The hairstylist Karen did not listen, cut our daughters hair, let it fall to the floor where it was instantly vacuumed up by another staff member. Have gone to Bubbles since I moved here in January. My first cut was with some lady that didn't listen to what I wanted and hurried through my cut at the end cuz she had another appointment booked waiting on her. Not a great first impression. My hair turned out average nothing special. I decided to go back in hopes I could find someone else and made sure I didn't get the same lady again. I walked in and made an appointment with Jacquelyn. She listened to everything I explained and she took all the time needed. She even took the time to blow it and cut some more so that it laid just right. I have thick blond hair and always get an A line bob. It's super cute when done just right and not so cute if not. Jackie did it exactly right. Most horrific salon experience of my life. I had an appointment for balayage/cut/style at 5:30pm. At 10:30pm, the receptionist forced me to pay for my $300 service despite it being incomplete, because she wanted to go home (understandable because I did too, but perhaps ethically questionable). My stylist promised she could fix the issue in 20 minutes. An hour and a half later at midnight, I asked for her to stop what she was doing so I could go home. At that point, she still needed to let the toner take, fix the cut, and style. I left the salon at midnight with unbrushed, wet, damaged hair. The cut looks like a toddler took scissors to it, the color is orange, and I have bleach spots on the top of my head. I attempted to contact the manager today, but reception told me he is "in office" and could not provide me a contact number. They said I could call back on Thursday, but I would really appreciate a refund sooner so I can get my hair fixed somewhere else. It's embarrassing. I feel badly that I didn't catch the name of the stylist that took care of me today, but he did an amazing job!! It's been a month or two since my last haircut, but I wanted to take a second and rave about this Bubbles location, and especially about the too cool dude who cuts my hair, Tri. I've been going to this Bubbles since I went to College in D.C. as it was always an excuse to go to Pentagon City and get away from D.C. for a few hours. It's always been a well run, pleasant experience that I have felt comfortable making my go to trim my werewolf like visage every few months or so (though I'm trying to do better!) But a place is only as good as it's staff, and I wanted to take a second and give Tri a shoutout. I have had a lot of hairstylists at Bubbles and elsewhere, and he is among the few I've made the effort to book specifically. I normally go when I have the time or my hair is beginning to cover my face, but Tri makes it worth giving a little more effort. The several times he's cut my hair, the style has held for well over a month. I'm very pleased every time with the cut, and expect that to continue to be so. More than that though, he's just a nice guy, always with a smile. He's friendly, listens to what I have to say when I blather on, and just generally makes my experience an enjoyable one. And did I mention he's fast and perfect in nailing details? Well, he is. There are plenty of options for cutting one's hair done in the DMV. Not to mention plenty of Bubbles locations to pick from to boot. Tri and the Pentagon City Bubbles makes the choice easy for me. Can't recommend these folks enough! read more

I have been to this salon multiple times when in a bind and never had a good experience. When I left my hair looked nothing like what I had asked for and was charged high end salon prices. I have no problem paying a lot for great hair, but that is not what I received. No one could even tell I had my hair highlighted and while my hair looks cute curled it is full on butchered when straight. I was horrified one morning when I straightened it and realized how bad it was and had no time to fix it before leaving for work. First off, I'll start by saying that I am giving three stars as an average of two experiences. One that deserves one star AT BEST, and then the correction of that experience, which I'd give 5 stars. Buckle up, team; it's quite the saga. ONE STAR: I made an appointment at Bubbles because I was in the area to get my phone repaired. They were able to fit me in that same day, and everyone was friendly and polite. Several months back, I had received some highlights that were growing out a little awkwardly, and were a little too "warm" in tone for my liking. When I met with Karen, the stylist, I explained that I had wanted a cool blonde balayage. I wanted something subtle so that I could grow out my blonde with minimal touch up, and transition back into my natural dark blonde more smoothly. I have no idea WHAT Karen was doing when I explained this and showed her a specific picture, because she clearly was not listening to me. After a 6 hour ordeal, whereby another stylist attempted to step in and fix the damage that Karen did to my hair, I left the salon at 11 PM in tears. She had dyed my light-brown roots a VERY strange and warm reddish-brown (????), and the rest of my hair was a bright golden blonde with grey-ish chunks at the very ends. It vaguely resembled if Elsa from Frozen did the ice bucket challenge with barbecue sauce. I looked truly unwell. Not one aspect of this was what I asked for, and 6 hours of dye (that other stylists later remarked was left in way too long) left the ends of my hair brittle and hard. I've had haircuts and colors that I didn't love, but I have NEVER been this embarrassed to show my face in public. I was devastated, especially when they quoted me the original price of $200 at the end of this madness (Update: this was eventually refunded). After calling and complaining to the assistant owner the next day, they begrudgingly agreed to let me come in for a repair that day. I honestly couldn't wait three days, which is when they initially told me to come back. FIVE STAR: This is where sweet Monica saves the day. In order to repair the damage that Karen had done to my hair, Monica had to spend 4.5 hours of her own time completely redoing my hair. She had to stay almost 45 minutes after closing time to fix a problem that she did not even cause. She was kind, professional, patient, and skilled. Although the end result is not what I initially had in mind, and not what Monica had wanted to do (my hair was so damaged and brittle from the previous day that she wisely decided to modify her plan), I left the salon looking like a functioning member of society. At the end of a cumulative 10.5 hours in Bubbles over the course of two days, I lost two inches of hair due to damage from Karen's negligence, and I ended up with roots darker than I wanted, and ends blonder than I wanted. However, I am no longer embarrassed to go to work. I wish I had been given an appointment with Monica in the first place! If you are going to this salon and want color, PLEASE go see Monica. She is smart, skilled, and will be honest with you about what she can and can't do based on your hair. The fact that she was able to fix the hot mess that Karen wrought upon my hair speaks for itself. Do. Not. Let. Karen. Color. Your. Hair. For the love of all that is good and pure. I now have to spend more money buying repair shampoo, conditioner, and deep-conditioning masks. I will also be paying more money as soon as my hair is healthy enough for a new dye job. I never wanted to be a brunette, but I'm going to go dark all over so that it can grow out naturally and heal from the horror that was Karen. read more

To start off, this was not my first visit to Bubbles. I came here regularly pre-pandemic, but the stylist I used has left so I scheduled an appointment with "any stylist" assuming they would do a good job. When I arrived, first I was told my appointment was 45 minutes later than I has scheduled it despite several confirmations. After some back and forth I sat down with a stylist but then someone else came in who was apparently scheduled over me and there was more confusion, eventually my stylist told me to stay seated. Then the hair... I asked for balayage highlights with a natural red tone and I had a couple of pictures demonstrating what I wanted. My stylist highlighted my hair, all was good. While those were processing she brought me a laminated sheet of colors to choose from... I picked one that seemed most like the pictures I presented and my stylist said "no that won't look good it will just look like faded out highlights." I trusted her professional opinion and chose something different with her help. My hair turned out a disgusting neon pink (I later found out that they were out of the color we agreed on and she used a different color without even telling me!). Honestly I didn't even like the way the highlights looked despite the pink. It was super chunky in front and did not blend well. While she was styling my hair, I noticed that there were some pieces of hair that looked more subtle and orangey-pink and I told her I didn't like the bright parts and liked that color better. She told me it would fade. At some point she indicated that all of the color might fade out within 10 days. I went home and cried because I hated it so much and then tried washing it to see if the pink would fade. It was clear it would not fade to the color I hoped. The next morning I called the salon and asked if I could come have it fixed. My stylist said she was glad I called and that when I left she knew it wasn't what I wanted. I returned the following Monday and was immediately seated at the sink and my stylist started working. When I tried talking with her about what she was doing she kept saying "I'm doing what you asked for Saturday." I figured okay, she remembered the picture and had expressed that she wasn't happy with it either so I let her work. She took out the pink (maybe with bleach? I'm not sure), darkened my roots, and lightened the ends more. She then came over with a pink box and I protested and finally we discussed again what I wanted. I showed her the same picture as well as a few others. We selected a new color and went back to the sink. After she was done putting in the new dye I asked if it was okay if I got up to go to the bathroom and she said "yes, you can see the crazy orange you made me do." I came out and asked if it would rinse out the same as it looked and she said yes and said she could make it darker. We went back to the sink for ANOTHER color. Finally she washed it out, dried, cut a little more, and styled my hair. I can live with the current color, but it's an all over color not highlights, and is still not what I asked for or paid for. She then proceeds to start ringing me up... I asked for clarification on what the charge was for and she said "you made me highlight your hair just to cover it with 2 other colors" I protested saying I didn't know what she was doing and had tried to talk to her and she said never mind. So I didn't pay a second time but I did spend over $300 and 6 hours to get a result that isn't what I asked for and probably crazy amounts of damage to my hair. In addition the entire experience was miserable due to how my stylist as well as front desk staff spoke to me and the amount of my time spent. I've requested to be contacted by both management of the salon and from the district level (through the main bubbles website) to discuss my experience and never received a response to either request. read more

Rude receptionist. I stopped in (as a walk-in) to see if I could get my hair cut. Another lady was paying when I got there, so I started a line behind her. It ended up taking a while for her to pay (some mix-up with promo codes, then scheduled an appointment, and chatted a bit), and by the time she was done, 3-4 more people were in line behind me. Having waited patiently for my turn, the reasonable expectation was that I'd be helped next (receptionist had already said as much when I arrived), but as the first lady made her exit, the receptionist told everybody to separate into checkouts and check-ins (note, there was only one person working the desk, so forming two lines was pointless). At this point, I was asked to step aside for all of the other people (behind me) to go before me! I had waited for my turn already. This is basic democracy, folks! Get in line, and get helped in the order that you arrive. I was a little surprised and looked at her blankly -- she stared at me with raised eyebrows and told me I had to step aside for everyone else to go first. I work in a customer service field, and can't think why they'd treat a potential customer this way. Needless to say, they lost that potential customer as I turned around and left. She clearly had no interest in helping me, and I'd already given up enough of my time waiting. Rude and inefficient. read more

She did not under my frustration with past salons nor did she offer a solution. I left without getting the treatment I had been wanting for a while and I left almost in tears. As someone who has been insecure about her hair for years, this salon, because they did not do the treatment I requested at the price listed on the website, I only left feeling worse. I came in hoping to find a salon I can have a relationship with, but I left in tears. I came in for a layered cut and Nina completely butchered my hair. Even after she had dried and "curled" she kept taking her scissors to my hair. When I part my hair, one side is longer by an inch. The layers are choppy, almost Indiscernible. One of the ladies at the reception desk rushed her 30 minutes into my appointment to take care of the next appointment (my hair was still wet and in clips) Nina became very nervous, her hands were shaking, as she stumbled around trying to find all her tools. She asked me to stand a couple times, but would then change her mind and told me to sit. It was a very stressful experience and an awful first impression. read more

This place sucks. I have thick hair and asked for long layers and got blunt, shelf like layers that don't flow at all. I have a visible hair shelf. She blowdried my hair curly without asking me so I couldn't tell how terrible it looked in there. This was for $60 without tip in a dirty room. She pulled out almost empty hair products out of some bin and none of them felt very luxurious at all. I'm so unhappy with my layers - if you have vaguely thick hair avoid this salon or go with an experienced stylist. I decided to cut my own hair (as I often do) but this time I messed up pretty badly and I knew the back was uneven. I searched the Pentagon City/Crystal City area for a place that was open right at that moment which was a Sunday and many places were closed but Bubbles was open, and had a slot for a 12:30 appointment even though it was 12:15 at the time! So I rushed over and let them know I would be five minutes late and they said it wasn't a problem. Unfortunately I wasn't seen until about 12:50 which was stressful because I was trying to get in and out quick in time for a brunch reservation I had. However, my stylist, Gloretta, was great. She was fun to chat with the entire time and made me feel more relaxed about the whole thing. I explained that I wanted it just evened out a bit because there was some serious longer chunks in the back compared to what the rest was like, and ultimately she cut off a bit more than I wanted. She cut off about an inch all around in order to even it out instead of just focusing on the part that was the most uneven. I kind of like my hair a bit more choppy. But either way, I came out satisfied with the cut. I paid $50 including tip which was very steep in my opinion, for a simple fix on the back of my hair. As someone who normally cuts her own hair precisely for this reason, I don't think the price was really worth the cut. But my hair stylist did a good job and was very nice, and all of the staff was very kind and professional. read more

I've been a regular client since August and I've been satisfied with my hair. However, I don't like the way I've been treated here. The employees are disrespectful and rude. The stylist that did my hair has made rude comments about my appearance and complained about doing my hair. I didn't feel valued as a customer here. I work in the beauty industry myself and personally, I want my clients to feel comfortable and confident. When someone sits in my chair, I want the experience to be enjoyable. Eshet is fabulous with blonde color treatment. I had some very grown out blonde highlights which she turned into a gorgeous natural looking balayage. I was able to schedule a last minute appointment in the evening which is a huge plus for me as I commute and cannot do midday weekday appointments. The location was pretty crowded but I still saw people walking in no problem! Eshet was so sweet and confident which made me feel at ease. The cut she gave me was also just perfect, she paid so much attention to detail! Pricing was much more reasonable than boutique salons in the area. Everyone else I saw being styled looked great as well. This is definitely my new go to hair salon! read more

I have been a silver haired brunette for a very long time, so when I came in I knew I would probably require a double lightening process, and I had already lightened it once at home. I found out after the first lightening process that I was hyper sensitive to the lightener they were using on me. As closing-time at the salon approached, my head was so tender from having a reaction to the lightener. Two other stylists needed to rush in to aid my stylist in the process of application in order to get me out as soon as possible as opposed to rescheduled. After the lightening, I asked and paid for a haircut. The undercut was not only inconsistently colored, but uneven and without shape. I made my stylist aware of my discomfort with how it turned out. I paid $280 for this experience and the stylist refused my tip. I have been trying to get in contact the salon for a week since this appointment with no success. read more

Bubbles 100% depends on your stylist! My favorite stylist left and I was never able to find another person of the same quality, so I don't think I will be returning to Bubbles. I went to Bubbles for several years for both hair color and hair cut, with my preferred stylist. When that stylist left, I tried a new random stylist for my usual cut/color. She was inexperienced and it went very poorly -- my roots were a completely different color than the rest of my hair (red vs. brown) - very noticeable and embarrassing! Because I was attending a wedding the next weekend, I had to return to get it fixed by another (more experienced) stylist for their next available appointment. I appreciated that Bubbles provided this service free of charge, and they were able to fix it, thankfully! Just unfortunate that I had to return and use up a few hours of my time to get it corrected. Bubbles has reasonable prices, and if you can find a stylist that works for you, great! Celia has done a nice job coloring my (female) hair. My fiance has had good experiences with Karinda (who may have left) as well as Zahra for a male haircut. Also, if you have an appointment, you are seen fairly promptly - while you wait, they provide you water, tea, etc. read more

I've had some bad hair cuts. Some were, well, cheap, so what I didn't expect much. Some were stylists not listening when i explained my hair. Some were just bad for my face and got fixed as soon as I figured it out... And then there was tonight's experience. The cut itself is fine. It doesn't excite me, but it doesn't offend me either. However the stylist, well, she offends me. She gets me at 8:20, late but not terribly late. We go back to her chair and she asks me what I want done. I explain that I'm looking for chin length, straight all around, no angles, no layers, but thinning it in back and some on the sides, with some trimming to the bangs but letting them grow out. And then I say, repeatedly- "I have very very thick hair and a reverse widows peak in the back of my head, it makes it tough to cut, I recommend that you look at it really well now, while it's dry, because it's deceptive when it's wet." She quickly glances at it, mutters about how much hair I have and how long it will take (note I booked a double appointment and made it the last appointment, fully expecting to pay more b/c I always have to) and then tells me that I have so much hair she'll have to charge more because of the time. I mention again that I booked a double appointment on purpose as it always takes an hour to cut and dry my hair and that I'm the last appointment of the night on purpose. She mutters some more then takes me to the shampoo line. I should have left then. As I stand by waiting for an available sink I hear her muttering to the shampoo girl about how much hair I have, in Spanish. Now, I'm not fluent so it may have just been a heads up, but still. Not ok. After the shampoo I go back to the chair- note that no one walked me to the chair, and the shampoo girl just piled the towel on my head. I should have left then. I sit down and she starts combing out my hair. We go over again what I want and she starts to cut, all the while complaining about how thick my hair is and how long it will take. Now, I notice that there is a lot of hair on the floor, and some dye marks on the wall, but hey, it's a crazy busy salon on a Friday night. Literally not an empty chair in the place. So, I don't fret. Then the front desk girl runs back and asks the stylists back in my area for change. She stops what she's doing to start looking in her purse and just drops the wet hair. 2 minutes pass and she's still digging in her purse. I speak up and ask her to put a towel under my hair b/c it's soaking through the apron. She's all apologies and then we go on. 5 times she scrapes my face with her comb. Not the usual thing where the stylist sometimes touches you with the comb, scrapes. On the 5th I spoke up and asked her to be more careful cause it hurt. She freaked out and apologized like mad. OK, so she didn't realize it. Alright. I should have left then. She's rushing through, cutting willy nilly. It starts to make me nervous, but hey, maybe it'll turn out ok and if not it'll always grow. Then she starts blowing it out. She's rushing, using the big round barrel brush and then the flat iron. I hear the hair sizzle in the flat iron and ask her not to use it. She says sure and goes back to the round brush. Then she smacks me upside the face with the round brush. I squealed. I pulled away and said very loudly, over the hairdryer "YOU JUST HIT ME IN THE FACE WITH THAT BRUSH". All action in that area of the shop stops. Really, not what I want. "You just hit me in the face with the brush. It would be one thing if I hadn't already warned you that you were scraping my face with the comb, but you just hit me in the face with that brush. Get. Me. Your. Manager." She starts apologizing. I looked her square in the eye and said "you can stop talking now. Get me your manager." Apparently there is no manager. I don't believe her for a minute, but another stylist offers to finish me and they all flutter about how it'll be free of charge. I let the other girl finish drying and trimming. And when I walked out I got a business card and will be calling tomorrow. So if you decide you don't mind being hit in the face with a hairbrush and enjoy stylists ignoring your information about how your hair grows, I recommend you go to Sophia (I think that was her name) she's the older lady with red and blond chunky highlights in her hair. I've had a 2-year love-hate relationship with this place. When it was good, it was with Sam but then he left and I am sad. The stylists here are really hit or miss. But not miss in like "meh it's just hair". Miss in like "holy shit where's my hair?!!" I've had good experiences with Chahira and April, but other times that I've stopped in randomly I always end up with the worst stylists! Even for bangs - I don't remember her name but I got a bangs trim by a big girl with bad hair. I should've known better - never trust a stylist with bad hair!! As with any hair appointment, make sure you tell the stylist exactly what you want and ask questions throughout the process. They might get annoyed but it's better than having their client walk out nearly in tears. (true story) The good thing is, when they do eff up your hair, they are pretty good about offering you a free haircut. Why did I go back so many times? Because I lived across the street. Is it possible to give 0 stars???? Extremely disappointed. I booked a single process color cut shampoo and blow dry through the website. As soon as I arrived my hairstylist took one look and me and I was told that because I had curly "kinky" hair they wouldn't be able to complete my service before closing. So many things wrong about this. 1. My hair was straight when I arrived so how do you know the texture of my hair? 2. Why would your website allow me to book this appointment if you cannot accommodate me? Perhaps there should be a section that says if you have "ethnic" hair we probably won't be able to accommodate you unless you book 4-5 hours before our closing time. I also called them 5 times throughout the day to ensure my appointment was set but I received the voicemail every time. I am grossly disappointed with my experience here! I was already skeptical about their ability to handle black hair but I didn't expect to be told they couldn't accommodate me because it would just be too much before even knowing the true texture of my hair! This is extremely horrible customer service and a joke honestly. The sad part is if she had stayed even 10 minutes after their closing time to complete my hair I would've tipped her generously. I've had decent hair cuts at Bubbles at Pentagon City before, I've even had a great cut there before. So when I decided I needed to get a quick cut before Christmas, I didn't think it'd be an issue to get a last minute appointment there. My boyfriend made the appointment for me (he had to get a cut too so went ahead and called) and didn't specify anyone in particular, but it was only a day in advance and they're usually pretty busy, so I wasn't expecting to get a particular stylist, nor did I think it would matter much. I had long hair that I wanted to get an inch off, bluntly cut and just needed a little shaping in the front to make my grown out bangs long and side sweeping. Easy enough for anyone to do, right? Apparently not. Despite repeatedly saying that I wanted to keep my length as I was growing out my hair, I ended up with more than three inches off, with my hair right below my shoulders. My bangs? They didn't end up the nice long, face framing fringe I could brush to the side that I envisioned (and asked for) having. Instead, they're now right below my brows. Astonished at how much length I lost, I was a bit speechless and just wanted to go and buy some headbands since it looks like I'll be pinning my bangs back while they grow out again. Once home, I got over it. After all, it is hair, it'll grow back, even if my head takes forever to do so and I have a Mom cut in the meantime. Unfortunately though, when I woke up the next morning, I felt even worse than when I left Bubbles. Upon closer inspection while getting ready for work, I discovered that my hair wasn't just cut short, it was cut BADLY. The stylist didn't get all my bangs when chopping them off, so there's almost a light layer of longer fringe in my face (good thing I got those headbands) nor was the rest of my hair cut evenly. In a single one-inch section of hair, there's at least three different levels of length and I asked for a blunt cut, not layers. I couldn't even attempt to say I asked for layers, this is just a bad, uneven cut. Don't get me wrong, there are some decent stylists there (now only if I didn't lose their cards!), but be careful! Next Christmas season, perhaps I'll remind myself to not be so generous in my gift giving and be more generous to spending on my haircut so I'll get a decent cut the first time instead of getting a bad one and wondering if I can afford to get it fixed while afraid I'll have to lose even more length. Until then, I'll look forward to the headband section at CVS and pinning my hair back. read more

BUBBLES Salons - Hair Stylists Near Me - Arlington, Virginia

I started going to Bubbles when Colorworks nearby closed. I followed Nagi there since he is a fabulous colorist and hair stylist. He works fast but always does a great job. He is one of L'Oreal's top stylist and they pay for him to attend training around the world. Highly recommend him. Knocking off a star since Bubbles is a lot more crowded and squished than Colorworks. Convenient location though. read more

If you have any kind of problem with your hair ( I meant it literally; any KIND), you don't like it for any reason, or you feel there is something wrong with it, just 1-Go directly to Washington DC area,  2-Head toward Pentagon Mall  3-On the first floor, find Bubbles salon and ask about Robin! 4-Colse your eyes or take a short nap while she is doing her job. 5-When she is done she will wake you up! 6-Don't check your hair out! 7-Don't even look at yourself in the mirror!  just go directly to your distance, party, work, or home, you will definitely like it! everyone will ask you where did you get your hair done! I promise! she has a magical hands! she has to have a doctoral certificate in hairstyle. But, be aware that they are a little bit expensive! read more

Really rude. I was out shopping and running errands. Ran past this place and wanted to see if I get get a shampoo and trim. When I walked in the place looked empty, then a woman came from the back and yelled "SOMEONE IS HERE" and two more women peaked their heads out from a back hallway. I asked if they would take a walk in for shampoo and trim. Her reply "It's Father's Day." I asked if that meant they were closed for the day, he reply "No one is here. Everyone went home." I look at the two women standing behind her, then back and her with an eyebrow raised. The lady tells me to have a good day, so I guess that was my queue to leave. Pro tip: If you don't have the staff to operate, lock your doors and close your store. Don't allow people to come in, only to be turned away. We'll just assume you don't want to do our hair for other, more insidious reasons. read more

Walked into the salon where 2 employees were at the front desk, looked at me and continued their private conversation. Once they were done, the lady simply asked "Can I help you." I told her I had a 6:30 appointment with Mohammed, she told me she'd tell him I was here. That was it--she didn't ask my name, confirm anything, or offer me something to drink or take my coat, like the next receptionist did with the man that walked in right behind me. They lose a star for front desk rudeness. My color touch-up with Mohammed was great! He introduced himself, assessed my hair, gave me the cost and went to make the color. I asked for a touch-up, but he did full color, which I didn't mind because the cost was still affordable ($65), the quality was great and I may return because I liked Mohammed's touch and attention to my hair. read more

This is located inside the Pentagon City mall which is accessible via the blue and yellow line. Get off at Pentagon City. It's the stop that's after Crystal City or the Pentagon depending on which direction you're traveling. I've been a regular here for over a year now. Ty is the guy who usually cuts my hair. Lately, he's been cutting my hair uneven. In the beginning, he used to pay more attention to detail and spent a lot of time making sure it came out perfect. They charge about $30 for the men's haircut which includes a shampoo wash. All the stylists have varying levels of experience so you might find someone charging higher prices than $30. There's one guy in here who said he's cut hair for celebrities in Canada so he charges the highest. I don't remember his name but you can ask for him. My wife had her hair cut by him and she said that he did a good job but Ty does a comparable job for less. read more

Holy Cow this location is busy! I usually go to the Bubbles at Landmark Mall for my hair - but they closed that location a couple weeks ago. I was fretting about where Delila was going to end up - and she landed at Pentagon City! You cannot go wrong with Delila - I came in today wanting to update my hair for spring (since it does grow like a weed). She gave me a refreshed look and touched up my color. We had a good conversation and she made great recommendations for my hair - Cibu products (which is a Bubbles / Salon Cielo brand). I know that this location looks super busy from the outside, but they really do take their time with their clients. The stylist next to me and Delila chatted up each of his clients and was pleasant. It's not a "churn 'n burn" salon at all! Appointments are HIGHLY recommended because this place gets a lot of walk-in traffic from the mall. read more
