They did a full car inspection and stated that my brakes were perfectly fine and "still had a lot of life left in them". They did convince me to pay $700 to replace a timing belt. I hit a deer in the road and it damaged the front passenger side of my car. I called Paul and he arranged to get my car towed to his shop from Auburn. Within a couple hours Paul sent me the quote. It was just above the insurance threshold and my insurance called the next day and said it was a total loss. Paul from Holman told me if that happened to have the insurance adjuster call him and maybe he could work to get it under the insurance threshold. And that is what he did. Service person suggested an additional transmission flush for $272.99 which I paid for. I learned the next day that my car should NEVER get a transmission flush! Only a drop and fill of transmission fluid is recommended. I called them and they said they never do a flush on Honda CRVs. But my invoice reads, "Auto Transmission Flush." They said it "wasn't really a flush, but more of a multiple drain and fill." Then why do they label it a Transmission Flush and charge me $170 more than Honda Dealership for a drop and fill? Icing on the cake, they noted that they checked all the tires. But I noticed today that the missing tire valve cap was still missing. Wouldn't you expect them to finish the tire service check by at least putting a cap on it? I tried to talk to the owner but was told, "the owner is never at this location."
