I was impressed with the quality of the work and the communication. They laid out a very reasonable work plan, and pointed out a couple of issues that they suggested I handle (more cheaply) myself (even supplying manufacturer part numbers). They hit their budget estimates, were very clear when communicating about a couple of problems that were discovered during the work, and were patient and willing to have me continually asking about the work, to learn more about my boat and about the maintenance work that was being done. I left the yard with all of the work done that I had wanted done, with a great bottom, and with the running gear spinning like a top. This is not the cheapest yard around (I did cringe when I saw the final bill!), but the quality of work, and personal attention, were top notch. I'm very happy to be caught up on my deferred maintenance and to be confident in my systems, and that peace of mind is worth it. Oh, and I'm now about a knot faster than before I went in.
