Terrible and long and slow, slow lines. Rent elsewhere when at SeaTac. Waited and waited and waited!

We forked out the $69.00 rental for the day as we wanted to explore the city before checking into our hotel, and go shopping. It was also nice as my husband and son used the car as a crash pad to catch some ZzzzS while I was parked at Pike Market Place and went shopping alone. The return wasn't as smooth as the pick-up from the airport as the street signs were CONFUSING as heck. No left turn except for buses onto 3rd, what??? We circled around and around using Waze app due to multiple one-way streets. The entrance to Alamo for the garage wasn't really marked, either. It was the Twilight Zone. After about a stupid and ridiculous 20- minute drive being stuck on one-way streets and circling around and around, I said, "screw this! I am turning LEFT!" Once into the building, there were no signs, so we drove up a few flights to an Alamo booth and idled the car, wondering what to do. There were no signs, did I already say that? There was a lone woman in a booth talking to what appeared to be a customer. I had to get out of the car to ask her what to do, and she said we could just park the car. She was nice, though. You need sleuthing skills to return a car here. Convenient, but only if you know what you are doing.

Our rentals are great the majority of the time but on the few occasions we have had an issue we have contacted their customer service via text and email and they have always worked with us to resolved any issue we have. I will rent from Alamo again in the future.

I rent from Hertz here and there for both work and personal travel. Unfortunately this was the…read moreworst experience I've had at any Hertz location. I arrived at 9:55 AM and didn't receive my car until 11:25 AM. The location was also difficult to find due to almost nonexistent signage -- just a single 8x11" paper directing customers on the Grand Hyatt entrances. The biggest issue was claimed by the staff to be leadership and operations. They were clearly short on cars, but there didn't appear to be any organization or urgency to improve the situation. The staff overall came across as indifferent, morale seemed low, and customer service suffered because of it. Even the environment among customers became tense and rude due to the long wait and confusion. What's especially frustrating is that having Hertz Gold status meant absolutely nothing here. There was just one line for everyone, so there was no benefit or efficiency despite being a loyal customer. The one star goes to the bright side: the vehicles were clean and washed, and I did receive a complimentary upgrade to a luxury SUV, which I appreciated. That said, one upgrade doesn't outweigh a nearly 90-minute wait, poor communication, and a chaotic experience overall. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location unless major operational improvements are made.

However, after leaving the lot we began to notice it was full of personal receipts, snacks, masks and a permeating, sharp sour odor. Although it had the seal of approval of the previous cleaner on the dash, ( which I gave to the second cleaner when returned), she took the original, hand-signed authorization( that he had completed his job) to her office, never to return. We were unable to settle this situation at the lot, but have pictures, including the personal papers. We left the snacks and masks as is, but I have pics if you would like to see them. Honestly, we had to wipe everything down, but couldn't eradicate the smell! I'm glad that we all had our vaccinations because, this is a Pandemic!!!!! I have spent much more time on this than it should have taken to resolve this. The other portal would not accept information and bounced me 4 times, and agents have rerouted me 5 times. I got a car…read morewith only 400 miles on it and Bill and the team at the office were extremely accommodating and friendly throughout: 1) They worked with me to extend my rental for a few days at a much cheaper rate than expedia 2) They let me return my car a few hours past the return time 3) They tolerated my calls and were helpful when I thought I might've locked they keys inside on the way to return Highly recommend this location!

The rental was restricted to open hours of the store, meaning I had to pick up the car after 8 am and return it by 4pm. Upon arriving at the location, I saw it was a parking garage location with a small office. Initially there was only one representative helping a customer. While I was waiting in line, another representative came in and handed me the car keys within a minute, after confirming my reservation. I got to pick the model among the available ones. I walked to the parking spot on the second floor. The area appeared slightly under maintained. The car was fully clean outside and inside. All accessories were operational. We drove the car all day, for about 150 miles without any issues. I brought the car back to the garage around 3:45pm. A staff member scanned the bar car and processed the return on the spot. I handed the key to the representative inside the office and we were on our way. Overall it was a smooth rental experience, but I wish they had after hours return and slightly better garage conditions.

Let's go: When I was at the branch I heard one of the agents speaking on the phone with one of their customers, demanding £1500 for some damage on a bumper. I thought with myself, "Jeez, let me be careful with this car otherwise I may suffer the same fate." I decided not to take the extra insurance (£100-something) thinking I'd go unscathed. I took the best care possible of their car, looked after it really well, and promise you, it's impossible (mathematically impossible, proven by logic) that I had added a scratch to their rear bumper. But sure thing, when I deliver the car, there's a scratch in the rear bumper. How? I wonder. *I noticed that the paint quality in parts of the bodywork of the car was so poor that I could remove it with my nail* The scratch in the rear bumper is as if someone had tried to put a suitcase in it, and scratched it in the process. With that paint quality, sure thing, on a hard edge some paint would go away. But no one put a suitcase on that boot other than me. And I assure you I took utmost care of it. They simply took my £200 deposit, never mentioned a thing. And now they simply ignore me pretending don't know who I am when I get in touch with their customer service and take days to answer anything I write to them. As an explanation for the bumper is that someone (or Enterprise itself) painted it with really cheap paint which went away with rain. I'll NEVER use this company again, as even if I had made that scratch £200 would be way too much for it. As a courtesy, I'd just let the customer go with it so I can welcome them back later. But I'll remember where NOT to go in the future.

Then, they told me they were giving me a "free upgrade." When I returned the vehicle, the agent confirmed everything was fine and that there was no damage. Two weeks later, I received a call claiming the car I returned had extensive damage. Since then, it's been months of frustrating back-and-forth. They eventually reduced the charge after initially trying to blame me for additional pre-existing damage, but they still stuck me with a $3,000 bill. They were never able to provide any real evidence that I caused the damage. After this experience, I'll never rent from Enterprise again. Please be aware--this seems to be a common scam based on what others have shared online.

This review is only for my return experience. First, shout out to Marzini who is above and beyond…read moreproviding assistance during the return after hour (5pm). Now a warning for all rental. If you are thinking the car return would simply drop of at parking lot at any hour, then don't plan to return at this location. The rental return instructions indicating drop off the car in the parking garage and drop off key, however the parking garage gate is closed and no access after 4pm. These experienced is different with other rental company from my previous experience. I also called the customer service hotline and she also claimed that I should drop of in the garage, and drop off the the key, yet again I told her the gate is closed. Luckily, Marzini is willing to open the gate for me on her way out from the office. My recommendation for SIXT is to post a large bold warning /reminder that you cannot return after hours. It is so confusing. Since I picked up the car from Seatec, review about the rental will be a separate review.

I rented from them in December due to having to travel for a…read morefuneral, when I returned the vehicle they did a walk around inspection and said everything looks good, then later there system sends u an email that they found 2000 dollars damage ( for a scratcj on the bumper) they tacked on 400 dollars for "depreciation" because I mean nothing depreciates the value like having to touchup a bumper. I contested it given the walk around report asking for the pics of the last return, they didn't respond and instead sent it to a collection agency after only 8 weeks. My card insurance will pay for everything but the depreciation but I'm so pissed about them sending it to collections when I had an open complaint to them. Terrible company, I looked later they are recording every little stone dong etc, which is standard wear and tear on a vehicle, my guess is AI gone amuck and alienating customers. They have lost class action suits in the past because of there shady dealing with customers, it doesn't seem to have changed
