There's a good variety of cuisine to choose from, and you can tell that all of it is prepared well from start to finish. While I like their main dishes, I really love the salads! The young lady our waitress was pleasant. Wanted Nachos but asked if the tortillas were only corn. She checked and said no they are mixed with flour. Instead I ordered a bunless burger, mash and broccoli. I repeated my order twice. She said their burgers were made med but did I want well done. I said,"yes well done please." My burger came out with a bun on it. Immediately I said, "ma'am, I asked for a bunless burger." She apologized took the order back and returned it with the toothpicks hole still there. I said, "so you just took off the bun?" I told her I needed GF due to allergies. She returned the burger and a man "Dave" came out and said " Here you go a fresh burger, next time tell us ahead of time....WHAT!!!! I said "I did sir" He needs to understand the customer is always right. To say that to me ruined my experience. Bubbas has good food, good service and good prices. We've been a few times now, and each time has been consistent. Our first visit we sat by the bar, our last visit we sat on the restaurant side, and enjoyed that a little more. So far, we've really enjoyed the crooked fried cheese (mozzarella sticks), the fried fish sandwich (huge and delicious), the blackened bacon bleu burger (best bacon in town), onion rings (huge, perfect amount of batter), and the buffalo chicken salad, sub side salad. The chicken sandwich is huge, I recommend getting it hot (mildly spicy). The piece of chicken was so good, that I cut off a huge section, and ate it for lunch the next day with my side salad. Worst service I've ever had for a place with a children's menu. We were seated at a large tall booth with a tall highchair. We were asked to move to a smaller booth immediately, which was fine with us, except the high chair we had was WAY too tall for the booth. We asked for a shorter highchair and it was WAY too low. Burned my daughters burger after cooking it twice because of her allergy, then forgot my 7 year olds pizza. He sat there for an hour and a half before it came out. I really enjoyed the ambiance of Bubba's. It's kind of like a Taco Mac in that it's a sports bar with several televisions. The wait staff was pretty great. The food itself was delicious. The onion rings were crispy and I really liked the breading on them. The sauces that came with the garlic knots were also delicious. My chicken Parmesan sandwich was really good and a lot larger than I was expecting. The chicken had a little bit more spice to it than I was expecting, but it was still very good. read more

Today was my first visit and it may be my new favorite place!!! The food and the service was great!!! We also loved the music and the videos they had on. They also had lots of TV's with a variety of sports and such, which I really liked because there was always something good on one of the TV's. First time here, this restaurant chain is brought to you by the fine people who bring us Texas Roadhouse. Walking inside definitely feels like a Texas Roadhouse. Good service and a simple menu make this place a hit! I got the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and avocado with seasoned fries for $11. It was delicious. My wife got a chicken finger salad and her salad ingredients were super fresh. I think part of the reason is that this restaurant is only open for dinner during the week and lunch/dinner on the weekends. Super strange to see a place like this not open for lunch during the week but I do believe it's for quality control which I support 100% and it showed on my first visit here! read more
