I would be cautious when dealing with this company for a few reasons. We were looking at a used…read moreboat with them. The price was negotiated before we looked at it with the caveat that the boat was in good condition. They also signed a letter of intent on price with a new trailer vs. using one they had there. Experience when we got there to test drive was great and kid that took us out on the water was super nice. However when we pulled the boat out to look at the hull (when they said boat was in good condition), the entire outdrive was very chewed up (more than just the skeg itself). Parker who was the salesman kind of just dismissed us saying we couldn't make a deal that day (for various reasons) and went back on the letter of intent price we had in writing for both the boat (couple hundred bucks difference) and the new trailer price (couple thousand dollars difference). He said he would call the next morning and never did. Something must have happened with him going back on what he personally wrote in writing vs. what he said that day however having multiple dishonest practices is enough for me to not do business with them.

Here what happen I drop the car off on the 2 nd estimate done and they said it would be done on the 8th, cool, 8th came and gone I call on the 9th they said car wasn't done, they had to do a supplement. I ask what's that , it meant more damaged underneath , I reply okay I'll tell the appraiser, they replied they already did it. Now here comes what I called a gut punch, I said how come you didn't call me about the damaged and the car not ready, they said they should have. I replied how come you guys didn't call me no reply , the call back ended. Fast forward to the 24th car ready paid the money I got from the insurance the other was directly sent to them already. So takeaways I never want to go thru that again, " drive carefully ", and pay the extra bucks to park you car in better places. Get more than one estimate and in my situation never to use the appraiser word, is the car look good as new, no I looks like there was no damaged unless you sell the car. Btw my car was equipped with gps tracking , doors unlocked noticed or windows down, I got a lot of alerts about the doors and windows during the three weeks but what was annoying there was a lot of "test drives", so turn off the alerts this part of being ignorant is bliss

I don't know the exact measurements of our unit, but it's not a big one. I think it's 7x10. The advertised price for a 7.5 x 10 unit is $82 right now. It feels like a grift to me! The benefits of this place (security and cleanliness) are not worth the price. If you are going to get a storage unit, don't get one here unless you want to be faced with unending rent increases.

I called my normal mechanic for a second opinion and they confirmed this was completely unnecessary and the systems are entirely separate. There are no other indicators that the suspension needed work. This was in addition to charging me a $200 diagnostic fee to literally only reset the infotainment system with no additional work. I'm not sure it's a coincidence that I received this treatment after going in alone as a woman -- not sure my husband would have been told to add the suspension work.
