I found O'Ryan Marine in May 2022, when I needed my Sea Doo jet ski repaired and all other shops had a two month waitlist. O'Ryan Marine fit me in right away, figured out the problem, ordered parts, completed a tune up and I was on the lake 3 days later! This year, I scheduled early and once again they went above and beyond. They offered to fix my trailer (including lights and alignment), completed a full inspection, tune-up and oil change, and they were much more competitively priced than Ride Motorsports (where I previously scheduled service). If you are looking for a company that takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile, look no further. O'Ryan Marine provides a level of attention to detail and customer service that beats all other options. Highly recommend!

Original owner telling us how he sold the boat to O'Ryan marine TOTALED after his insurance company wouldn't pay out.

PAID 28K FOR A BOAT WE LATER DISCOVERED WAS TOTALED JUST A MONTH BEFORE. LIED TO, THREATENED, ABSOLUTELY SCAMMED. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. We should have read the other 1 star reviews. I can't believe I'm writing this, but earlier this year we set out to purchase a nice boat and found an ad (listed below). The boat seemed clean and ran, so we purchased it from O'Ryan Marine. Ryan had assured us that it was always well maintained, had no major maintenance issues in the past, and that he was selling it on behalf of his neighbor. We purchased the boat, put it in the water, and came back a few hours later to find out it was filling with water. Out of curiosity, we looked up the 'neighbor' who was on the title and I work with him. I messaged him and asked if he knew the boat had a leak and if there was anything else we needed to be on the lookout for. Our conversation is shown below and we were shocked. O'Ryan bought the boat in a totaled state, restored it, and passed it off to us with no disclosure of any sort of damage. We were completely lied to and asked for our money back. Ryan then threatened us, called us scammers and every name in the book, and said to basically go f**k ourselves because we were dumb enough to buy it and "there's no return policy". Now we've spent the better part of a month dragging it back and forth to a different repair shop (invoice below) to have the leak patched and more recently, a starter motor blown, all in the span of a month. The shop we took to have it repaired told us the wiring is pretty corroded because, surprise, the boat was flooded just a month before. We can only hope no more issues arise as we would have never purchased a totaled boat had we known. I'd expect this from some sort of sham salesman on Craigslist but not a dealership/repair shop -- and the owner at that. We trusted him and got burned. This man should not be allowed to do business.

Detail result from O'Ryan Marine 2023

I just got my 1988 Century Cardel back from O'Ryan Marine (before Memorial Day weekend) and everything is perfect. The boat was delivered on time and on budget, looks beautiful after a complete gelcoat detail, bringing the finish back from cloudy with polishing swirls to a mirror finish and season prep mechanicals completed as required. I'm particularly lucky because Ryan has experience with my specific type of boat, he understands it's weaknesses and quirks as an owner himself. I'll be back.

I went there on referral only to hear that they are not willing to help me with removing and replacing my outdrive on an older boat.

Unbiased review!…read more Pros and Cons: Pros: Jessica Strand went above and beyond to find a car that we wanted. We came in looking for a good used car but ended up buying a 2026 Corolla Cross XLE. Jessica helped us look at all our options. She has a quiet and non-pushy demeanor which I appreciated. She stayed late and even came in on her day off when we came to pick up the car. This 5 star review is for her. Another Pro: Maxwell in finance dept. He is no BS fast and awesome! We found him very honest and easy to work with. Another pro: Nice bathrooms and free fountain drinks. Lol, hey, those perks matter to women. Now for the Cons: As other reviewers have said, this place has "hidden markups" but they aren't hidden, just arrive with your brain and be prepared to walk away if they force ANY aftermarket's on you. For example, our car was $31K roughly, when we went to sign there was almost $5K in "after markets". Things like door and cup protectors and Pulse (the flashing brake lights feature). So you think the cost of your car is the $31K but it's not. We fought every single aftermarket charge and it went down from $5K to $499.00. We kept the aftermarkets. Question everything on that sheet. The extended warranty: get it. Just don't pay full price. Negotiate that down. The service maintenance plan for 5 years for $1800. That's a steal. Get it, but again, negotiate it down. They give on the lower end for trade ins. For example, we were offered $14K for a 2018 Honda Odyssey Elite trim with 110K miles. KBB is $18K. So that's just a reference for you. Overall, this dealership is fine if you know what you're walking in to. Jessica isn't going to help you lower the price but she will go back and forth as many times as needed to her manager to make it happen. Be prepared to walk away if they don't make it happen for you. I give it 5 stars because Jessica was so pleasant and low pressure and easy to work with and Maxwell in finance was stellar! I have zero experience with the service dept so I cannot comment on that.

During that visit, multiple services -- including high-cost items -- were performed without the pricing being clearly explained to me beforehand or my explicit approval for each service. I signed initial paperwork with the understanding that diagnostics would be completed and recommendations presented for review, as had been my experience in the past. That did not occur. When I attempted to follow up with management to clarify what happened and seek resolution, communication and follow-through were lacking despite multiple attempts over several weeks. Ultimately, a $400 future service credit was approved- but only after significant customer-initiated follow up, and I was unable to obtain a refund despite requesting one. Clear communication, informed consent, and timely follow-up are essential in any service environment, especially when customers are being charged significant amounts. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those standards. I hope this location takes steps to improve how service recommendations, pricing, and customer approvals are handled.

IF YOU ARE TRADING IN A CAR, READ THIS. THIS DEALERSHIP *WILL TRY* TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU…read moreDON'T UNDERSTAND WASHINGTON'S TAX LAW ON VEHICLE TRADE-IN'S. This dealership (more specifically the manager who cuts the deals) will try to cheat you out of money and WILL try to take advantage of people who don't understand Washington's tax credit law on vehicle trade-ins. Read about it here and empower yourself for negotiating: https://dor.wa.gov/education/industry-guides/auto-dealers/trade-ins. Basically, if you trade-in a car in the state of Washington and purchase a car from the same dealer at the same time, you only have to pay taxes on any amount you owe after the trade-in value is deducted. So, suppose you're buying a car for $25k, and the dealer accepts your trade-in worth $20k, you would only have to pay taxes on the $5k you still owe after the trade-in is subtracted, instead of paying taxes on the full $25k price of the car. So, in the above scenario: WITHOUT THE TAX CREDIT: - Pay taxes on the full $25k: you owe ~$2.5k in taxes, for a total of $27.5K. Subtracting your trade-in of $20k, you owe ~$7.5k WITH THE TAX CREDIT (IN WASHINGTON): - You only have to pay taxes on the $5k difference: you only owe ~$500 in taxes, for a total of $25.5k. Subtracting your trade-in of $20k, you owe ~$5.5k THAT IS A FULL $2,000 IN SAVINGS THANKS TO WASHINGTON'S TAX LAW. So here's where this dealership tries to be sneaky. They'll look at how much you would have paid in taxes without the credit, and then show you how you're getting credited $2k in the above scenario, and offer you $2k less for your trade-in. So now you'll be offered only $18k. But hey, you're getting $2k back in credit, so it still comes out to your asking price of $20k! Right? DO NOT FALL FOR IT! You are entitled to that tax credit PLUS the fair-market value of your car without taxes even being considered! Because let's do the math now: - $25k price minus the now lower $18k trade-in, you'll pay taxes on the $7k difference: you owe $700 in taxes. So, $25k + $700 - $18K, you will now owe $7.7k. They just negated the tax credit you would have received by offering you less for your car. What's even worse is you end up paying $200 more than you would have if the tax credit didn't exist in the first place. The salesperson helping me also implied that his manager does this all the time to people. Likely thinking I didn't know about the tax credit. And to customers who don't know any better, they think they're still getting the trade-in value of their car they wanted. Except for the fact that they should have actually gotten even more money from the tax credit if the dealership had actually bought their car at real fair-market value. NOT fair-market minus the tax credit. Please, do your research and get offers before buying and trading-in to this dealer. Carvana offered me way more for my car AND they actually apply the tax credit like normal if you buy from them at the same time. TL:DR Trading in a $20k car and want to buy a $25k car? Without Washington's Tax Credit: You owe $7.5k With Washington's Tax Credit: You owe $5.5k (YOU SAVED $2k) With this dealer's underhanded tactics: You owe $7.7k (YOU PAY $2.2k MORE THAN YOU SHOULD HAVE, AND $200 MORE THAN IF THE TAX CREDIT DIDN'T EXIST AT ALL)

No, it has always been a need. In this case it was because my car had been totaled in a rear end accident. I was expecting to have that car for at least 15 more years as I truly liked that car. Then poof - it was gone and I needed a new one. I had been test driving for a couple days, the rental needed to go back, and I simply wasn't finding one I liked. A friend recommended this to me, so I first went to the website. It was fairly late at night so I figured that the chat window that popped up was one of those computer ones - a virtual reality of sorts that you put in a question and it tries to find an answer and then when it can't tries to connect you to a real person who isn't available because it is after hours. I have run into a few. But nope! This was a real person who set me up with an appointment the next day. The very next morning Aaron from the dealership called to confirm my appointment. When I had slight troubles finding the entrance he helped me and then greeted me at the door. I told him my absolute wants - if it didn't have certain features I had no interest. Aaron was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. He didn't treat me like another number and he also was knowledgeable enough that he could answer my questions. I immediately fell in love with the car, but I had a dinner reservation that I had to attend. Aaron made it very easy and extremely fast to financially secure the car. As they worked on the numbers I chatted with a few others specifically wondering about the performance of the Alfa Romeo with the reputation that my co-workers informed me of. Everyone was very responsive and quite passionate about it which gave me further confidence in my purchase. The next day I finalized the financing and that too went extremely quick. The whole process was amazingly painless and pressure free! Three days later my in-dash entertainment screen just went black. I called the service department, and they were able to slip me in the very next day. When I went there it took them five minutes to find out that it was a setting issue. They corrected it and happily sent me on my way. It was extremely nice!

Even though the sale rep warranted the car was held and we were good to go. I put put credit inquiries on my card that will last for years. I spent almost $300 on a PPI. Attached is a photo of the individual you will need to serve. I filed formal complaints with the Washington Better Business Bureau and 2 On Your Side and I won my case. I strongly urge everyone: do not do business with this dealership. Their Yelp reviews speak for themselves, my experience was unfortunately not unique. On April 6, 2021, I purchased a 2013 Mercedes E63 from Mudarri Motorsports. The dealership did not offer shipping services, so I flew to Washington to pick up the vehicle myself. Upon arrival, the car had not even been detailed as promised. During the test drive, a brake warning light came on, and I had to wait an additional hour and a half for the rear brakes to be repaired. When the car was finally released to me, it was delivered with only a quarter tank of gas -- another sign of poor professionalism. Shortly after beginning my drive home, the oil light illuminated. It became clear that no oil change had been performed prior to the sale, forcing me to pay $200 out of pocket immediately. After returning home, I took the vehicle to a trusted mechanic who found the front brakes were dangerously worn down to just 5%, and the wheel bearings were severely damaged -- making the vehicle unsafe to drive. Despite addressing the rear brakes before the sale, the dealership still knowingly sold me a car with serious, life-threatening safety issues. I drove 14 hours through mountainous terrain, risking my life due to their negligence. The vehicle also has multiple issues that will prevent it from passing a smog inspection -- making it impossible to register legally without costly repairs. This dealership is dishonest, reckless, and solely motivated by profit. They do not care about their customers' safety or well-being. It is absolutely critical that you do not trust this business.
