My husband and I went here the day after we get married and we satisfied our hunger. The wait staff cheered us for our marriage!

Sitting At the bar..: order... Food down... no check back... 27mins (yes I timed) ... more worried about covering a shift... 3 drink orders total... 3 people at bar... I'm only one eating.. REALLY POOR SERVICE... Ok... used 100$ bill... he gave back straight 3-20$... said "if you need to change.."...

Tonight was my son's 18th birthday. We've gone to Texas Roadhouse just about every year since he was about 4 years old. I called ahead of time and spoke with Leah, which is the manager, to see if they could do something special as this is a milestone birthday and the first birthday since my momma passed away. The staff went above and beyond. Raven was our server. The food was hot and fresh. The table was ready and waiting for us. Of course they did the Texas yeehaw. Thank you for making my sons birthday memorable. They made him a tower of rolls since he didn't want a cake.

I haven't come to Texas Roadhouse about 2 yrs. Tried to join the wait list on their website but I had no luck :( Still the wait at 5 pm is not bad. After we checked in, gave a little info of name and phone number. I got the text about 10 mins later that the table is ready. The place is clean. The food was perfect seriously. The dinner roll still one of the best. Our server is super nice. 5 stars for him.

Took awhile just to get sweet and low for my tea but Alex was quite busy. No real interaction with Alex other than my order. Not fond of sitting at the bar but it was one way of bypassing the line. Alex was nice and stopped back occasionally since she had a full bar area. Just the right amount. Ordered iced tea, 11 Oz sirloin, loaded baked potato and side salad. Everything tasted great! And Alex stayed busy the whole time! It was a pleasant experience and I always love Texas Roadhouse

Must say, LOVE! Fast, LOTS of business but even though they are busy everyone was super dope! Rolls, fresh n served with a delicious cinnamon butter, had a 16oz Ribeye loaded with sautéed mushrooms & onions with grilled shrimp n my with a loaded potato with sirloin! Seriously a great evening! If our n about ask for my boy Andy! Dude really did an AMAZING job!

Imagine this, you walk into a fun, vibrant restaurant. Music is playing, (Obviously your favorite song) You hear the constant chanting and cheering for the football on the screen. The friendly staff seat you at your table, and immediately offer drinks, keeping a smile on your face the entire time. The fresh smell of smoked ribs and steamed broccoli fills the air. You look at the menu and at the top of it, it says. "Welcome to Texas Roadhouse!" That's what Texas Roadhouse is like. You may be thinking, "Why are you telling me this?" When I went there with my Dad, we had so much fun! The food was spectacular, but I'll get to that later. I want to share that experience with you guys! Now, enough yapping, let's get to the food! I got the ribs, with mac and cheese, along with smoked veggies. And let me tell you, this meal was AMAZING! The ribs had the perfect amount of sauce on them. The tenderness of the crisp top, mmm! See what I mean though, just think about this. I'm having fun just thinking about it! Now imagine how much fun you'll have! Anyway, back to the food. What was amazing about this place was the fresh food and ingredients. As soon as you walk in you can see the fresh meat, (Chicken, Steak, and more!) And you can see the people cooking and you know what is even cooler? The fact you can choose your steak! When I and my dad went there, he chose his steak and chicken! The steamed veggies were all right. And maybe that's just coming from a picky eater who won't eat anything green but, they were good. Now let me tell you, the chocolate milk was GREAT! Maybe just because I haven't had chocolate milk since the second grade but still! I had some of my dad's meals, and that was just as good. He got a steak with some chicken. And the chicken was amazing! The sauce was amazing and the texture felt so good! And the steak was perfect as well, the texture and feel of it was very nice. Now let me tell you, the service was amazing! The waiters were always smiling, and looked like they wanted to be there! The hostess was also very nice! She offered us drinks and checked up on us regularly. Now this deserves its paragraph. THE BUNS!! The butter, fluffy, perfectly crispy buns were so good! I wanted to get more but my dad stopped me. And don't get me started on the cinnamon butter! That right there is a legendary combo! The smell reminds me of a bakery, while it looks like something in a movie, BEAUTIFUL! Now one thing I also LOVED about this place was the environment. They had fun little animals on the walls, some fake, like the Rabbit with antlers! They also had a huge deer, but enough with the animals. The paintings also were nice, and there was a huge painting of the 3 triangle buildings which was cool, (The Texas Roadhouse was right next to them) I also enjoyed the seating, but what we got was weird. You see, we got a table for 8 when it was just me and my dad. And What is even weirder is right next to us, there was a table for 2! So my dad was like "We can sit over there" and the lady was like, "No, it's okay!" In conclusion, Texas Roadhouse is like Jon Krakauer's legendary words and storytelling in Into Thin Air. And if you don't get that reference, it's perfect! So remember, when you need excellent service, delicious food, and a beautiful restaurant, go to Texas Roadhouse!

Looks like there are also some fun extras to also purchase including souvenir cups, tees and their sauces. We've been here all week for a softball tournament and hands down agree this was our favorite meal from the trip! Plenty of room for large groups (we were here early around 4pm and it was getting busier by the minute), also a tavern in the front of the building so the bar is a bit secluded from the restaurant.

It does not look as though you are entering a restaurant when you approach, but you are. I think they are configured more for takeout, but they have access to the large event area with cafeteria-style seating. So there is plenty of room to eat in if you'd prefer (which we did). The hours seem a little limited so be sure to check before you go. The menu, including the specials, is on a white board as you walk in. The selection is streamlined, BBQ-dominated and carnivore-oriented (other than the sides). The system is a walk-up and order from the kitchen doorway. My wife chose the Pulled Pork Sandwich with Baked Beans while I opted for the Chopped Chicken Sandwich with Kickin Coleslaw. The food was very good. The proprietors were very friendly and engaging, and that was a plus. The prices were quite reasonable. With drinks and tip, it was about $14 each. My wife actually took enough away from hers for another meal, so it was a good deal. Our daughter and son-in-law live close, so we hope to try this place again when we visit.

The brisket was tender, flavorful, and exactly what good barbecue should be, and the pulled pork was just as impressive. Even the sides were spot-on. I lived in Texas for 30 years, so I have pretty high standards when it comes to barbecue. I can confidently say City Barbeque would hold its own in Texas -- and I'd put this meal up against what you'd find at plenty of Texas barbecue joints any day. I also have to mention the gentleman who brought our order out to the car. It was raining, but he was incredibly friendly, conscientious, and made sure everything was taken care of. That kind of service makes a great meal even better. Excellent food, excellent service, and an excellent experience from start to finish. City Barbeque continues to deliver. Been coming here for years. It is a staple in Indy for ribs, and BBQ in general. My go-to orders…read moreare the rib tips and the pig feet. You can order the meat only or get a dinner that includes 2 sides and your choice of bread (white, wheat, or cornbread). They provide very generous portion sizes. The rib tips are the best that I have had in Indy thus far. They are tender and the seasoning they use is delicious. You could eat them without any sauce. However, the sauce is what takes it over the top for me. They offer sweet, medium, hot, or they will mix the sauces for you. The hot has a pretty good kick as a warning if you are sensitive to spice. I recently tried the Bar B Q bun, which is essentially a pulled pork sandwich. The pork is finely shredded and the sauce is poured on top of the pork. It's almost a fork and knife sandwich, as the bottom bun gets soaked in the sauce. Their sides have definitely reduced in quality over the years. I recently tried the mac and cheese and greens. As a note, they only have greens Friday - Sunday and they often times run out on Sunday if you do not get there early. The mac and cheese was dry and had little flavor. The greens, which used to be my favorite in the city, reminded me of cooked spinach and weren't seasoned. The service remains great. With the amount of people waiting while I was there, they were friendly and efficient. I wanted to order chess pie and there were not any readily available behind the counter. They told me they had some coming out of the oven in the kitchen if I was willing to wait and they brought it over once done. It is carry-out only, so be prepared to take it elsewhere to eat. You can call ahead to place your order as well.
