We were looking to upgrade our 2005 Supra and found a 2015 Supra at Seattle Boat Company. They are all amazing! There customer service is superior whether you are buying new or preowned. Abbey in sales goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting exactly what you are looking for. No pressure sales at all, highly recommend you go in and talk with her! Everyone we came in contact with was exceptional, from Elizabeth in financing to Tommy our highly knowledgeable and very personable delivery captain. They even delivered our boat up to Anacortes on Lake Campbell and he stayed until we were satisfied we had all our questions answered. SBC you ROCK ‍ Russ and Char Hawkins

Called and spoke to Mike today because I am WAY behind in winterizing my Bayliner. I'm a new-ish…read moreboat owner who moved up here from Louisiana, so winterizing is not something I'm familiar with, nor was our tech down in New Orleans. Anyway - Mike was SO helpful answering our questions and did so after hours. I have spoken with numerous other boat shops before when I've had rookie questions, but they've usually been snappy and impatient. Not Mike! He didn't make me feel rushed to get off the phone or that I was inconveniencing him. He gave me some great basic winterization info and I feel so much better going into this nasty cold weather coming this weekend. Thanks Mike! I am definitely going to keep Union Marine in mind for future services.

I really liked the sales effort and personal attention before and during the long sales process…read more Scott Kay was knowledgeable and attentive until the deal went through and then he dropped us like a hot rock. The new MasterCraft XT22 has had some issues with software and although he said he would be there for us and promised to install the registration stickers, he did not. He just directed me to Julia the Service lead via email. The service interaction has not been a stellar experience. Although Julia is responsive, there is little effort or follow through substance in the interactions. My boat is flawed and no one seems to care and if they do they have no sense of urgency or reasonable communication. It could be that they can't fix it without MasterCraft's help, but they could be more attentive to the interval of communication and give me some timeline to resolution. It is too bad, I had hoped they would be better at all of this as it is their main business. One note of praise goes to June who help us test our boat and even taught us to surf. She lent us her wake board and was very friendly and considerate with her sharing of knowledge and expertise.
