I found O'Ryan Marine in May 2022, when I needed my Sea Doo jet ski repaired and all other shops had a two month waitlist. O'Ryan Marine fit me in right away, figured out the problem, ordered parts, completed a tune up and I was on the lake 3 days later! This year, I scheduled early and once again they went above and beyond. They offered to fix my trailer (including lights and alignment), completed a full inspection, tune-up and oil change, and they were much more competitively priced than Ride Motorsports (where I previously scheduled service). If you are looking for a company that takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile, look no further. O'Ryan Marine provides a level of attention to detail and customer service that beats all other options. Highly recommend!

Original owner telling us how he sold the boat to O'Ryan marine TOTALED after his insurance company wouldn't pay out.

PAID 28K FOR A BOAT WE LATER DISCOVERED WAS TOTALED JUST A MONTH BEFORE. LIED TO, THREATENED, ABSOLUTELY SCAMMED. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. We should have read the other 1 star reviews. I can't believe I'm writing this, but earlier this year we set out to purchase a nice boat and found an ad (listed below). The boat seemed clean and ran, so we purchased it from O'Ryan Marine. Ryan had assured us that it was always well maintained, had no major maintenance issues in the past, and that he was selling it on behalf of his neighbor. We purchased the boat, put it in the water, and came back a few hours later to find out it was filling with water. Out of curiosity, we looked up the 'neighbor' who was on the title and I work with him. I messaged him and asked if he knew the boat had a leak and if there was anything else we needed to be on the lookout for. Our conversation is shown below and we were shocked. O'Ryan bought the boat in a totaled state, restored it, and passed it off to us with no disclosure of any sort of damage. We were completely lied to and asked for our money back. Ryan then threatened us, called us scammers and every name in the book, and said to basically go f**k ourselves because we were dumb enough to buy it and "there's no return policy". Now we've spent the better part of a month dragging it back and forth to a different repair shop (invoice below) to have the leak patched and more recently, a starter motor blown, all in the span of a month. The shop we took to have it repaired told us the wiring is pretty corroded because, surprise, the boat was flooded just a month before. We can only hope no more issues arise as we would have never purchased a totaled boat had we known. I'd expect this from some sort of sham salesman on Craigslist but not a dealership/repair shop -- and the owner at that. We trusted him and got burned. This man should not be allowed to do business.

Detail result from O'Ryan Marine 2023

I just got my 1988 Century Cardel back from O'Ryan Marine (before Memorial Day weekend) and everything is perfect. The boat was delivered on time and on budget, looks beautiful after a complete gelcoat detail, bringing the finish back from cloudy with polishing swirls to a mirror finish and season prep mechanicals completed as required. I'm particularly lucky because Ryan has experience with my specific type of boat, he understands it's weaknesses and quirks as an owner himself. I'll be back.

Basically, anything that allowed water to get into the cab failed. I first brought the truck in and they replaced the 3rd brakelight assembly and sun roof seal. They also said they tested the other known issues (notice the plural meaning more than one) and everything was fine. A couple weeks later it rains fairly heavily and I've got a pond in the back seat of the truck. Back to the shop we go. This time they replace the sliding rear window and cab vents. That pretty much covers all the major known leaking issues. A couple months go by and I try to open my sunroof as we had some really nice weather. It will only open a couple inches and it took me some effort to get it to close. Back to the shop we go. Now, they have to replace the entire sunroof track assembly. On top of that, I have to pay for it. They did include a little note about some rust in there from the initial fix, but did they actually tell me about it when I picked up the truck and possible impacts. NOPE!! Not only that, but the last repairs took over a month. Some of that was waiting for parts, but it was another 2+ weeks after the parts arrived that it took them to fix my truck. Now I'm fairly annoyed (that's putting it mildly) and out almost $9K for all this. They did say they submitted my claims for "goodwill" with RAM, but nothing came of that. They didn't even attempt to advocate for me with the manufacturer noting it was known issues that NHTSA has published TSBs on and said warranties should be extended for this. However, they won't honor them That was really the final straw. I've had terrible service reps in the past, oil changes that took over 2 hours, and just never have had a pleasant experience with Rairdons. Even buying the truck at the Monroe dealership was a pain in the ass. Never will I go back to this place. I'm shocked they have even a 2 star review with how bad this place is.

I went towards the end of the day just to do a test drive and ended up buying my new Subaru right then and there. The sales person Chris Hawkins, was polite, efficient and very helpful. The finance person, Jose Varga, was likewise polite and went through all of the many forms quickly and efficiently. There were a few misses, but these were most likely because I was there at the very end of the business day for them. For example, my mats for the car were not ready, and I had to come back the next day to get them. No big deal. After reviewing the documents thoroughly at home I realized I was supposed to get a full tank of gas. And I did not. This, again, was probably because we were trying to get this done at the end of the day and their final review of the car department didn't have a chance to do that. When I mentioned this to Jose, he was very apologetic and said that they would reimburse me for the tank of gas that I bought. (and I lost the receipt, but Jose said they would accept a copy of my charge on my credit card, and then he said never mind. He would just send me a check. Wow! ) And to my surprise a few days later, I got a call from them saying that they had missed giving me a rebate that I was entitled to, so they wanted to make sure I got that even though it meant they had to redo all the documents. I expressed interest in buying a fairly expensive accessory and Jose helped arrange that. I need to have regular servicing on my car and they have already helped me set up the appointment for the first service! They have a department that helps you understand your car, because they are so complicated nowadays. You make an appointment, bring your car in and they will go over anything that you need help figuring out. Amazing. I love my Subaru and, given my age, it is doubtful I will ever buy another car. However, if I did, I would go there and get a Subaru. I don't know anyone who looks forward to all the issues that are entailed with buying a new car, and And using your old car as a trade-in, but I felt very comfortable, unstressed, and respected at Eastside Subaru. I highly recommend this company.

Disappointing experience with lack of transparency and major paperwork errors…read moreMy husband and I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2025 Subaru Impreza from Eastside Subaru to drive our young family around. Unfortunately, our purchasing experience and subsequent vehicle performance have been deeply disappointing. During the purchase process itself, the sales staff made significant administrative mistakes, including putting the wrong purchase number on the car and getting incorrect details on our loan paperwork. While mistakes happen, the lack of attention to detail on major financial documents set a concerning tone. After taking the car home, we noticed severe and frequent scraping/bottoming out on standard driveways and everyday suburban speed bumps. When we asked the sales team why this known low-clearance issue wasn't mentioned during the buying process, we were bluntly told, "Of course we won't tell customers about this." We bought a Subaru expecting transparency, safety, and a reliable family vehicle. Instead, we were met with a lack of disclosure at sale and zero support afterward. We have formally escalated this issue directly to Subaru Corporate Customer Care with our VIN. I would caution anyone buying a car here to double-check every line of your paperwork and ask hard questions before driving off the lot.

After making the purchase, I noticed the TPMS light on, so I had to replace all the sensors as well as replace the spare tire that was blown. A/C refrigerant needed replacing as well. There was also a wood chip stuck on the blower fan after cleaning it out. Looks like a mouse lived here before, so I had to replace both the engine filter and cabin filter. This wood chip damaged the blower, so I have to replace this next. I should've gotten a bigger discount than the $500 I wanted. All of the work costs about $1k just to get this running well. I hope they do a better job with vehicle inspection and not always rely on a Toyota/Lexus dealership to help with this, which was shown on the carfax. Any Toyota/Lexus dealership should obviously look at the filters and TPMS and see the issues quickly. Perhaps this dealer should go back to Toyota/Lexus and complain to them for not doing a good inspection on the vehicles and charging another dealer for a bad job. Looking at filters is easy access and can see if there have been rodents living there. Also, if a spare tire is completely damaged, this should be a notified to this dealer/customer. The staff here were friendly and had a good amount of vehicles to choose from. There's a nice lobby with a TV and refreshments inside to make customers feel comfortable. I don't mind coming back here again, but will caution anyone to do their inspections on site regardless of what is shown on the carfax or any receipts shown. I'm all for a dealership trying to make a profit off any vehicle, but perhaps they should do more thorough inspections when accepting vehicles from people coming in for a trade. I wouldn't be surprised if they somehow get my review removed on Google I impulse-bought a crew cab from Access Motorsports. The dealer on all my paperwork is actually Mudarri Motorsports, which has a D- on the BBB and filed for Chapter 11. My salesman swore ownership had changed and Mudarri was out of the picture, but Mudarri is named on every document I signed. Heads up before you trust the ratings: a chunk of their glowing Google reviews come from accounts that "buy a car" every 6 to 12 months across a rotation of similar small lots, and their Yelp split is almost all 1-star and 5-star with nothing in between. Click into the profiles and judge for yourself. At the lot the truck had a check engine light, and they cleared the codes on their own reader without letting me see them. I bought it anyway, assuming it was sound. That night I checked the stored codes myself: P0012 and P0022 (camshaft timing, both banks), cleared about once a week for the previous month. A Jiffy Lube tech found the wrong oil in it, 5w40 instead of spec, which he said is a common trick to mask engine knock. Two days in, my own shop's diagnosis: the engine is dying. Metal shavings throughout the oil pan, both cam phasers 88 degrees out of position, running in limp mode on a failed timing chain. They also found a JB Welded radiator, a dying starter, the wrong-size tires, and a fully seized front brake caliper (which explained the squeak and pull I'd felt on the test drive). The repair quote was $14,000 on a truck I paid $8,000 for and had owned for two days. The service plan was its own saga. They coached me to wait about 30 days, then file a claim so the failure wouldn't get flagged as pre-existing. Sit with that for a second: a dealership openly walking a customer through how to time a claim around the pre-existing-condition clause is essentially coaching you to defraud the very warranty they just sold you. And conveniently, that same 30-day mark is when you lose the right to a full cancellation. When I tried to cancel my roughly $2,000 plan, I got ignored emails, calls that dropped me from hold, and in-person runarounds. It only moved after I demanded a manager, and as of June 19th the credit still hasn't shown up. The only reason I can eat this is that I can pick up a second job and have scholarships and aid covering tuition. Most people couldn't, and a $14,000 surprise on an $8,000 truck would wreck them. Realistically, just don't buy a car from Mudarri or Access ever. And if you somehow do, not without an independent pre-purchase inspection first.
