They took the time to talk with me and found a car on their lot that was EXACTLY what I asked for when I made my original reservation at the other location. They were very nice in person and soon I was on my way driving the right rental car for me. And this location actually ANSWERS THEIR PHONE in a reasonable time frame. Totally recommend you make this location your first call when you need a rental.

When we arrived to pick up the car, there were no vehicles in the lot and we got a little nervous, but Trevor explained before we could even ask that he had parked the SUV on the street so people wouldn't ask about it. That level of attention to detail truly felt above and beyond. His communication was excellent, he was incredibly kind, and he made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We forked out the $69.00 rental for the day as we wanted to explore the city before checking into our hotel, and go shopping. It was also nice as my husband and son used the car as a crash pad to catch some ZzzzS while I was parked at Pike Market Place and went shopping alone. The return wasn't as smooth as the pick-up from the airport as the street signs were CONFUSING as heck. No left turn except for buses onto 3rd, what??? We circled around and around using Waze app due to multiple one-way streets. The entrance to Alamo for the garage wasn't really marked, either. It was the Twilight Zone. After about a stupid and ridiculous 20- minute drive being stuck on one-way streets and circling around and around, I said, "screw this! I am turning LEFT!" Once into the building, there were no signs, so we drove up a few flights to an Alamo booth and idled the car, wondering what to do. There were no signs, did I already say that? There was a lone woman in a booth talking to what appeared to be a customer. I had to get out of the car to ask her what to do, and she said we could just park the car. She was nice, though. You need sleuthing skills to return a car here. Convenient, but only if you know what you are doing.

We were pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the price was, how quick the pick up (less than 15 min) and the drop off (less than 5 min and we were met in the parking lot before even getting our luggage out of the car). Xavier (I think that was his name) helped us before and after and he did a great job. He was very friendly and helpful with the rental process and gave us tips and directions for our stay in Seattle. Scooted around town until my own car was repaired a few days later. Returned it at 1pm, and the agent at the counter did not charge me a full day extra rental, even though technically the car needed to be back before 11am to qualify. How nice was that?? It saved me $40+ bucks - NICE!! Not big into eye contact or friendly chatter - that would have earned them 5 stars for stellar service - However, I feel completely confident in recommending them for your rental needs.

Neither person spoke clear English. Second person said they couldn't help either- not sure what the point of "Customer Service" is if neither of the humans seem to be able to do anything because they're beholden to the same crappy AI.
