Stopped by for a carryout order of 6 honey garlic wings and potato wedges. The flavor of the chicken was good and the wedges were seasoned well. The wings were cooked a little harder than I personally prefer. Nothing against the wings at all, I just like my chicken fried on the lighter side. Next time, I'll make sure to mention that in the special instructions. Overall, it was a good lunch, and now I know what to request next time. read more

We returned to BWW after a good 4 months or so and were shocked at how much the service had severely deteriorated. We ordered our food at 7:00 pm. The food did not arrive until 8:15 pm. To add salt to wound, when the food arrived the orders were wrong, and totally messed up. It just was not one order that was wrong. We had multiple orders messed up l like that. We learnt that priority was being given to take out orders rather than dine-ins. What a terrible experience overall. Sad to see this establishment go downhill so fast. read more

Just had the WORST wings I've ever had today, from this location. They were overcooked and had a dry texture. I believe they were older, based on taste and look. Like they got cold or sat for a while and they threw them in some sauce and microwaved them. They also had a tap water taste to them. Not sure if they taste like their freezer or are just poor quality. I'm so disappointed because I loved their wild flavor. I'll never order from this specific location again. Some of the fries also had a strange flavor, but I don't think that's their fault. Fries were decent, not crispy. I've eaten here a few times and they have never been this bad. But I guess the staff just doesn't care about quality anymore. read more

The essential high schooler hang out for gaming, watching the games, and throwing over priced and over processed chicken parts baptized in that big variety of sauces. I did a quick six boneless takeout through their decent app. Mango habanero always fires both ends of me up and makes killer heat with the ripe tingle of fruity sweetness. My wings were ready to go and the surprisingly friendly staff seemed waiting and ready. This is by far the cleanest and smoothest BWW I've ever visited. Can recommend their rewards program too which helps somewhat balance the silly everyday wing costs, be sure to plan for the BOGO days and check out those burgers. The burgers are my favorite menu item! read more

Everytime I order my food for delivery it is wrong 100% of the time. This time they completely forgot one of my kids entire meal. The time before they forgot all our drinks. And when we go to the restaurant our wait time is excessive. Spend the time and go to the bdubs in Plainfield instead read more

Visited the location in Avon for lunch, about 12 -13 tables were full! * The Good.... Our waiter was very polite. * The Not so good.... # The Music was way to loud for a crowd that size # The Waiter was the only one working the front. # The Wings, unfortunately were dry & my wife received the wrong sauce for her lunch. I'm hoping this subpar lunch was a one off and not the new norm for this restaurant. I've had many good times there, this was not one of them. I hate saying it like that, but I don't have a money tree & this felt like wasted money. I hope they do better. read more

this place is a joke! arrived on a tuesday evening at around 6pm, restaurant is maybe 20% full. about 15 people waiting at the hostess stand waiting to be seated. we waited for about 5 minutes before one of the people in front of us said they were told that it would be 20 minutes before someone could seat them because there was only one server on duty. when we heard that we decided to leave. just another example of a good company that gets bought out by "private equity", who then basically "guts" the business with cost cutting to increase their profits. its happening everywhere! another place to cross off our list. read more

Go if you have time to kill. The service is slow and so is the food. Once the food is out you can expect it to be good

Took 8 min to be seated when I was the only person in line. The restaurant was not that busy. Took 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Not highly satisfied. I think they need more wait staff for 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon. I was on my lunch break with limited time. Not impressed. read more

The food was good, but they were severely understaffed. The price of Bdubs is a little on the high side, and I don't see the hype.

I've been here several times and it's one of the best in Indianapolis. To begin with customer service is always great waiters are always attentive and friendly. The wait time is never more than 10 minutes which is always a plus. Also they have TVs all over for any sport fans. Moreover most of the time I come on Tuesdays or Thursdays since it's Bogo wings. The flavors I always get are Mango Habanero and Hot Original they never fail to be delicious and tasty. Furthermore I really recommend trying this location. read more

Stay away from here during this pandemic, 3 waitress just hanging out at the hostess stand I waited 10 mins for someone to come out an check on me , they were allowing these 5 young teenagers just run in an out, who was sitting on the floor between the bathrooms charging their phone and blocking the doors, i don't think the manager really knew what was going on ,I didn't know bww did babysitting it was DEAD an still took over 40 mins for my carry out an for the time I waited the food didn't even taste worth it may r it's the time of day or what but I just stay away if I was you, been the worst experience at a bww I've had yet read more

The food was tasty, but the service was slow, especially getting noticed, especially for a Sunday night. I watched a big guy manipulate a drunk guy outside and beat him up. And the big guy was supported by the staff at the bar. I could have walked out without paying my tab. I didn't, of course, but I think I could have. As much as I like BBW, I probably won't be back, which is unfortunate because I come to town every three weeks. read more

This was the definitely one of my worst dining in experiences ever in my life. When arriving (group of 4) we were seated immediately. The restaurant looked pretty empty. Our server took our drink order within 20 minutes & we ordered our food. What we didn't know is that we would be waiting close to 2 hours to get our food. I'm not sure if it's just this specific location or what but I for sure will never be back! We asked the server what the issue was & we were told the cooks were simply running behind. However I think possibly they had no cook for awhile and were under staffed because our server was the only server we saw. I ordered a cheeseburger & house salad. I was disappointed that the house salad was so simple. Like why did I have to wait that long for lettuce and tomatoes?? My cheeseburger was so dry and over cooked, & only room temperature. My Mojito was excellent, perhaps they are good for making drinks. I was so ready to leave. read more

Slow slow slow. Don't come here if you're in a hurry. Our waiter was really good. He should be snatched up by a better restaurant. He kept our drinks full and communicated and apologized for the wait. Super nice guy. The food was good, the service was good. Just maybe need a faster cook? Or another one. read more

My first one star review. Wow! The food was mediocre, it's a chain, I get it, I'm not expecting a Gastropub experience from BW's, however the service and speed of delivery of the food was completely unacceptable. We were seated immediately around 6:30 on a Friday night. They were not crazy busy at all. Our first round of drinks came out pretty quickly however there was some miscommunication about the availability of Guinness so an incorrect drink was brought to the table, not a biggie we offered a substitute instead. We followed with our food order and then the waiting game began! Our server (who was very nice and seemed overworked from the visible sweat on his forehead) came back and took our second drink order, no problem, then we waited, and waited, and waited. We awkwardly looked around to see if any of the staff knew of our peril, nope, tables got their food, ate their food and left, still we sat there, empty glasses no contact. It was decided one of yes should approach the bar to ask about our drink refill status and as soon as she went to the bar, BAM! Our drink order was setting there waiting for someone to bring it to us. (This was 15-20 minutes after we asked for refills!) Awkwardly my friend brought the drinks back to our table, surely our food is going to be coming out soon we wondered. Nope. We contemplated paying for our drinks and walking out at this point (unbelievable!) Our server eventually came around and we inquired about the extremely slow service and were told that the kitchen was really backed up (over an hour) and he apologized. At around 8:15 our food came out and as noted it was mediocre at best. Main reasons for going to run of the mill chain restaurants (in my opinion) is #1 consistency #2 speed and #3 convenience all of which failed on this visit. If I don't see the inside of a Buffalo Wild Wings in the next year or two, I'm okay with that. read more

If I could give this 0, I would. This whole experience was a disaster. We ordered our food online and had a 40 minute wait time before we could pick it up. Then when we get there, the associate (Tiffany) takes down my name to go check on my food and starts cashing out other people and taking down other names. She then comes back and asks my name again after bringing out all of these other people's food that were behind us in line bc she forgot about me. The whole process took about 20 minutes and then our food came out cold with sauce all over the bag. There needs to be a serious staff change and management shift here because this was TERRIBLE. read more

I decided to come here tonight for dinner on Tuesdays they have a great special for $5.50 plus tax you can get 9 wings anyway you like which to me is a great deal. The reason there getting 2 stars is because of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I literally stood by and watch a young man pick up the phone only to hang up I understood that the phone kept ringing because people were calling in orders but you dont do that that's just isn't right at all all he had to do was pick up the phone and ask the customer to please hold , after today I will start going to the Plainfield location. read more

Ok, watching FootyGame Miami at Clemson started feeling hungry. So I ordered 10pcs boneless wings 1/2 spicy garlic and 1/2 buffalo. The order took 45min, no worries. The the unthinkable happened, they sent me boned in wings . So I called the restaurant and explained my situation, the girl who answered offered me a credit. . I wanted my boneless wings. The manager got on the phone and apologize for the mix up. Asked me my address. He said 8 min away. He said he will deliver them to me personally. 15min later a knock at the door. There he is, apologize for the mix up. I felt that was awesome for him to bring to. I'll be back. read more

I go here almost every week for the live trivia competition. The waitstaff is very friendly and helpful. Seriously, they're a lot of fun. One of the waitresses told me the kitchen can make most of the wraps with black bean burger crumbles instead of chicken. Several months ago, someone mistakenly served me pork in a sandwich after I told her I was a vegetarian. However, she brought me out new food and apologized, and the management was more than apologetic about it- they comped my meal, gave me a free dessert, and gave me coupons for my next visit. It was an honest mistake, and they handled it very well, going far above what I expected (not to be charged for the sandwich.) I mention the incident not to disparage them, but to point out that they totally made up for it and I keep going back happily. My favorite appetizer is the soft pretzels. The only thing missing is a better dessert menu, since I often don't eat a full dinner here. I'd also like hearing about more drink specials. I'm not particularly drawn to "pub food", but B-Dubs does it better than most. And the waitstaff makes every visit great. read more

I come here for lunch quite often and the service is fantastic, especially if you sit at the bar. I usually come on either Tuesday or Thursday for the wing specials. Decided to try out their new (to me) menu. I had the chicken tenders and they were very good, my wife had a southwestern chicken sandwich, it was also good but she did not care for the sauce. Waitress was awful, she had the personality of a wet mop. Food took way too long to get and judging from her ineptness, she forgot to turn in our order. She said she'd been there a year and basically knew very little about their app or it's features. Plainfield location next time!!! read more

me and my friend came here on 12/8/23. the whole place stunk, the ac was not working. we were then seated and it took at least 45 minutes for our food to come out. our food came out and I requested for silverware. tell me why they brought me silverware and placed it directly on the table without it being in any napkin and speaking of napkin, there was none on the table.I will never come here again! read more

So they were super understaffed the night we went in (7-10) and it was very busy, but every single staff member was working hard, super polite, and helping each other out as much as they could. Our waitress took care of us and apologized so many times for something completely out of her control. They all seemed to be doing a great job on a rough night. read more

I come here for wings often. It's nearby and a few doors down from Half Price Books, which is my jam. My love for Bdubs was kindled early as I grew up walking distance from the Speedway location (in the stand-alone building off 25th). I love me some bdubs. This location is good, but not astounding. I love the location, and the interior has a ton of seating that's a little too close together for my wide self. The servers are generally friendly but don't come by often (especially in the bar) and oftentimes I end up sending my order back because there's a mistake. It happens once every 3 or 4 times I come in. They do, however, show soccer games during the olympics and world cup (and I'm thankful). Plus, they show UFC ppv's, another win in my book. I'll definitely still come here, and heck, maybe after more visits my service quality will get more consistent and I can add another star! read more

Typical Bdubs. Thought it would've been better than most since it's a nicer area and location with a relatively new building. Over 80 minutes for a mobile order and now I write this after being in the restaurant for and extra 20 waiting past my time. Awful place and staff straight lied to my face saying "they're bagging your food right now" literally 15 minutes ago. Avoid and go to the much better wings etc right across the street read more

Not a bad BWW. The dinning room is always full and the bar is rather lively. What sets this location apart is the staff in the bar area. They are always very friendly. You don't wait long until you have a cold beer in your hand. The nice thing about BWW is the selection of beer on tap. Everyone has Heineken in a bottle but very few have it in draft! This is the one place I can get a cold beer that tastes like we are back in Amsterdam. The new appetizer menu is interesting. The cheese curds are good but the portion size is small. Can't wait to try the new onion ring appetizer. The specials are pretty good - Thursday is boneless night. If you aren't careful you will order more than you can eat! This location also has a patio which is nice to sit on during the summer. read more
