Just had the WORST wings I've ever had today, from this location. They were overcooked and had a dry texture. I believe they were older, based on taste and look. Like they got cold or sat for a while and they threw them in some sauce and microwaved them. They also had a tap water taste to them. Not sure if they taste like their freezer or are just poor quality. I'm so disappointed because I loved their wild flavor. I'll never order from this specific location again. Some of the fries also had a strange flavor, but I don't think that's their fault. Fries were decent, not crispy. I've eaten here a few times and they have never been this bad. I did a quick six boneless takeout through their decent app. Mango habanero always fires both ends of me up and makes killer heat with the ripe tingle of fruity sweetness. My wings were ready to go and the surprisingly friendly staff seemed waiting and ready. This is by far the cleanest and smoothest BWW I've ever visited. Can recommend their rewards program too which helps somewhat balance the silly everyday wing costs, be sure to plan for the BOGO days and check out those burgers. I've been here several times and it's one of the best in Indianapolis. To begin with customer service is always great waiters are always attentive and friendly. The wait time is never more than 10 minutes which is always a plus. Also they have TVs all over for any sport fans. Moreover most of the time I come on Tuesdays or Thursdays since it's Bogo wings. This was the definitely one of my worst dining in experiences ever in my life. When arriving (group of 4) we were seated immediately. The restaurant looked pretty empty. Our server took our drink order within 20 minutes & we ordered our food. What we didn't know is that we would be waiting close to 2 hours to get our food. I'm not sure if it's just this specific location or what but I for sure will never be back! We asked the server what the issue was & we were told the cooks were simply running behind. However I think possibly they had no cook for awhile and were under staffed because our server was the only server we saw. I ordered a cheeseburger & house salad. My first one star review. Wow! The food was mediocre, it's a chain, I get it, I'm not expecting a Gastropub experience from BW's, however the service and speed of delivery of the food was completely unacceptable. We were seated immediately around 6:30 on a Friday night. They were not crazy busy at all. Our first round of drinks came out pretty quickly however there was some miscommunication about the availability of Guinness so an incorrect drink was brought to the table, not a biggie we offered a substitute instead. We followed with our food order and then the waiting game began! Our server (who was very nice and seemed overworked from the visible sweat on his forehead) came back and took our second drink order, no problem, then we waited, and waited, and waited. We awkwardly looked around to see if any of the staff knew of our peril, nope, tables got their food, ate their food and left, still we sat there, empty glasses no contact. It was decided one of yes should approach the bar to ask about our drink refill status and as soon as she went to the bar, BAM! Our drink order was setting there waiting for someone to bring it to us. (This was 15-20 minutes after we asked for refills!) Awkwardly my friend brought the drinks back to our table, surely our food is going to be coming out soon we wondered. Nope. We contemplated paying for our drinks and walking out at this point (unbelievable!) Our server eventually came around and we inquired about the extremely slow service and were told that the kitchen was really backed up (over an hour) and he apologized. At around 8:15 our food came out and as noted it was mediocre at best. Main reasons for going to run of the mill chain restaurants (in my opinion) is #1 consistency #2 speed and #3 convenience all of which failed on this visit. Then when we get there, the associate (Tiffany) takes down my name to go check on my food and starts cashing out other people and taking down other names. She then comes back and asks my name again after bringing out all of these other people's food that were behind us in line bc she forgot about me. I go here almost every week for the live trivia competition. The waitstaff is very friendly and helpful. Seriously, they're a lot of fun. One of the waitresses told me the kitchen can make most of the wraps with black bean burger crumbles instead of chicken. Several months ago, someone mistakenly served me pork in a sandwich after I told her I was a vegetarian. However, she brought me out new food and apologized, and the management was more than apologetic about it- they comped my meal, gave me a free dessert, and gave me coupons for my next visit. It was an honest mistake, and they handled it very well, going far above what I expected (not to be charged for the sandwich.) I mention the incident not to disparage them, but to point out that they totally made up for it and I keep going back happily. My favorite appetizer is the soft pretzels. The only thing missing is a better dessert menu, since I often don't eat a full dinner here. I'd also like hearing about more drink specials. I'm not particularly drawn to "pub food", but B-Dubs does it better than most. And the waitstaff makes every visit great. read more

Decided to try out their new (to me) menu. I had the chicken tenders and they were very good, my wife had a southwestern chicken sandwich, it was also good but she did not care for the sauce. Waitress was awful, she had the personality of a wet mop. Food took way too long to get and judging from her ineptness, she forgot to turn in our order. I come here for wings often. It's nearby and a few doors down from Half Price Books, which is my jam. My love for Bdubs was kindled early as I grew up walking distance from the Speedway location (in the stand-alone building off 25th). I love me some bdubs. This location is good, but not astounding. I love the location, and the interior has a ton of seating that's a little too close together for my wide self. The servers are generally friendly but don't come by often (especially in the bar) and oftentimes I end up sending my order back because there's a mistake. It happens once every 3 or 4 times I come in. They do, however, show soccer games during the olympics and world cup (and I'm thankful). Plus, they show UFC ppv's, another win in my book. I'll definitely still come here, and heck, maybe after more visits my service quality will get more consistent and I can add another star! read more

Not a bad BWW. The dinning room is always full and the bar is rather lively. What sets this location apart is the staff in the bar area. They are always very friendly. You don't wait long until you have a cold beer in your hand. The nice thing about BWW is the selection of beer on tap. Everyone has Heineken in a bottle but very few have it in draft! This is the one place I can get a cold beer that tastes like we are back in Amsterdam. The new appetizer menu is interesting. The cheese curds are good but the portion size is small. Can't wait to try the new onion ring appetizer. The specials are pretty good - Thursday is boneless night. If you aren't careful you will order more than you can eat!
