I had to provide an update about this shop and the type of service they provide. To keep things short I was given the run around and not listened to by dealership service shops regarding issues about our Jeep. It was obvious it was a computer, wiring, or electric issue BUT got charged for a misdiagnosis from a shop that wanted to tear an entire engine down. Which they would've done and the issue would've just popped right back up 1-2 days after leaving the shop. I came to this shop for a 2nd opinion but to be honest if I knew better should've been the 1st opinion. They listened to what the issue was in detail and what took 5 days for a misdiagnosis at a service center we're able to figure what was really happening in 2 hours. Anyone that needs help with their car should make it a point to come to this shop. Appreciate y'all! read more

!Check for a quote before coming here and compare it to others! I have a 2005 Volvo S60 2.5T I ask how much was the labor cost for the brake pad change (because I bought my own) and it was $300 just to change both front and rear (That doesn't include tax and other fees that they may charge). I asked for a quote for "Just Tires" and they gave me $230 with included the parts and labor, "Big Brand Tire & Service" quote me for front and rear for a total of $150, and 3 more places that offer less than Bubba's did. Which I decline to Guillermo (Owner). "why would you keep looking ( cheaper ? ) Good ain't cheap and cheap ain't good" - Guillermo B (Owner). The STUPIDEST thing I ever heard! Good can be affordable. If you want to get scammed on you're brake pad change you came to the right place if not don't bother asking for a quote and don't recommend it to anyone, tell them to say away from this place! read more

My son and my car needed catalytic converter covers installed urgently, after our neighbor's catalytic converter stolen. I found Bubba's on yelp. Like always, I always attempt to get at least 3 quotes and my experience was Bubba's was the first to respond, give me a quote, and confirm they could see me on the day I requested. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and told them what I was there for, Dave immediately knew my name and knew exactly what I needed. Bubba's (Dave & Guillermo) got me in and out quickly. Their garage was clean and the office was very chill, I was able to read my book, they had coffee, the experience was top notch! My family and I have a new mechanic!! I highly recommend read more

I recently went to the dealership (stealership) to get my oil change and transmission fluid done. The service manager told me my brakes were down to 3mm and I needed brakes real soon. I was charged a ridiculous price to install and replace the brakes. I didn't feel comfortable as I knew I wanted a second opinion. I checked Yelp and found Bubba's. The owner, Guillermo, inspected the brakes and told me I still had 7mm and 5mm left on the front and rear brake pads. Nevertheless, he was up front and honest saying I was good and didn't need the service done at this time. He could have easily done the service and got paid. However, due to my not needing the service, I paid nothing for a quick check on the condition of my brakes. This is why I will trust and go to Bubba's for ALL of my car needs going forward. This is a hands down highest establishment, and I highly recommend this auto shop! read more

My car desperately needed rear brakes. David, Guillermo and Dave are really good guys and are honest when it comes to what you need now versus what you'll need down the line. Which will save you money! It's been almost 2 months and my breaks work and sound great and make me feel a lot safer driving in my car. If you need all around auto care these are your guys! read more

Had a great experience with them. Went in for an oil change which was fast. They also discovered I needed a new drive belt so they replaced it. Everyone was so nice and it feels like they are trustworthy. Will definitely be back again in the future. read more

David was responsive and friendly! Fair pricing (got quotes from other shops--Bubba's was the most affordable for the quality.) I needed new brake pads and rotors. They were honest about what needed to be done, and they also didn't push when I said I probably couldn't afford to replace all four sets at once, so they told me that the front were the most important for now. Car was in and out in less than 2 hours of dropping it off. I'll definitely be coming back for regular maintenance! Glad to finally have a local auto shop to support instead of pep boys and valvoline lol. Thanks Bubba's!! read more

I came in with a broken AC system, worn-down brakes, and a non-functioning parking brake. David and his team resolved all my issues. David even explained to me exactly what was going on to outline all the costs and discussed what would really be worth fixing, given my budget. I really appreciated his assistance spending my money smartly. His transparency put me at ease. I highly recommend Bubba's Performance & More. It's so refreshing to work with a repair shop that's truly looking out for the customer, not just chasing the dollar. Thanks for the help!!! read more

Checked around quotes, they were very reasonable and cheaper with good work. Their turn around was quick with great quality control. Very easy to work with and fixed some minor things on the house. Will come back if I have any issues with my Subaru. read more

This is not your average friendly neighborhood auto shop - this is your friendly, efficient, helpful and reliable auto shop. So glad I found them! They took care of my car and even though the service and parts my vehicle needed were not covered under my warranty - I left feeling like I was heard and my car was taken care of. These guys walk you through the process, provide you with options and suggest the best approach. Highly recommend this shop. read more

I got my tire rotated and oil change with a minor inspection. This was a great experience. They were very efficient and friendly. I would go back. read more

Today is the third or fourth time I've come to Bubbas for my car, every time I come here my heart and mind are at ease. I'm sure anyone who's walked into a Jiffylube or pep boys have felt that uneasiness of "are they actually gonna take care of my car?" I have a Mazda so nothing special really, but even with a simple oil change a lot can and has gone wrong at these "mega chain shops". That's why I drive a little further to come to bubbas. Right when you walk in you feel like these are trust worthy people who take the work seriously and professionally. I've gotten breaks changed and other general maintenance done with no issues or errors. They know what they're doing and they get it done right the first time every time. Highly highly recommend bubbas to be your go-to mechanic. read more

The best auto shop I've been to! They were so good at explaining everything to me, were extremely fast and overall a godsend to a female looking for a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. Would recommend to everyone! read more

As a woman, I always feel like most auto mechanics view us females as bags of money and attempt to rip us off because of our lack of knowledge. Finding an honest & straightforward mechanic is a diamond in the rough and I am relieved and grateful to have found Guillermo! My 2020 Honda Metropolitan moped hit 1k miles and it was time for an oil change. I used Yelp's "quoting" feature to gather estimates from nearby shops. Other shops quoted me $90+ packaged with additional miscellaneous services such as "drive service" or "check electrical system", using fancy terminology like "fasteners". Outrageous considering an oil change for my Lexus sedan costs a fraction of the price! My boyfriend--someone who is quite knowledgable about vehicles, reviewed the quotes and had a strong feeling that these other shops were blatantly trying to take advantage of me, likely because they could see who I was via my Yelp profile, and probably assumed that I would be an easy target to rip off. I had also done my research that the average cost of a moped oil change should be around $30-$60, and Bubba's Performance had quoted me a healthy number in that range. In addition to putting in a special order for the specific type of oil I needed for my scooter, the staff is highly professional and communication is smooth. The actual service was quick and I was out in no time. If you need your auto serviced or maintained, Bubba's is the way to go. read more

Awesome guys + service! I went to Bubba's today just to get a quote on some body repairs, and I ended up leaving an hour later with my car fixed at a completely reasonable price. I learned about Bubbas after getting my oil changed at Valvoline because I mentioned that needed my back hatch door fixed, and I'm so glad I listened to their recommendation. I also needed my brakes fixed so I called and set an appointment. They were great on keeping me updated on the problem, and when the problem was worse than suspected, they told me everything that was happening and still kept to the quote they gave when first finding the big problems. I can definitely tell that my brakes feel better after going to them. They were super nice and I appreciate them taking the time to explain everything in layman's terms. It's also nice that they work on older cars, I've got a 2000 Jeep Cherokee that will need some other repairs going forward and I'll definitely be back! read more

I was recommended this place by a Valvoline attendant. My first experience was them replacing a broken hose in my car. They gave me a great deal and made me a priority. So it only made sense when my brakes sounded like I was landing an airplane for me to go back. Again they fit me in quickly the manager himself, David did my brake job. They were fast efficient and super friendly. Plus I feel like the value speaks for itself. Everything these days is so expensive and they appreciate that and really try to work with you read more
