know their sauces so she brought out many for me to try in these little cup lids with stickers. It was awesome. My tongue wasn't feeling the spicy as much tonight so I ordered 4 wings with Mild (which was rather spicy) and 4 wings with Garlic Parmesan (which was one of my samples. The new Zesty Citrus has a STRONG ginger flavor so if you don't like ginger stay away. The Asian Zing was fantastic but had a kick... the Thai Curry was great flavor but also had a STRONG kick... and the spicy garlic was just a bit to much so I went withe the parmesan garlic. I didn't try them all but she would have brought them all as samples if I wanted. That is how fantastic and patient she was. The food came out quickly. The wings were in separate boats so flavors didn't mix. I asked for carrots and celery as well... the serving was a joke so I asked for more and they readily brought them to me. Refills were plentiful and the service was attentive as all get out. Again Ask for Jessica if you can! She was feisty with the guys at the table next to mine and they all deserved it so it was perfect. Saw a few other things and the guys next to me were raving about the street tacos... but since I am a SoCal girl I will stick to my taco shops for those. I included a pic of the happy hour specials as well as most of my food. The ambiance is lively and LOUD... but to be expected in a sports bar. There are televisions EVERYWHERE with every sport you would want to see. I watched some bowling, thursday night football, MMA and there were several others that I didn't catch. Also you can play trivia at your table for free. This time it was only me playing so I TOTALLY won -- but actually I was doing terrible. HA HA HA Good place to get away from your own little world and finally some wings in Eugene. YEA! read more

We had a amazing waitress her name was Jazz she was very attentive she was busy, but always checked on us and made sure we had drinks and anything else we needed. We had a bad experience last time and didn't want to go back, but it was late tonight so we tried them again. I guess I need to change my general attitude about dinning at franchise restaurants including BWW. So we were a party of 5. The restaurant was 80% empty. The millennial waiter dude showed us to our table, and gave us one (1) paper menu. (yes paper like disposable) I guess in the 2020 Covid era, we should just be grateful we got 1 paper menu to share among 5 adults right? I guess I should lower my expectations. Remember, these wings are slightly better than McDonald's chicken nuggets. Especially if you ask for salt and pepper which is an option you must request these days. And unlike McDonald's, you get urinals with TV's while doing the deed, plus all kinds of fancy sauces to choose from! read more

I haven't been to BWW in years and I am reminded why. The food is middle of the road, nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about. But it was really everything else that stood out to me. We came straight from a hike, I decided to avoid using the outhouses at the trail because I knew we were coming here. However the bathroom here was the WORST I've ever smelled, and without a doubt the outhouse would have been better. It was also freezing in here, I never once took off my winter coat and even went back to the car to grab a blanket. The service was mediocre as well. I asked to have my chicken tenders spun in sauce to which he took a long pause, clicked his pen 5x and said I guess I can do that. Confusing he was so against it as I'm sure the waiter was not the one spinning the tenders but I guess he's the sauce gatekeeper. On the positive side, we came here to watch football and that they delivered on. read more

Waited 15 minutes for service in the bar area. No one acknowledged us with menus in front of us. Won't be returning.

The food is frozen reheated trash, it's dirty and sticky everywhere, and it's noisy as hell. I have no clue why anyone would spend their time and money at this dump. read more

Service being the only saving value to this visit. Food overpriced and probably the lowest quality of the standard market variety. Nothing more than flash frozen, deep fried appetizers and entrees, and even frozen burger patties. Kind of fast food quality, at a full service price. If your love of sports exceeds your concern of price point, then you might enjoy the atmosphere. Also management might want to focus on overseeing and not gossiping about team that you feel are performing poorly, people can hear things, (grant or brant). It's an absolute no for us going forward. read more

I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but after my 4th time here I'm just not impressed. The chicken is just never cooked properly, it's always over cooked. The boneless wings, forget it. Hard as a rock the 3 different days I've ordered them. You get maybe one or two good nibbles off of them. The regular bone in wings are a hit and miss, half of my order was good half of it was over cooked and hard. Being that this place is supposed to be known for wings they sure don't live up to the name. Now, the food may not be great but the customer service is. Which is why I'm giving a 3 star and not a 2 star. I'm always impressed with the guys and gals that work here, they're always friendly and cheerful. I come back for them because it's nice to see smiling and cheerful people. Drinks, sports and people just not the wings. read more

Amazing service, Sonya needs a raise she is so good at taking orders like everything I asked for I got... WOW I can't even fathom how great her work ethic is it's out of this world, then she brought the food out dodging other coworkers and people like the running back in the football game on tv and delivered it to us without any errors. A+ for Sonya read more

Another great option in springfield! I was very excited for bdubs. I had one in my old town and loved the Tuesday nights for 65 cent wings and boneless is Thursdays Happy hour 3-6 Monday through Friday and everyday 9-close is not too shabby either. many items for 3 dollars! If you are not careful though you could leave spending 30$ a person but if you watch what you are doing you could easily leave under 10 dollars. Sauces are great, wings are solid. Still, I am a devoted chicken bonz fan and think they have a better quality wing. read more

It's sooo good, my buddy referred this place so we went, we got the large boneless honey BBQ chicken wings, there is enough for us to split it, first glance my mouth was watering... and first bye was an explosion of flavor and tender chicken inside crispy chicken wings, Service was fast and on time, place is clean, lots of tv screens in every direction... they even had TVs above the urinals in the men's room... you definitely can't miss any of the Super Bowl if you come here.... highly suggest this place for sure! I've been here two or three times now and as much as I love the "Buffalo wings concept" I find the food quality and creativity is way below average. It's a clean establishment with excellent service -- this is important to note because without a service team behind a product... getting me to return would be difficult at best... It would behoove this franchise to invest in a quality chef who can come up with some unique and innovative sauce flavors for the wings. Being a chicken wing restaurant... You'd think that this is a fundamental idea... Not the case for this place... The sauces range between out right horrible to bizarrely plain. Avoid the teriyaki unless you prefer something that taste of heavy soy sauce and brown sugar -- and black molasses... yuck... The regular wing sauce must be something like a baby rays brand -- literally something you could buy from Safeway. Sadly there is nothing special about the food in this place. It's all served in a 7-11 sized paper gravy boat. Classy. Rubbing two nickels together so that you can save a penny is no way to run a restaurant. Unless something changes quickly I'll bet this place is out of business in 4-5 years. Good luck. read more

Somewhat torn due to that fact that while we are dining in, service, food and beverages are good! We always are on the bar side - 4 stars for orders accurate, well cooked, drinks out fast, clean uplifting environment. However - Ordering out is series of unfortunate events! Even if staff reads you what the order says, remind yourself it's just a reading outloud moment. Handful of our orders now, over time, have all been incorrect. Not just a little bit either :/ Recommend: take the time to check yourself. Even when you don't have time. It's worse when you get home and it's a completely opposite experience. We tend to get very hot spicy items and come home with the sweet stuff, plain stuff, light flavor stuff- which means, some unsuspecting family goes home with our fire in a box! Not fun. I've been a server for many years. I get it, at times intense busy, mistakes can happen, but the consistency of the mistakes is the red flag. Perhaps their training and procedures needs an upgrade? If I calculated the $ spent for our family on these orders of ours (gone wrong) we are easily over $130 - kind of a bummer after awhile. For what it's worth, tonight's management over the phone was sincere and we felt heard. They offered to replace of course but that's not our goal- we just want to trust that what we order is just that. No more uncertainty driving home and disappointment to follow in the discovery. read more

*updated* I have over 8,000 rewards points here, and that's not the first time I've had that many in my account. Anyone that knows me, knows I love Buffalo Wild Wings. First, you need to know that I come from a big city. Las Vegas to be exact. That city has 9 B Dubs. Yes, 9! I've been going to B Dubs/Buffys since I was 18. For my Birthday, I ALWAYS go to B Dubs. When I turned 21, I went there and got pretty drunk. I've celebrated there and I've gone through heartbreaks there. You know that song THIS BAR by Morgan Wallen? Yup, that's my song about this place. Anyway, when I moved to Eugene, my jaw dropped when I found out there was only ONE Buffalo Wild Wings in the area. Like, WTH?! Just one? But heck..one is all I need! I'll admit, the first few months visiting this location, I was really bummed out. The staff wasn't as great, the food was not what I was used to, they messed up my orders EVERY TIME I went, and service was slow! However, I'm a loyal customer, so I kept going. Little by little, this place got it together. My orders weren't getting messed up, the staff was much more attentive and friendly, the taste and quality of the food got better, and I was happy to call B Dubs "my spot" again. I looked at my history for the last year, and I visit/order from here AT LEAST 2 times a month. There's a month I went once or twice a week! Anyway, what I'm trying to say is, that this location has gone through their ups and downs but lately they've been kicking ass. The pandemic has hit everyone hard, and the staff here deserves recognition. They keep their heads up, work hard, and continue to make me happy. I can't wait for this whole COVID situation to get better so that I can go back inside, sit with my wife and friends, play some good songs on the TouchTunes, and have a drink with those close to me! read more

Been to Buffalo Wild Wings a few more times recently to watch playoffs games. Each time has been a blast. Sitting at the bar will usually get you in set up with Drake and he is awesome. Follows up with you on food and drink orders, refills without being asked, and he keeps you entertained. One time at a table my friends and I asked again for the game playing devices while we waited for food. It was pretty busy (game 7 of the Western Conference Finals) and we didn't get them. We weren't checked on very often, but once a woman joined our table after halftime our server suddenly came by more often. I'm not sure why that is, but it wasn't that big a deal to me. We still had a good time, had good food, and the servers are usually on the ball even when it is busy. It is a great place to grab a buddy (or more) and have a fun evening. read more

It is sad that with COVID excuses we were denied service, 6 adults and 2 kids, hungry coming from Crater Lake going to Portland. Hands down the best BWW I've ever been to. The hostess don't seem all that excited to be there, but that's okay. Our server was very attentive and came back to check on us frequently. I don't think we were taking that long to make up our minds but he came back about three times to see if we needed any help with anything. After we ordered our food came out promptly and we finally decided to order pints of beers since our server was there anyways. The wings were nice and hot but the fries were just about room temperature but that's not a deal breaker since we were there for the wings. Drinks came out almost immediately!! Fastest service I've ever gotten at BWW. I will be coming back because of the service and the fact that I found out this location still participates in wing Tuesdays! read more

We placed an online order for curbside pickup. We waited 45 mins after sending the notification we were there and then had to call. We only got half our food and the food we did get was cold and wrong. They didn't even say sorry. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot. read more

I ate lunch here on 5-9-18 and Kendall was my server. The wings are typical at BWW....always really good. What made this a top notch experience was Kendall. Very upset.. I know that it is a hard time right now. Especially with keeping employees and getting people to work. But, the past 3 times in the past two months I have tried to call to order, either no one answers or I get hung up on. I switched to online ordering hoping everything would be placed and not forgotten. Half of my meal has been missing each time. Checked my receipt to make sure maybe it was just user error, it was not. Hoping my review will make a change instead of continually calling to complain. No one will probably answer my phone call anyways. For anyone in advance, don't pull a me. Make sure everything is included before leaving. read more

I've been continuing to go back and give this place another chance to make things right, but it just keeps getting worse. I've been using combination of delivery and picking up a to go order. Ordered online and after making it back to my car, the order was missing onion rings. I went back inside to get them and was told they were out of them. Yes, they were willing to let me go home without even giving me a heads up that my order wasn't fulfilled. Additionally, tried to purchase a bottle of sauce and they said they were out. Let's begin by saying this Yelp review came to be 3 days ago when my friend group wanted to drive 2 and a half hours for lunch. At this time I am writing this in the restaurant and initial impressions are coming together as flows: lighting is awkward, I can't tell whether it is dark or light and all the TVs are giving me retina damage. My friends are also hangry so nobody is in a great mood, on top of that, they said Wifi was free and it is currently not, "BWW-Wireless" may have no password but that does not work. I ordered a side of Mac and cheese that lacked consistency, the liquid cheese was running and unappetizing. The snack size wings I got with teriyaki sauce felt chalky and did not go down smoothly. The carrots and celery were nice, however. It is the journey, not the destination. read more
