There is a reason why Enterprise has 0 cars at the end of the day and Avis has a full lot. We wanted to rent a car for 4 days they quoted $600!! The man on the right side desk on 10/10/2026 took my ID & card for the "reservation" and when they printed out the contract and we were confused the man working was SO UNHELPFUL and could not walk us through a single thing! We were told we had to bring the car back by 1:30PM on the return day and we asked why since it was 2:15PM and we were still discussing the contract. He said because I already added your card number to the system at 1:30PM and its in 24 hour increments. And we said we haven't signed anything yet why is that? Can you change the time to 2PM since we haven't signed anything yet? Can we bring it back by EOD? He said no, that's extra. We asked how much and he printed out another paper and pointed at some random numbers and I asked is that per hour or is that total? Again he could not explain or breakdown a single thing. He really had 0 customer service skills. And not being able to change the return time since he put "in" our card 30 mins before is ridiculous, if thats the case then it shouldn't be put in until you are signing. Avis pressures you. We asked about the insurance and again he really couldn't explain it to us. Any time we were getting annoyed that he couldn't explain key parts about the contract- he would raise his eyebrows at us as if he was shocked we wouldn't just sign already. He made us feel pressured and uncomfortable renting! We left and went to Enterprise next door and found a better car for half the price, with a clear contract, and u can drop the car off anytime before EOD no penalty.

We forked out the $69.00 rental for the day as we wanted to explore the city before checking into our hotel, and go shopping. It was also nice as my husband and son used the car as a crash pad to catch some ZzzzS while I was parked at Pike Market Place and went shopping alone. The return wasn't as smooth as the pick-up from the airport as the street signs were CONFUSING as heck. No left turn except for buses onto 3rd, what??? We circled around and around using Waze app due to multiple one-way streets. The entrance to Alamo for the garage wasn't really marked, either. It was the Twilight Zone. After about a stupid and ridiculous 20- minute drive being stuck on one-way streets and circling around and around, I said, "screw this! I am turning LEFT!" Once into the building, there were no signs, so we drove up a few flights to an Alamo booth and idled the car, wondering what to do. There were no signs, did I already say that? There was a lone woman in a booth talking to what appeared to be a customer. I had to get out of the car to ask her what to do, and she said we could just park the car. She was nice, though. You need sleuthing skills to return a car here. Convenient, but only if you know what you are doing.

Anyway, this is for the hilton Bellevue location in Washington and the service here was top notch. This was our drop off location and Khinh was very helpful as we were unfamiliar with the area we returned the car a few minutes later than we're supposed to. On top of that, they were closing and khinh patiently waited a few minutes more for us and was very patient and polite when we finally got there. I would give 5 stars strictly just for the service. But I gotta help my other yelpers out there and let them know that although the car they gave me was clean and drove easily... They didn't provide us a usb port to charge our cellphone and when we did buy our own, it still didn't work. We had 2 different ones and none worked. That's very inconvenient for a bunch of out towners who need gps on their phones. But hey, the fact that I'm still giving 5 stars just shows how great the service was. Thanks again, khihn!
