    Chicken Tender Dinner
    Alyssa W.

Big fans of Bubbas! The food is always delicious and the service is generally good. I had a cheeseburger and fries, I LOVE their fries and the ranch is really good. My husband got the chicken tender dinner and he loves the chicken.

I know it's going to be a loud on a Friday night with the world cup going on in the United States playing. That place was a madhouse but still had a very enjoyable dinner with the guards to the meal. The salad was fantastic and comes with bacon and all sorts of proteins and onion strings with a very thick and zesty balsamic dressing which was outstanding. I got the California Chicken minus the avocado and the pico de gallo which I'm really not a fan of. The chicken with the cheese and the lime seasoning was fantastic and the rice underneath it mixed in with carrots and some other veggies were really good. The cost law is homemade and creamy and so good. I got a little too full before dessert but our server was fantastic and a great meal as usual at bubba 33

Shared a meal with a friend. Portions are large. It was pretty busy on a Thursday night. Casual vibes with a nice patio. The Mac had a bit of a kick but was good. The fried pickles were incredible and our steak was cooked perfectly. I really liked the margarita with the black salt. I would visit again.

First of all the service here is always attentive and friendly. We tried the lasagna for the first time today. It was so cheesy gooey good and lots of meaty sauce too. Came with a slice of garlicky toast which was delicious. We each had a side salad. Comes with lettuce tomatoes, red onion, hard boiled egg and cheese. Also fried onion strings that give the great crunchy aspect to your salad. Such a great vibe on the patio too. You can sit in just have a beer and relax and watch sports and no one bothers you unless you need another beer!

First time here and we came on a busy day. Even with how busy it was, we were seated quick and service never lacked. Our waiter was great. They have music playing and sports on the TV's on the inside. The other side just had sports with the volume turned up. We got the raspberry chipotle wings which were delicious and we both got burgers. I got the basic cheeseburger and my husband the blue cheese burger. Both were great!! My only issue and why I have it 4 stars instead of 5 was the tater tot's. Don't get me wrong. They were crispy and delicious but they didn't let the grease drip and the tots were sitting in oil when brought to the table. I didn't care for that too much. But we will be back!!

What can I say? Since I face-planted into Bubba's 33 in Albuquerque, NM, the vibe has been chill with a diverse crowd of locals and travelers like me, and I was blown away by the service - we're talking ridiculously friendly. I've turned into a total Bubba's stalker, searching high and low for one wherever I travel for work. Their signature ribeye has been a consistent superstar - crazy-delicious and easy on the wallet. And the cherry on top? I've always been treated like royalty with the most welcoming attitude and service.

I'm glad I tried it! If you're a sports enthusiast, this should be your spot. There's also indoor and outdoor seating available and tvs throughout. The food was great! The potions are huge. And the staffs were attentive, suggesting fan favorites. Parking is plentiful. Accessible parking and entrances. Upon leaving, I was given a souvenir cup! What a nice gesture. I'll be back!

We have gone here multiple times and we always have a great experience. This place is fun, loud, music playing and TV screens all over the whole restaurant. There is tons of seating inside as well as a large bar/outdoor covered patio. When you are waiting for your table you can play bags near the front entrance and on the outside patio there is a little gated fake grass corner where you can also play bags. Food: great value for the kids meal, it was only about $6 for a grilled cheese, fries and chocolate milk. The kids cup came with a lid and was much sturdier than most as well (so no spills). Burgers & Tots: delicious, I'm guessing this may be one of their specialties on the menu. Lots of different burger options. Lasagna: surprisingly good and came with some garlic toast. Menu said it was made from scratch. I think they may use the game ground beef as the burgers so it had a little different taste, but I ate it all! So it must have been good. The lasagna came out super hot in a metal pan. The staff is always friendly and the manager even stopped by all the tables to check in with guests. Moms: there is one family restroom with a changing table! There is also loud music in the family restroom which may be great for a quick distraction for your child to have a quick dance party :)

Updated review: SO THIS HAPPENED... Hubby received an email from Bubba's 33 for a free (selected) lunch on Veterans Day. He is a retired MSgt and served 22 years, including Vietnam. He normally declines this kind of an invitation, saying he was just doing his job. But he REALLY likes Bubba's 33, so I convinced him this year. We went, showed ID, and received a fantastic Bacon Burger meal for him with absolute stellar service. There were beautiful decorations all around and a table for the Fallen Soldier. Everyone was so respectful and wanted to thank him for his years of Service, and asked about his experiences, chatted with him, etc. It was a great experience for him. We tipped double and went home smiling. Thank you Bubba's 33 for honoring our Vets in such a kind way. BOTTOM LINE: Bubba's 33 has both awesome food AND awesome people!!

Is Bubba's a good place to watch football on Sundays, if so is there a particular team they cater to other than the Cardinals?

It is a good place for Football. And they show many teams because there are a lot of tv's. I have not been there on Sundays but It seems like a good spot.

I have an email coupon from Bubba's for free items. Can the server scan that coupon from my email on my smartphone? It does have a bar code. Thanks.

Continuing through American established restaurants by state, for New York, Grimaldi's Pizzeria…read more When I lived in AZ, I had Grimaldi's a few times and thought their pizza was great. I moved away to the DC area in 2011, but visited my parents in general around Christmastime. Then, in late January-early February 2021, I helped my parents move across the US to where they live now in Lancaster, PA, only about 100 miles drive instead of a long flight across the US. My dad let me have his birthday free Grimaldi's pizza since they were busy with moving stuff. I drove from my parents far west valley home on the last day they were there for an early dinner on that warm Thursday, January 28, 2021. They had plenty of outside seating, which I opted for. I feel like the inside was closed for dine-in because of Covid, but I was also trying to be cautious as I didn't want to catch Covid while driving my parents across the US. Thankfully, it was a beautiful Sunny & 75 F with calm winds. On that note, on that Sunday 4 days earlier when I left DC, I ate outside before getting to DCA airport (even I think having the option to eat inside) with a cold 38 F high, but I was being super careful before my trip. The server was friendly & efficient. I got a pizza with sausage. It was a thin NY style pizza, which was delicious, although I stopped eating pork later in 2021. But there are a wide variety of toppings, and I would have found something else good that would've worked. Additionally, I opted to buy dessert to be nice; some Oreo cake, which was solid. But the real highlight is their delicious pizza.

Crisp, Icy Cold beer Dos Equis Lager Service was great. Attentive and helpful. We were seated pretty quickly and we noticed our chairs had some cream sauce on them before we sat down, ( thank goodness ) We let the waitress know and she quickly cleaned them for us and apologized. Things happen and it really was no big deal. Taken care of Wolf immediately. Love how it looks inside. Lots of Old New York pictures and memorabilia. Really loved that you could see them hand tossing the pizza from anywhere in the resturant. We can't wait to go back! Great experience!!

Lil Capo Pizzeria 5.0/5 The Closest Thing to New York…read morePizza I've Found in Arizona Growing up in Upstate New York, I admittedly have high standards when it comes to pizza. After moving to Arizona in 2007, I've spent years searching for a slice that genuinely reminds me of home. While there are plenty of decent pizza spots throughout the Valley, very few capture that authentic New York style. Lil Capo Pizzeria absolutely does! Ironically, I first discovered Lil Capo after an Arizona Cardinals game. Like many people, I wasn't interested in paying stadium prices for mediocre food, so I jumped on Yelp looking for something nearby. Lil Capo had outstanding reviews, so we decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did because it's now my benchmark for New York-style pizza in Arizona. The first thing that stood out was the crust. This is exactly what a New York slice should be--thin, crispy on the bottom, slightly chewy inside, sturdy enough to fold, and never overloaded with grease. So many places think "New York style" simply means making a large slice. Lil Capo understands it's really about the balance of crust, sauce, cheese, and texture. Every bite reminded me why I miss pizza back east. The sauce has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, the cheese is perfectly proportioned, and everything tastes fresh without trying to reinvent what already works. Sometimes simplicity executed well is the hardest thing to accomplish. Pizza: 5/5 Service was equally impressive. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. After selecting our slices, they quickly reheated them to perfection and had them on our table within minutes. It's exactly what you want from a neighborhood pizzeria--fast, relaxed, and genuinely hospitable. Service: 5/5 I also appreciated the atmosphere. Lil Capo isn't trying to be flashy or trendy. Instead, it has that classic neighborhood pizzeria feel where the focus stays exactly where it should--on making outstanding pizza. It's casual, comfortable, family-friendly, and somewhere you could easily become a regular. The pricing is another pleasant surprise. Considering the quality of the pizza and the generous slice sizes, I found everything to be very fairly priced. Overall Finding authentic New York-style pizza in Arizona has been surprisingly difficult over the years, but Lil Capo delivers exactly what I've been searching for. Authentic New York-style crust Excellent sauce-to-cheese ratio Minimal grease Friendly, efficient service Fair prices Comfortable neighborhood atmosphere I've eaten pizza throughout New York my entire life, and Lil Capo remains the closest I've found to the real thing anywhere in Arizona. Whenever I'm on the west side of the Valley--or heading to or from a Cardinals game--I find myself looking for an excuse to stop in. Next time, I'm skipping the slices and ordering an entire pie. If you're a fellow New Yorker living in Arizona and craving a slice that tastes like home, Lil Capo should be at the top of your list.

It came with grilled ciabatta, arugula, shaved red onion, and a Calabrian vinaigrette. The burrata was incredibly creamy and paired perfectly with the tomatoes, while the crunchy ciabatta added a wonderful contrast in texture. My husband chose the Sicilian meatballs, which were served over creamy polenta with rustic marinara and grana padano, also a very solid dish. For our entrees, we had the hot honey & smoked prosciutto pizza and the strozzapreti, a pasta dish with herb-roasted chicken, mushroom, spinach, parmesan cream, truffle, and pine nuts). Both were fantastic! The pizza nailed that sweet and savory flavor profile, and the crust was absolutely perfect. The strozzapreti was also delicious -- rich, creamy, and packed with mushroom and truffle flavor. Last time we visited the North Italia Phoenix location, the pasta was a bit too soft and lacked that proper al dente bite, but this time it was cooked flawlessly. Unfortunately, the desserts were a letdown. We tried the hazelnut torta and the tiramisu, but both were overwhelmingly sweet. The tiramisu tasted soggy, like it had been sitting in the fridge for a long time instead of being freshly made, and the chocolate balls on top felt unnecessary and cheapened the dish. The service was also a bit of a mixed bag. Somehow our desserts were brought out before we had even finished our entrees. As a result, the ice cream on top of the hazelnut torta just sat there melting by the time we were ready for it. It made the end of the meal feel rushed, like they were trying to turn the table over quickly.

It was also a tiny portion -- basically one small piece of cauliflower and one piece of broccoli. The fish itself was tough, overcooked, and honestly just not good. I ended up swapping it for a pasta dish, which was definitely better, but overall the experience was still really disappointing.
