I came here on st. Patrick's Day because of how crowded the Irish pub was so we came here and Oder here (I have ate here more than once) We were seated at a booth in the back of the restaurant where we place are order of drinks, appetizers, full meal after we offered are drinks and appetizers arrive shortly and the full meals after that. I got my order of a 10 piece, traditional wings with tots and my sweet tea the Tea was good and the wings were seasoned amazingly while the meat was cooked great and the tots were good honestly a good choice for food. The ambience was good it was just a buffalo wild wings with TVs on the walls and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good meal. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - The traditional wings with Tater Tots - Chicken Wings Near Me - Opelika, Alabama

Unfortunately this location does not have separate fryers for gluten free customers everything (gluten and non gluten) is cooked together. So the traditional wings can not be made without gluten. This is very sad as I was really excited to watch the World Cup games here. In general I've definitely been having trouble finding safe gluten free places to eat in Auburn AL. read more

This was my first time eating here in a while and I decided to go a pick up order. My wings were fresh and they tasted good. I tried the honey garlic this time and the tasted amazing. So far no complaints! read more

First of all, how does a wing restaurant not have blue cheese dressing, which is unconscionable for a wing place. We were there during happy hour and they were also out of a happy hour beer special. Then I ordered a double rum and their pour is 2 ounces for a double, according to management, but they have a sign at the bar stating that a single pour is 1.25 ounce...so why is a a double 2 ounces and not 2.5 ounces?? But the service was good our server Mak was great though! (Also, the QR code on the receipt shows a weird calculator site, lol, see pic) read more

It took 30 minutes to order and an hour to get my food. When I got my food my wings were cold and my fries were sticking together!

Servers were rude and took forever to take our order. Employees didnt care about anything

As soo as you walk in the scent of dirty bleach water hits you in the face. Food was cold. Asked for hot fries.... The second batch was also cold. This is the last time I will eat at a bww. read more

Very disappointing Service was slow, we got the wrong food delivered and we couldn't enjoy any of the games on the screens. Definitely was not the usual Buffalo wild wings experience I've grown accustomed to. read more

Waited an hour for food just for it to come out cold. I got hot sauce added to my burger and there was barely any. Tables had a bunch of trash and the workers added to the trash and made people wait instead of cleaning off the table. Very disappointed.. read more

Fries and Mac n cheese were good. However, they got my burger wrong TWICE. I asked for it plain both times.

My wife and I got seated by the hostess. We sat there for 30 minutes and no one took our order. No one asked us if we had a waiter or anything. Two waiters only had one table around us and never looked in our direction. We walked out and the hostess didn't say anything regarding the wait or us leaving without service. read more

If you are thinking about coming here for good wings, just don't. Ten mildly temperate wings that had obviously been sitting and two beers, and the bill was over $30.00. Just go to Longhorns and get a steak. Damn. read more

Me and my family walked in at 8:15. Everything I've seen says they stay open until 11 or midnight. We walk in and the lady says "our kitchen closes in ten minutes." She was sitting at the bar, not working, not standing at the counter, not greeting customers. I thought, that's odd, your kitchen closes at 8:25? She was just completely bull crapping. I typically like the food but unfortunately this business will be put OOB by Texas Roadhouse and Walk ons. read more

Came to watch an NFL game. Got there at 12, left at 12:20 because the game we requested still wasn't on. You're a sports bar; how long does it take to put one of seven games on one of the 20 TVs in the area? read more

We stopped here for dinner during a road trip. The location was super convenient. We were seated quickly and received our food quickly. The food was really good mostly and our server was nice but the fries were cold and tasted old. Everything else was great but we ended up not eating the fries at all. read more

Waited 4-5 minutes before anyone came up to the hostess stand. Took 3 kids to decide where to seat my husband and I. (After 2-3 minute deliberation. There were about 4 tables that had guests, everything else was available. Finally got a table. Waited. I went to the restroom. Still no one had been by to check on us. After a couple more minutes, 4 other people were seated. We're still waiting. After 3-4 more minutes, a waitress came by to take the 4top order but not ours, so we just got up and left. read more

Be aware of nasty cloudy water! I don't usually drink water from restaurants unless it's filtered or bottled but was on a road trip and out of thirst, I gulped a quarter of it before others noticed the water condition. I'm alive thankfully, but just put a bad taste in my mouth especially since this place used to be good. I guess the quality has gone down since it first opened, little over 10 years ago. It was one of the better meals in Auburn at the time and was the hit spot for some wings and beer. Reminiscing the old day, I suggested to stop by on our road trip, but was a disappointment, especially with all the wings over drenched in sauce. read more

We had the absolute worst server tonight. She seemed annoyed from the second she walked up to the table. The majority of my table ordered bottomless wings. When they ordered their second round, she sighed and asked "how many more rounds are y'all gonna order." With the entire table being servers ourselves, we were shocked by the comment. When they ordered their third round, she sighed again and complained that "we were her last table." Again, we were shocked by these comments. I also ordered drinks from the bar, which I had to ask for both times. She said the "bartender wasn't good" but proceeded to bring watered down drinks out. When we asked for a manager, he was just as unhelpful. He didn't ask about a problem, he just refilled our waters, which had been empty for almost the entire hour we had been there. Thankfully, we got a new server, Bec, who was amazing! read more

Fair warning - food is rang in individually therefore all orders at your table come out separately. 5-15 minutes between each meal at the table which is a no go for my family as we like to wait and eat together. My food was then cold by the time they received theirs. Manager stated it was a policy of theirs and offered 10% off the order. Didn't go in looking for a discount however felt this could have been handled better had we been told to begin with. read more

Food was ok boneless wings not warm at all when served. But the reason for the review was the bad service. Brie was rude.

Cold food, bad service. It was not just but we never saw the server for refills, etc. Not worth it at all.

OK. I came in on Tuesday. Huge place. May e 20 people in the whole place. I sat down at the bar. There were 5 servers and a manager to my left. DOING NOTHING. I wanted to watch h my Twins on tv. Playoffs. The game was on. 2 people at the bar other than me. The bartender came 13 minutes after the I got there to take my order. THIRTEEN MINUTES. I know because I was checking the time of the game. I ordered wings because it was bogo on them. I ordered fries and celery with them. Buffalo sauce on the wings. I got 20 unsauced wings 30 minutes later. . No fries. No celery. The fat lesbian chick who was evidently the cook was running around outside and had to go back and get my fries. Worst experience I've ever had. Do not come here. Be afraid.. be very afraid. I come to this town 4 times a yeR. No way I come back k here read more

So, my wings came out soaked in sauce like this. I thought I ordered wings with hot bbq sauce not sauce with some wings. Then I had to get up to go find my server after she filled a friends drink up at the table and didn't pay attention to my empty cup.(mind you I'm eating straight hot bbq sauce) Highly unsatisfied with this visit to BWW. Honestly, the food here is nothing compared to Wingstop and other chicken establishments but when people go to Buffalo Wild Wings, they don't go for the food. It's the atmosphere of an open sports bar that is clean and appealing enough to families and college groupies alike. There's many TV displays around the entire restaurant with a nice patio as well. People come here to watch the game. The wings and fries are ordered separately which was a slight surprise because it's actually expensive when you add them up. I never got the concept of eating celery sticks with the chicken but they're there for you with your options of bleu cheese or ranch dressing. The service here is great. They refill your drinks for free without even asking you and they split our tabs without really asking my friends since they're that far ahead of your requests already. read more

Walked in and were told we could sit wherever in the bar area. So we did - after 13:15:09 minutes with not one waitress or waiter, we moved closer to the bar and AGAIN we sat, but this time 6:30:11 before someone spoke! Meanwhile, 3 Managers congregated in the corner on their phones! Wish we could see what was so cool! Finally we get drinks, finally we get a menu, and we order! Chicken sandwich comes out without melted cheese and the fries were stale! We send it back! So they bring my sandwich back out, the cheese.... Semi melted.. Now I'm wondering if the cheese is real.. Is it real??? I mean how hard can it be to melt "real cheese"? Had to re-order fries AGAIN! Then some high tech Waiter changed the TVs! As they all huddled in the corner, no one could figure out how to change them back! Finally, the brain showed up and changed it back to what the patrons were watching! Sucks that Sam was at work tonight because this isn't her fault and sorry if this review reflects poorly on her or any of the staff! This was just poor management! They did not staff the restaurant for their Employees to be successful!! We always hit BFF's on travel...Most likely will never visit this one again! read more

I don't go a whole lot but the food has always been good when I went. It's hot and tastes good. The problem is the service.
