My wife and I stopped in on the way home, in the mood for wings. I don't know how we've never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings. It wasn't bad, but I can't see any reason to return. It's a typical loud sports bar, nothing out of the ordinary except the focus on wings. I wasn't getting a beer, but I wasn't impressed with what they called a craft selection. It's great to eat inside restaurant food again and a draft beer. As much as we want to support our restaurants in take out it's never as good as to have the food from kitchen right to your table. BWW is back with in side dining. It's a little different and they have installed new measures to make it safe for us and staff to go out and eat again. Tables are 6 foot apart, plex glass barriers to protect the dinners(do not even think of putting your finger prints on the safety barriers), directional arrow on the floor to get us going in the right path. Staff in masks(we fill not necessary) and gloves, touch-less features in rest rooms, and very clean booths and tables. If everyone will wash their hands every time you touch your face or counter tops, keep our fingers out of our nose, ears, eyes, other openings, and our hair; it will be good health. Keep immune system strong and sneeze on you handkerchief, ok arm Owners and staff on the floor to make it happen. It's was really clean before and they are going the extra yard to keep it safe. Best part was the food; there was 8 of us so we tried a lot: pretzel balls, onion rings, quesadilla, hot fries, hamburgers, CK street tacos, brisket tacos, and of coarse wings. By the way, the mac & cheese is the best our nephew said and he's a high school graduate 2020, you know smart he is. Last night I went in for some wings and a drink and was surprised with our service. We come here a lot and had the best experience by far tonight. Our server Luna, was on it. She got our appetizers and drinks in just before happy hour was over. She even ran to the bar to make our drinks! I told her and the manager the margaritas she made were the best ones we've had in a while, Luna was ON IT. This time, the food wasn't very good, the wait to for the food was 35+ minutes from the time our appetizer was received. You'd think the place was super busy but there were more empty tables than occupied. About the food: the boneless chicken wings were just terrible. Mostly batter, very little chicken. They were cold and hard. My wife ordered the Buffalo Chicken salad and it arrived without any dressing. None. Bone dry. After alerting the server the kitchen sent out one small container of dressing, which was not nearly enough. A quick look through recent reviews show many similar experiences. The only bright-ish spot was our server (Taylor G). She was friendly, brought frequent refills, and was apologetic about the long kitchen delay. I've been to this location may times, I'm super disappointed in the service. Walked in the people in front of me rang the bell multiple times to be helped. We got sat pretty fast. Pretty good sports bar. TVs everywhere so this is the place to watch any games and sometimes a PPV fight. I love the Chicken Tacos and the Garlic Parmesan wings. The wings are in on the pricey side but they are good size wings. I have tried their Cheese Curd Bacon Burger and the Bleu Burger and both were good. Wow, what can I say? Wings are simple, hard to to mess up really. We went for wings and I have to say that B.W.W. has a number of flavours that you don't see anywhere else. However; two and a a half orders of wings, basket of fries and two soft drinks (more about this in a moment) and our total check was $49.36 without a tip! WHAT?!?! The bit with the soft drinks was that I ordered iced tea, my wife asked if they had ginger ale which they said they had. Much latter we found out after she had asked for a refill that her ginger ale was from a can at the bar and they had charged us $3.50 for one glass and told us that refill were not free. Had they said this up front she would have asked for water. The food was fair. Lots of different flavours available but no stand out taste. The fries were boring. The service was lack lustre at best, our server spending more time sitting and texting instead of being a decent server. We had been encouraged when we walked in because they have trivia games which is something we enjoy and do not see much, but after trying five different game consoles we gave up because we could not find one that functioned correctly. It was a disappointing addition to a disappointing experience. $50.00 for chicken wings is out of the world over priced for two people with no beer. As a comparison, a week or so later we went out for a steak dinner and only spent $35.00, wings are supposed to be an inexpensive choice! I would never, NEVER recommend that you try Buffalo Wild Wings, there are many other places in the Valley that you can get better wings and a lower price. read more

This place SUCKED. I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, and it immediately fell apart. My sister ordered a kids' meal wings, and when they brought the meal out, there were almost no wings, and they were very small. I wanted to have ketchup, so I opened up the ketchup to pour it. They actually pulled it off better than I expected. The spice rub had plenty of pleasant hottness and it was seared and slightly blackened. As with most chain restaurants, what you expect from one you can expect from another. Despite the excessive amount of people that were in attendance the last time I went, we still managed to get a great booth, and even better customer service. My cup never truly emptied before it was refilled again, and anytime I needed something, there was always someone available to help. The menu is pretty standard no matter where you go, however I managed to try a new entree item that I must recommend. The Shrimp Po Boy sandwich was by far the most delicious thing i've tasted this side of the Mississippi. Great seafood that wasn't soggy or overly fried and complimented by just the right amount of southern spice. What's not to like? Pair this with a side of fries and a delicious ale, and you have yourself quite the palate pleaser. While I don't frequent BWW often, I will definitely make it a point to stop in and try any of their new menu items when the chance comes! p.s.
