    Crispy Fish & Fries Platter

Good food and good service. We went on a Saturday morning and it wasn't too busy. However, by the time we left at around 11am, the restaurant was almost full. The strawberry and banana pancakes were nice and fluffy. The turkey sausages were pretty good. The fish and fries were tasty. We also got fried breakfast potatoes, but the fries tasted better. Nothing a bit of salt couldn't fix.

I was in the area and have high hope up about having breakfast in the place that has parking lot, but this location doesn't have it. Plus, it is on very busy street and hard to find parking. Spicy Poblano is my favorite! I love that they put many types of peppers. Big Steak is also good too just not spicy. Service is ok, slow sometimes. Overall, if you don't have a car you don't need to worry about finding parking. Place is big and good for family.

The overall atmosphere, service, and prices are comparable to those on the Isle of Man. They also have their own bar, where the drinks are quite affordable and have a unique character, making it perfect for a date. Here are a few dishes that offer the best value: Yellowtail Crudo, grilled beef tongue, and black truffle fries. These are Michelin-level quality at a reasonable price, hard to find elsewhere at the same price. For cocktails, I recommend the Saline Solution. It has a baijiu base, which I don't particularly like, but this one has a rich, savory flavor that's perfectly masked by the alcohol, making it very easy to drink and quite unique.

THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE…read more Came here last night with my wife because I saw all the great reviews and figured, how bad could it be? Turns out, very, very, VERY bad. We ordered two cocktails. 45 MINUTES LATER, we were still waiting. I asked our waitress twice where they were. Both times, dismissive and annoyed: "They're coming." At that point I assumed they were being delivered by horseback. The drinks finally came, watered down and mediocre. We eventually ordered a second round, and somehow three different people became involved in getting us drinks. One of them came over to ask for my wife's name for the order (?). I genuinely started wondering if we were applying for a mortgage. How many people does it take to make a cocktail here? Literally let me behind the bar and I'll mix the martini myself. It takes under 60 seconds at any bar in Manhattan, but somehow in Flushing, every drink order takes 45 minutes.

Rice Bowls Salmon Ochazuke Rice The salmon was bland, but the skin was crispy. I skipped the green tea broth because I couldn't consume caffeine. My dad said the broth was too spicy because it had way too much black pepper. He was disappointed with his salmon rice bowl. It had an oddly fishy taste when it should've been rich and buttery. It also lacked proper seasoning, so we ended up sending it back. For the entree, we ordered the dry aged porterhouse, priced at nearly $200. We asked for medium, but it came out well done, which was a letdown. The chimichurri didn't taste authentic, and while the signature steak sauce was fine, it wasn't anything memorable. We also ordered a side of bacon, which was decent but I've had better. The chili prawn noodles were another miss. It came with only four shrimp, wasn't spicy at all, and used spaghetti noodles, which felt off for the dish. The only real highlights were the creamed spinach and shishito peppers. Those were solid and you just can't go wrong with it. At best, I'd recommend coming here for the cocktails and the view. The food alone doesn't justify it. I added an extra star strictly because of the service. Shirley was excellent. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and gave great wine recommendations. Very accommodating and genuinely pleasant, which made the experience better overall.

We ordered a few things off the tapas menu. The popcorn chicken, the octopus, uni and foie gras, short ribs, and beef tacos. The short ribs leaned a bit dry, but everything else was on point.
