I also learned that some special dealerships offer either "pre-purchase inspection off-site" or "3-day money back guarantees" virtually eliminating "buyer's remorse." So I focused my search on dealerships with either of these two options in order that A. Anthony's was essentially a "co-pilot" in my car search. A huge shoutout to Genette! She was amazing, walking me through the used car purchase process, giving the vehicle a thorough inspection, and explaining all the next steps. Her attention to detail and patience with all my questions made me feel totally confident in my purchase, and I am extremely happy with my used car purchase. They truly set high standards for great service and genuine care. Everyone here is super-friendly and professional, and it's clear they really care about their customers (which is smart business imo). In addition to ubiquitous brands like Toyota, Honda, Ford, they work on all brands of vehicles including luxury lines Mercedes, Audi, Buick, Lexus, and more. Instead, they said they didn't have the quote on file and tried to charge me way more. I kept reminding the guy of the quote and even mentioned a number I recognized, but he acted like I was lying. After I stood my ground, he offered a "discount"--but I wasn't asking for a discount, I just wanted the original price. When I got home, I noticed even that "discounted" number was higher than what I was quoted. When I brought it up to the owner, he got argumentative. From what I've seen, this place has a track record of overcharging or inflating prices. I'd be very careful here!!

I called Expert Auto Repair & Tires and spoke to Olivia and said the price would be $20 and take 5 mins. I went to the location where I was greeted immediately. Oscar had me pull my car up and he plugged the tire right on the spot! I wasn't there for more than 10 mins between getting the tire plugged and paying. Both Olivia and Oscar were very nice and made sure the service was completed to my satisfaction before I paid. The only thing I will say was it was too much air in the tire compared to the other 3 but it was nothing to just let some out.
