i am still in the middle of renting this car rn so my experience with this place has still not completed which means that i could change my mind later but i just want to say that like so far my experience here has been so so so awesome. i feel so cared for. and the staff is so hardworking and knowledgeable and understanding and kind and they meet you where you're at, and it's just been great. i've come in here and i'm a total mess after this car crash (which is why i need a rental car), and nobody has given me this feeling of like "whoa this person is a mess!" everyone has been so awesome. specifically i have talked to a olivia and mara but even seeing the other staff interact with other customers, i can tell they're awesome as well. they are clearly overworked and definitely need and deserve a break and have every right to be stressed and short with people but they are not, which is honestly so impressive!! i'm just really grateful for the staff here for being kind, patient, understanding, and HUMAN when i feel like my life is in disarray bc of my car situation rn. thank you!!!! read more

I've had a really frustrating experience with this Enterprise location, mainly due to poor communication and how my account was handled. I had been going in almost daily to make payments, and as of yesterday, I was told in person that I was fully caught up. Later, I found out they had been applying my security deposit toward my payments without clearly explaining that to me. From my understanding, a deposit is supposed to cover potential damages or issues--not be used like that--so that immediately felt off. This morning, I called to extend my rental and was told there was an error on their end and that I should come in. When I arrived, things took a turn for the worse. They asked for my key tag and then took the key fob without properly explaining what was going on. I was told to remove all my belongings from the car and informed they couldn't accept any more payments because I had supposedly been issued a "demand to return" notice--something I had never been told about before, either over the phone or during any of my prior visits. To make matters worse, on my way home, I was still charged on my card, and they kept my security deposit. I wasn't even given the opportunity to refuel the car, clean it, or properly gather my belongings before they took the vehicle back. I had no intention of returning the car--I was trying to extend the rental--so the entire situation felt abrupt and mishandled. Afterward, I contacted customer service and was told that security deposits generally shouldn't be used the way mine was, which only added to my concern. Overall, this experience felt very unfair and disorganized. I would strongly recommend that this location improve communication and transparency with customers to avoid situations like this. read more

This location made me really upset. I rented a car while my Tesla was in the Tesla repair shop. I got a call from the Enterprise on Friday that I need to return the rental car the next Monday since my $1,500 insurance coverage ends on that day. I dropped the rental car on Monday as directed and checked the bill of zero balance. About a month later when I checked my credit card bill, I realized they charged me $130. I called them but they said the charge was written on the receipt when I dropped the rental car and told me to contact my insurance if I need reimbursement. At drop off, they didn't notified me for the charge but they said it was written on the receipt. After carefully reviewed the receipt again, it was written in fine print In the middle. The zero balance at bottom was after they charged my insurance $1,370 and charged me $130 for the last 3 days (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)' rental. I had to contact my insurance. They investigated and figured out the Enterprise was failed to contact my repair shop for the repair completion date which was 4 days after I returned the rental car. Luckily, my insurance was able to reimburse $130 but it was a hassle and took several long phone calls over a week. The Enterprise never apologized or admitted their mistake for charging me wrongly. Actually I initially booked to a different location but my insurance company switched it to this location saying that this location works closely with my Tesla repair shop. They even brought the rental car to my repair shop for rent. But please don't get fooled by this cheap kind action and read thoroughly your receipt. It would be safer not to use this location. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. We rented a car online and were coming to pick up. The website let us book for a 2:30 pm pickup. I bused all the way there, through the snow, freezing my butt off, and when I arrived not only were they closed but they had limited to no selection available. Pretty smooth experience with this Enterprise location. Ended up here through my insurance, which paid for a rental car while my car was at the body shop for repair. The whole interaction was smooth, staff was kind, they came to pick me up at the body shop and they dropped me off today after I returned the car. I rented a car here through the insurance company, and returned the car after 11 days. I assumed that everything was settled, until several weeks later, when I looked through my credit card bill, I found a $200+ charge. There was no communication: no text message, no call, and no email notifying me about this charge. I had to call Enterprise to figure out. Turned out that there's a daily coverage difference between the car I got and the amount the insurance company is paying, which I was never told of. And I had to ask to eventually see the receipt of the charge. I asked the representative if the charge could be waived and they said they would follow up, but again never heard back from them. read more

We've used this Enterprise location in Bellevue a few times, and have always had a good experience. This last time I had to rent a car for overnight while our Ford Escape was in for a 'should be back tomorrow' electrical issue - so I came in without a reservation. Unfortunately, the fix took six days, so I had to extend the contract over the Labor Day weekend. Enterprise handled this with just a visit, and a phone call to the dealer to have the dealer cover the cost under my vehicle insurance. It ended up costing us nothing out of pocket. Great car rental experience overall - such a breath of fresh air considering the previous rental agency we had attempted doing business with. Enterprise did everything as expected - they were professional and courteous and they honored the online rental agreement. The car was in good shape, recently cleaned and drove well. After signing forms they brought the car around to the front door. The customer service associate and I did a quick walk around inspection - everything seemed to be in order and they handed me the keys. Perfect! Bonus points: the courtesy driver warmed up the car for us and turned on the heated the seats when they brought the car around. SO nice at 8am on a cold drizzly PNW morning! Very unprofessional. I would never rely on this location and would take my business else where. Booked a minivan 2 weeks earlier and called the location to confirm the availability 15 hrs before the pick up time. They said they are relying on return and asked me to call back early in the morning, so did I and they conformed the availability. Went to shop on pick up time but had expired license so requested them to hold it. One person did assure me that he changed the pick up time to 12 and it will be available. Turned up by 12 for picking it up and car was not available so they said they are upgrading it to another car and showed me the vehicle and said yes though I had to pay extra. (While this was happening I noticed another customer who came after me enquirers for a full size suv and the car they showed me was the only one left) I saw the other rep talking to the one helping me, with out thinking twice they told me they cannot give me the car. WASTED 3 HOURS OF MY TIME AND HAD TO USE TAXI IN PANDEMIC BECAUSE OF THEIR GREED TO MAKE FEW BUCKS EXTRA. All these happened while I was standing there maintaining social distancing. read more

I've rented from this particular Enterprise location several times now while traveling in the Seattle/Bellevue area and the experience has been great every single time. The staff are always very friendly & accommodating. They're not pushy with the upsell and I sincerely appreciate that. I typically get the Standard/Intermediate/Full-size cars and pricing is always the best in the area (pro-tip: use your Costco membership, if you have one). Cars are always very low mileage, clean & well-maintained. I'll continue to rent from this location and would highly recommend it. read more

My car insurance made a reservation for me at the Issaquah location while my car was being repaired, but when they found out my car was being repaired in Bellevue, they transferred my reservation to this location. They gave me the number and advised me to call in a few minutes to make sure they had the reservation. I waited about 15-20 minutes and called them. After a couple minutes on hold a woman answered and I explained why I was calling. She let me go on and on before she told me she was busy with another customer and would call me back. I was fine with that because I'm not in a rush, so I gave her my name and number and waited 7 hours. Nothing. I try calling them again (yes, they were still open), waited on hold for about 10 minutes, gave up. Next day: called again, waited about 15 minutes on hold, and they DISCONNECTED me. I called the Issaquah location back and they answered after one ring. I asked to transfer my reservation back to them and they said no problem. I don't know what is going on at the Bellevue location, but my guess is they are extremely understaffed. Would not recommend until they can get their act together. read more

I left a few belongings in a rental and they did not have the decency to fully clean and inspect the car before they rented it to a new customer. I called multiple times the next morning to ensure that they were aware of the situation. A representative told me that they would return my belongings once the car was returned. The rental pick up was quick. The 2 associates I talked to were courteous and professional. We got our full sized car with child seat and we were out of there in less than 10 minutes. While dropping off the car, the associate went around the car, saw the fuel gauge and asked us to take as much time as needed to take our belongings from the car. I usually book from the Issaquah location with no issues. This location has been a nightmare the car that was provided had electrical issues and windshield whippers that did not work. Which made driving across the pass a not so fun 5 hour trip. Then I find out they charged me card as a debit card instead of credit which means they posted a full amount including a holding deposit and an extra day of the rental. I won't ever rent from this location as it seems to have a lack of training and cars that are not in great condition. I spoke of a different vehicle when talking to the lady at pick up but was told none where available I should have said no when I saw the large front end debt in the car. I still have not received my refund and still waiting for my final invoice to come back. read more

Found Enterprise using the website - it must be a new location because everything looks and feels new! Anyway, I needed to rent a small car for a few days as my primary car was undergoing an extensive preventative maintenance regimen. After checking everything on the website, I walked over here on the weekend. While walking to this location, the large "Enterprise" logo within the building can be seen from 140th. It was very smart of them to place a giant logo that can be seen from the street, close to over 300 feet away. I was greeted by an enthusiastic sales rep - which got my car, gave me the paper work, and did the overview in quick order. When returning the car - I believe I was assisted by the manager of the agency - which did print out my receipt and on-site shredded all of the old paperwork that I had. Nice touch for protecting customer privacy. The facility itself is bright, and every single station was staffed - I didn't have to wait that long (probably less than 5 minutes) to be finished with the entire transaction when picking up or returning the car. I'm happy with the service here, and I'll be sure to use them in the future when the need arises. read more

The car got a flat 15 minutes from the rental agency. I purchases all of the insurance they offered. The car does not come with any tools so you can not change it yourself. They would not send a new car out for me. I had to wait 4 hours for someone to come and change it. Then, here is the kicker...they didn't feel like they should give me any discount. Don't use unless you want unauthorized charges to show up in your credit card. My car was hit and in the shop for a few weeks and I wasn't supposed to be charged anything for renting a pile of a car. However I was charged $250 and when I called to find out why they said for insurance. Ummmm, nope. Not my problem. They agreed to refund half and then I could contact the insurance carrier covering the collision to figure it out. Instead Enterprise refunded a whopping $85. Last time I used my basic math skills $85 isn't half of $250. I don't have free time to deal with unauthorized charges so this might get resolved in the next 6 months. I had reason to use this agency recently. They made an error in billing, and it took ten days for someone to return my phone calls and emails. The response only happened AFTER I sent an email to their regional vice president. Then, I got a call within 15 minutes. The credit I had been trying to get issued for ten days finally happened on the same day as the phone call, although the person calling tried to make me think they had done it earlier. I don't appreciate their slowness to respond, and I do not trust them enough to do any more business with them. read more

Terrible. Not taking accountability for a major mistake. I have been a customer of the Bellevue location of Enterprise for 6 years. No major issues, until now. My car broke down, so I needed rental and pick-up, called and made a reservation, all fine and dandy. The wait begun for the pickup person to show up...40 minutes past their promised arrival time, I thought to gently follow up and see if things are still on track. I was bounced around from person to person, until I finally got connected with the manager of the Bellevue location I was hoping to rent from, Elizabeth Devitt. She announced that "Oh, yeah, we don't pick up from your place...too far. You have to come in, period. Nothing I can do." I was like, wait, what? I made a reservation, confirmed a pick-up, and now I am waiting here..."Oh, well, the reservation was made by the team in St Louis...I cannot honor that agreement". Mind boggling!! At this point, my blood was boiling, and I said, that it's not my effing problem that you don't collaborate on the back end, within the SAME company...Why is nobody taking responsibility for the commitment made, and at least offer an apology and some explanation, besides finger-pointing at the team in St Louis? Elizabeth at this point changed her tune...She said that because I got upset, she now CANNOT RENT ME A CAR!! Reminder, I have been a customer for the past 6 years, about to drop 300+ with her branch location for a 5 day rental...and she pulled the "I am the manager and I will now not rent you a car" card...I requested to speak with her manager, and asked for his name. She did give it to me, but I had to request several times that she spells the name, as the last name of the manager (Garmire) is not very common...She went on to throw some shade on me and remark: "Do you need 'Steve' (the manager's first name) spelled out too? Or are you able to do that?". Just WOW. How does a rude and disrespectful person like that end up in a mangerial role in a place requiring a ton of customer service? I was cool with her "We will now not rent you a car" message...I was like, no point in me saying anything...but I did explain to her that I got upset not because she or her team is not willing to drive the 10 miles to pick me up (first time I am hearing this, as I have been picked up before...), but I am upset that I was scheduled a pick-up which never happened and she never took accountability for her company's mistake, besides finger-pointing multiple times to the St Louis team, and saying that the fact that I made a reservation with a scheduled pick-up is not her problem. Now, as a working single parent, I don't have too much time to bother with manager follow-ups with Steve, but in this case, I will happily escalate. Quick, RUN AWAY!! Find another place to rent a car! This Enterprise has a rude, bullying scammer for Ass Manager, Chandler Eley. He mis-represented himself as THE Manager, was super rude, tried to scam us out of 1/4 tank gas even though I returned the car topped off. Only when I reported it to the real manager and told them we had photos of the dash showing end mileage and full tank did they immediately refund the $15!! But damage had already been done by Chandler, my card was double-charged and charged the extra $100, not just held, so it went over my card limit, so I've had to incur fees and it goes on my credit report. And guess what, I reported it to the BBB, who in turn did absolutely nothing. They said they would file this report, that's that, case closed, no action on their part. So Chandler and his gang of scammers gets away with it (for now). But I hope this review helps others stay clear of becoming their next victims! read more

My daughter had a wreck and had to rent a car. I was approached in the parking lot by the agent requesting a credit card they would only be using as a $100 deposit and would not be charged until the car was returned. By week's end, I was called and was informed my card would be charged over $200 because daughter's insurance only covered 80%. I said no, that was not the agreement and was rudely spoken to by the manager Rachel. I told her she needed to contact my daughter to work out the payment but was told by Rachel that because my card was associated with the car that I would be charged. I contacted Enterprises Customer Service Dept. but she could do nothing or provide no information. I have used Enterprise many times in the past but their individual policies have me extremely angry. read more

This place is the best to rent cars among all others out there in Bellevue! They provide great rates for weekend specials and I have been never disappointed with the car I have been provided with. The staff is really nice and they assist well before handing off the car to you. They pick you up if u have booked on weekdays and not on weekends. Sometimes they have even provided me taxi refund for up to 20$ or a free upgrade on the car booking when they were not able to pick me up from my place. read more

After a negligent person hit my parked car, her insurance company approved a rental car from Hertz. Since Hertz did not have a comparable car to mine available, I called Enterprise. They promised to meet me at the repair shop with my rental. Instead, they picked me up in a shuttle van. The kicker was when we arrived at their office, the X3 they had reserved for me had been "accidentally" rented out. When I declined the Maxima they offered, the woman behind the counter said, in a threatening fashion, "So, I guess you don't want a car then?" That is not acceptable. The manager stepped in and they are in the process of retrieving a different car from a nearby location. Still waiting. Overall, not a good experience. read more

If I can give a negative star I would. never again going to have service with them. I went to a trip and needed to rent a car for a few days. I leave on Sunday and needed to drop off the car before heading to the airport at this place. So we got there to drop off the car and there is no parking more parking space to drop the car off. They don't work on Sunday which is the day I'm dropping the car off. Call customer service and ask where else I can park to drop off the car bc theres no more parking for dropping it off. They said you can park close by but if there's any damage to the car after you drop it off its your responsibility. I'm shock, they didn'tprovide enough parking space for drop off, so you force us to park around there and whatever happen is your responsibility. It said nothing in the policy that say that. Or they haven't even told us before we rent this? Absolutely no customers service when we try to call, not even when I call the emergency number. Want to file a complaint and they said she can't help me right now. Very unhappy about this place. Please beware before renting from here. read more
