This location looks on the brink of shutting down. There was no one at the door to greet us and it took a while to get sat for a table. Meanwhile the restaurant was almost completely empty. For about 15 customers in the entire restaurant, service was incredibly slow. It took 10 minutes for our waiter to even come over to our table. I had to keep flagging him down to get his attention, he did not stop by our table once outside of me calling him over (to order, for the check, to get to-go boxes, etc.). Food was just fine, nothing to write home about. They were out of the pretzel knots which is what we came in for. The portions on the carrots and celery were small, and even though I asked for ranch it was delivered with blue cheese. Worse service ever. Two servers and they will just look at us when we arrived, this went in for 10mins, so we sat ourselves. They looked upset that we sat ourselves, only to start talking amongst themselves, clearly bad mouthing us. They asked the bartender to serve us. Very unprofessional from the two females. Food is always great and no complaints there. However the service could be improved. We sat for a while looking for a waiter and one waiter that were helping her side said our waiter will come soon and it took another 10 minutes before she can take our order. We didn't mind too much as we went to watch football but we would've liked to order our food faster. But when we did order, the food came pretty quickly and we were eating and watching the game. Since we had a party of 6, our tip was automatically 20% so maybe that's why we didn't get that much attention? Anyways, food is good so can't complain there. However, when we asked our server to switch the audio to the game, they informed us that the manager has a policy of only playing game audio for US fights. We are very disappointing, especially since 95% of the current customers are watching the same game. Watching a game without the audio does take away from the experience. We feel that enhancing the game atmosphere is crucial for fans like us. Customer service in a sports bar should include ensuring fans can fully enjoy the games they come to watch. Unfortunately the wings that they are named after are lackluster to say the least. I ordered the boneless Parmesan garlic and bone in lemon pepper with a beer. The beer was nice and crisp. The boneless wings were small and needed more sauce. They were also really dry. The lemon pepper wings were also pretty tiny but not as dry. Missing ingredients - I got 2 bland double cheeseburger with 3 tiny slices of pickled jalapeños and a smear of aioli spread. Burger was warm and fries were cold and stale. I generally like this place so much more, but they screwed up tonight. I ordered some Cauliflower Wings to try, and then some Traditional Wings that I can't do without. I guess the ppl in the kitchen overlooked where it said "10 Wings" after they saw "Small Cauliflwr" and just made me cauliflower everything! I had to grub chicken off of my wife and kid. And I live only like 10 minutes away, but it's raining out... I'm not going back there. My wife insisted that we call them and let them know. We called the # that's on the website. No one answered. Rang like 30 times I guess. Ridiculous. I didn't like the smoky adobo sauce much on the cauliflower...really wish I got it on real traditional wings, but at least the other stuff was made to our satisfaction. Went here for dinner on Saturday night and the food is actually great, and service is fairly quick and the staff are nice. This location is further out but it's location in a huge parking lot. The only two downsides to Saturday'a experience was the hostess and the bathroom. The hostess was very timid and I noticed another waitress confront her on her choice regarding a party that came in and demanded to sit at a table after noticing so many open tables on the other side of the restaurant. I'm sure there's a reason for those tables being closed off, but it would have been nice to see her stand her ground and not show fear. As for the bathrooms, they were disgusting. I understand that it was near closing time, but they should at least have someone to maintain the bathrooms. If they are demanding to check vaccination cards, they should also hold their bathroom up to safety and health standards. read more

Wasn't my favorite experience. A friend wanted to try this Buffalo Wild Wings establishment for dinner, which I've visited twice preCOVID. It was okay, just like the last time, meh. We were a party of 4. Their were a good # of customers, but I wouldn't describe it as packed at the time of our visit. The matradee seemed annoyed and wasn't welcoming. The place has several TV monitors displaying different sports, has a bar, lots of seating, and has convenient parking outside. The vibe was alright, but something seemed off. The customer service was lacking. Our server was nice and friendly, but she seemed really overstretched, just like the others. Little contact, long waits in between. It looked like the servers were hustling, but also managing other tasks like cleaning, getting drinks and bussing tables, etc. on both sides of the restaurant. Maybe they were understaffed. The staff were so preoccupied that I was asked to report the bathroom conditions directly to the managers (n=3) who were clustered at a table meeting the whole time we were there. We ordered a few items. We Iiked the burger and drinks, but unfortunately, the fries and $$ wings were overcooked and dry. The salad and desert were good. Decent buffalo wild wing experience. I haven't been to the establishment for a while now but still the same wing and combo samplers. I went on a Sunday so the restaurant was pretty packed with people watching footballs on TV. We ordered the house sampler with the wings, nachos, mozzarella sticks and onion rings. The traditional wing order was Parmesan garlic and honey bbq. Not sure why the wings on the house sampler was more fresh (ie hotter like out of fryer) compared with the traditional wing that we ordered at the same time.
