Found Bucas cleaning for our home as we were moving and I wanted to leave the new owners with a spic and span home. We had no Furniture in our 1500 Sq ft home and it was in pretty good shape since it was recently remodeled and taken good care of (easy right???) Well apparently not... I had to take off 2 stars because things were not done as promised : shower walls and doors were not even wiped (still saw spots), blinds in 1 bedroom not dusted and finger prints were on my sliding glass door. I actually had to go behind them and clean all of this myself. They spent less than 2 hours in my empty home and the quality of work wasn't the best. Scheduling and communication were good hence 3 stars instead of 2. While my fellow Yelpers may have had good experiences with this business, I can't say I would use or recommend them to anyone else. read more

Initial cleaning should include 'detailed' dusting. However... according to them the they don't want to break anything so a feather duster is used. The top of pictures had not been wiped, bathroom light fixtures, and complete shelving had not been touched. Smeary residue was left on my stove and other areas. I could go on. Shower tile walls had NOT been touched. Doors were not done. Top of fridge they said was done --wasn't! I asked about each of these issues but still wasn't complete. I've never had a more mediocre cleaning. I got bids from 3 companies... back to the bidding I go. On the positive side: The ladies were so nice I truly wanted this to work out. I had a small stain on the porcelain tub bottom they got out. But that's all. Sorry. I hate to leave bad reviews but I wish I would've been warned. read more

Mother and daughter team was able to work with our tight schedule to do a major cleaning in our house before we moved in. We found Bucas cleaning on Yelp and I contacted the owner for a quote for a 2 story house deep clean to get ready for renters. Her replies were prompt and her price was very reasonable. Today, her and her husband showed on time and was able to get our house spic and span in less than 3 hours! They are both very hard-working and friendly, and the house never looked so good. I had my house cleaned today for Christmas!!!! Best idea I've ever had, I've never had my housed cleaned before so I didn't know what to expect. Everything is perfect the price was reasonable. Used them for a few months then stopped because they kept breaking things in my house and would never mention it at all. I would check the house after it being cleaned and would often find there was something broken! A shower head, a cabinet door, a blind, etc... It was also not a very thorough cleaning. read more

Just like your time is precious, mine is too. You don't make appt. and just not show up without calling. Very unprofessional. If you don't want two more clients, be upfront and say you need to cancel the appts., rather than playing games, making me sit around at home for hours and making me wait. Hope you had a great Memorial Day, while you made me sit at home and wait for you, when you didn't answer your phone or call me to cancel. At least text to cancel the appt. and apologize. Don't ever make appts. and just not show up. Very unprofessional. What a shame for you to eventually text me back saying you are busy so for me to call YOU back later. Crazy and unprofessional. I been calling you and you still want me to call you back later? You could've texted me sooner or at least say you can't make it so I didn't have to wait around for you. Nice first impression. Norma and her team did a fantastic job cleaning our bathroom. The bathtub, toilet, and sinks were sparkling white. She was able to get all the dried gunk that was baked into the bathtub. I can't remember the last time it was this clean. However, after the quotation when I called them, not once but twice, to schedule the first cleaning for my home, they NEVER called back. Hello, This is the about the 7th time I have used Bucas Cleaning Company to clean my two-story house over the last 2 years. Every single time, Norma and her husband come by and do an EXCELLENT JOB of cleaning my house until it is spotless! I usually call Bucas Cleaning Company a week in advance and ask for a weekend appointment as I work Monday through Friday. I am always accommodated when scheduling the appointment. After they arrive to the appointment, we will go through the house and what needs to be cleaned and to what extent and then after that I receive a quote. The price is very fair especially considering that they are done within 2-3 hours and the place is left spotless!!! I am very detail oriented and little things that are not attended to really frustrate me especially when I tell the cleaner about them. Fortunately, with Norma and her husband, I only need to go over what needs to be cleaned once and they will do the rest and make sure that you are satisfied with the job. I was amazed at how clean Norma and her husband were able to get my home. I've had my home cleaned in the past by other services that did an ok job, but this is best cleaning service I've ever had. They pay attention to the details and were able to get my kitchen appliances, sinks, tubs, showers bright white again! I didn't know it was even possible. My wood shutters, ceiling fans and leather sofa were dusted and shined. Cabinets, doors and walls, etc... were wiped clean. The cost for their service is very reasonable too. In my line of business, and in life, there are always two sides to a story! I am very very picky! I was extremely satisfied with the job Norma and her husband did.
