There is a reason why Enterprise has 0 cars at the end of the day and Avis has a full lot. We wanted to rent a car for 4 days they quoted $600!! The man on the right side desk on 10/10/2026 took my ID & card for the "reservation" and when they printed out the contract and we were confused the man working was SO UNHELPFUL and could not walk us through a single thing! We were told we had to bring the car back by 1:30PM on the return day and we asked why since it was 2:15PM and we were still discussing the contract. He said because I already added your card number to the system at 1:30PM and its in 24 hour increments. And we said we haven't signed anything yet why is that? Can you change the time to 2PM since we haven't signed anything yet? Can we bring it back by EOD? He said no, that's extra. We asked how much and he printed out another paper and pointed at some random numbers and I asked is that per hour or is that total? Again he could not explain or breakdown a single thing. He really had 0 customer service skills. And not being able to change the return time since he put "in" our card 30 mins before is ridiculous, if thats the case then it shouldn't be put in until you are signing. Avis pressures you. We asked about the insurance and again he really couldn't explain it to us. Any time we were getting annoyed that he couldn't explain key parts about the contract- he would raise his eyebrows at us as if he was shocked we wouldn't just sign already. He made us feel pressured and uncomfortable renting! We left and went to Enterprise next door and found a better car for half the price, with a clear contract, and u can drop the car off anytime before EOD no penalty.

Employees are friendly and drop off was a breeze. My only complaint was all the one way streets surrounding this location. Took an extra 10-15 minutes to navigate all the one way streets to get into the parking structure. Give yourself extra time. Overall great experience.

We forked out the $69.00 rental for the day as we wanted to explore the city before checking into our hotel, and go shopping. It was also nice as my husband and son used the car as a crash pad to catch some ZzzzS while I was parked at Pike Market Place and went shopping alone. The return wasn't as smooth as the pick-up from the airport as the street signs were CONFUSING as heck. No left turn except for buses onto 3rd, what??? We circled around and around using Waze app due to multiple one-way streets. The entrance to Alamo for the garage wasn't really marked, either. It was the Twilight Zone. After about a stupid and ridiculous 20- minute drive being stuck on one-way streets and circling around and around, I said, "screw this! I am turning LEFT!" Once into the building, there were no signs, so we drove up a few flights to an Alamo booth and idled the car, wondering what to do. There were no signs, did I already say that? There was a lone woman in a booth talking to what appeared to be a customer. I had to get out of the car to ask her what to do, and she said we could just park the car. She was nice, though. You need sleuthing skills to return a car here. Convenient, but only if you know what you are doing.

The only small hiccup was that the drop-off location was a bit confusing at night. I may have missed the signs because it was dark, and I had to circle back around before figuring it out. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and would absolutely rent from them again!

Other than that, the car itself seemed fine except for its version of Android Auto being extremely outdated and a dirty exterior. Returning the car a couple weeks later at least had no issues and was relatively quick. Inside has restrooms, provided the doors aren't accidentally locked. A couple of chairs are placed in front of the counter, but the hallway feels too narrow to sit with other customers always around.

Customer service was attentive, quick, and pleasant to chat with. No upsells were made, but I did have National Executive status. The shuttle driver and ride was prompt and courteous. The only thing that could've been improved upon is if they called me ahead of time to ask if I needed a ride to the location.
