9-26-25 Battery in my rental car from Enterprise went dead. I called for service around 3:45 p.m. Roadside service did not come after 1 hour, 2 hours , 3 hours. Repeated calls getno answers as to when they're coming. Eventually I had to take a uber to go home after waiting 3 1/2 hours. Roadside finally called around 7:30 p.m, almost 4 hours after I made the first call. I did not use their service as I went home already. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! This place has the worst service of any car rental place I have ever experienced. They were supposed to pick me up from an auto body shop at 5:30pm. Knowing they close at 6, I spent between 5:35 and 6pm calling 7 times to try to figure out if they were going to leave me stranded or not. When I still hadn't heard from them at 6:05, I drove to the location (an 8 min drive from the body shop) and was told someone left a few minutes before I arrived to pick me up. They refused to let me drive back and meet them and said it was too late. They almost refused to let me even rent a car at their location because it was after hours. But the thing that really pissed me off was the manager who just argued with me the whole time then tried to gaslight me by saying that I had made the reservation to be picked up at rent a car. I literally have the email confirmation saying otherwise. I had to drive my car back to the auto body shop and pay for a Lyft to get back to the rental car. Screw this place. The facilities are tiny, but the Enterprise team really makes a difference! This branch is within walking distance to downtown Bellevue transit center Service is quick, efficient and friendly. Additionally, having typically rented from Avis and Hertz, the value is fantastic, as the overall rental cost me less than what the other two were asking for a day! I left Hertz earlier because of the hustle, bait and switch they pulled on me earlier in the day. I went home and rented from Enterprise with the price being the same. Elliot greeted me at the counter, made quick work of the transaction and even upgraded me after hearing what transpired earlier at Hertz. I was out of there with a great car in about 7 minutes. Enterprise, and this location to be specific, will be my go-to from now on and I'll send out of town friends here as well. "Customer is King" is alive and well at this Enterprise location. Quick shout to the team at the NE 8th Enterprise branch. I had a long rental contract with another branch (NE 12th in Bellevue), but I had a tire blow out the night before I was supposed to return the vehicle for good at that location. Though it was after-hours, Enterprise took care of towing the car to an in network Firestone repair shop as close to where I live as possible, dropping the car and the key and arranging a repair. Long story (sort of) short, I had to return the vehicle to the NE 8th branch a day late since the tire repair wasn't finished before before the NE 12th branch closed for the weekend. When I finally got the car back to the NE 8th Enterprise Bellevue and apologized profusely for going over my contract, the manager Connor was super friendly, understanding of the situation, and very helpful in sorting out my account. I honestly will never rent cars from another company after this and other experiences with this specific Enterprise branch. The NE 12th branch is fantastic as well, I've also left a 5 star review for them. read more

Had a reservation weeks in advance, we show up, our car was given away. No other option except a large truck. We needed a rental for low gas mileage and specified a sedan only. The guy never apologizes, offers no solutions except "maybe try coming in tomorrow at 9am." So we lose a whole day without a vehicle. We come in the next day, 9am, we are told "We have an EV for you!" Cool, we are going somewhere with no chargers and requested to have a hybrid or gas, not an EV. All other cars are unavailable. Once again, they offer no solutions, apologies, or a refund. I had a reservation; what was the point of a reservation if you don't hold my vehicle? (Is this a seinfeld episode?) We are traveling for business and this has made it very complicated and frustrating. read more

I have rented from this location multiple times. I guess I am one for glutton of punishment. Here we are again today. I have a pickup at 11am. I get a voice-mail 10-15 minutes before 11 and tells me there are no cars available. This isn't the first time this had happened. There was another occasion where people were waiting extended times waiting for cars to arrive. Another visit they only had a porche available which I ended up taking at full price no discount. What is the purpose of making a reservation when you still don't have any vehicles. I spoke with Sarah who was nice on the phone, to tell me that people were extending their times. That's fine, but why is that my problem? Get a car from Renton, Seattle, Bellevue. The fact that I was called 10 minutes prior to arrival is ridiculous. Now I'm scrambling to find a car at the last minute attempting to make my 12:30 appointment. I eventually found one at Avis. I liked coming and renting here. Staff was always polite. I have to tell you, definitely need help with customer service. They don't care. I gave a 2 star for the fact in the future lesson learned was to give myself more time when making a reservation. So that's on me. But, I just can't go back here because you don't know if you will receive a vehicle or not. read more

I was not able to rent a car after I was involved in car accident and needed a vehicle. Due to covid, I haven't been able to go to the DMV. My license was expired. Since I am new to Seattle, I had get a brand new one. Enterprise would not make any accommodations to assist me in obtaining a car for use. Horrible company. We had a horrible Accident, Geico our insurance company works with Enterprise Rent a Car: The customer service line and the local branch of Enterprise don't communicate. They gave us the run around, we had to personally connect them for them to comMunicate. We run around 4 branches and when they finally have a car for us, they had more requirements that are ridiculous. We called Gieco and ask to move the car rental to another company Hertz. They help us with our issue at our issue, they were compassionate to our needs. We had the car in less than 30 mins. Enterprise rent a car had us waiting for 8 hours. Stay away from this company. The team on NE 8th were so kind. I booked through USAA online and the entire process was so easy and smooth. They called me the day before to confirm my rental and then gave us an upgraded car the day of. When I went back to get the damage waiver added, they were so kind and gave prompt service.
