Consistently inconsistent. I keep giving this place another try but I think this visit will be my last. Went in for late lunch/ early dinner and my husband and I sat at the bar which did not have many customers however had plenty of dirty dishes. As we sat down I grabbed a napkin to attempt to properly clean the space in front of me. Although the bartender (I think she introduced herself as Trina) witnessed my attempt to do her job for her, she didn't flinch or offer to actually clean the space. (I should have gotten up and left at this point). We ordered drinks. Now, I'm not a bartender but am familiar with food and beverage/ restaurant requirements for food safety. She picked up a measuring cup, looked in it, used the fountain water to do a piss poor job of cleansing the measuring cup from the previous drink, poured my wine into the measuring cup then into my glass. Not at all acceptable in my view. I watched her do this over and over with shaker, and measuring cup. We sat with dirty dishes and abandoned drinks all around us for the hour we were there. Bartender was more interested in hanging out with her other lazy coworkers rather than cleaning up from previous guests. This wasn't just at the bar. Tables were littered with dirty dishes the entire time we were there and not one server attempted to clear anything. Then a waitress with too many dishes on her tray came by and nearly dumped a dish on my husband. Someone came to clean up the large pieces but 20 minutes later as we went to leave the floor had not been properly cleaned. The food was ok at best. When the server brought our meals to us my husband took the top of the burger and realized he got the wrong order. The server came back as he was realizing it was wrong. I made her aware that he had touched the food. She said nothing but her face said "so what" as she picked it up and brought it back to the kitchen. When the dish returned it was clear they just modified the original dish and served it back to him. I have eaten here twice and I have been happy with the atmosphere, customer service, drink selections, and all food I tried; with the exception of their pizza - I was not a fan. The very first time I visited I went specifically to try their pizza, as that is what I have heard is a must. Well, not so much. Maybe it was an off day for them, but the pizza tasted as if it sat under a heating lamp. It was not hot nor fresh. The 3 stars are only for the food, they have great sports bar food! THEY HAVE TO WORK ON THEIR SERVICE!!! This is the second time visiting this spot. Typically, I sit at the bar because you usually get instant service, but, service was bad at the bar as well. This was my second visit because I wanted to see if sitting at a table would make things better, NOT. Normally, I would leave at least a 25% tip, but service was so bad I had to leave 15%. The Ambiance was what to be expected for a sports bar. They have a tone of servers walking around dining nothing, not asking customers if they can help. I will give the manager credit, he ask if we were okay and ended up giving us mayo that we asked for 10 minutes before the pervious person asked. It was okay. We went at a very busy time. I walked in and spoke to the host, he was polite and I asked for a table for two. He said it would be 1hour and 30 minute wait, and I said it was fine. He asked, is that okay? I said, yes. We waited for 45 minutes and got our table. Service was good at the beginning and the manager even stopped by to ask about our pizza and service. My friend's second drink never came and our server disappeared, but later came to clean a table next to us. We got her attention to tell her about our missing drink. She said she would check. She came back later and said they were trying to find more tequila, and if he wanted the drink still. He said yes, so we waited. It finally came. The cheese fries and pizza were good, the pizza needed a little more cheese around the outside. It was delicious. Would we try Bubbas again? Might. Had a very bad first experience, wait on Saturday was understandable. But when seated our server never tended to us from the beginning, she kept disappearing for extended amount of times no refills and when our food finally came it was not hot and pizza was hard. My fiancé and I went to Bubbas for the first time today and weren't very impressed unfortunately. We walked in and were seated at the end of a long table that other people were seated at on the opposite end. We sat there for around 5-7 minutes, and no one ever came, so he went back to the host stand to try to figure out who our server was supposed to be. I think it's just a weird mix up and maybe they should reconsider seating in that manner for the future (just give everyone their own table). I ordered the bubbas blue lemonade with an expectation that it would be blueberry flavored, but that was not the case. It tasted like basic lemonade which was fine just nothing to rave about. I will say the shrimp appetizer was pretty tasty which is why I gave a middle tier rating. Once the server knew we were her table, she did a good job as well. The burger was just average in my opinion. The double patty made it messier as it fell apart upon picking it up. The last thing that was a bit frustrating was we got charged $2 for the little ziosk they have on the tables. We clicked through the options on it which were mostly games and played a trivia game with NO knowledge it was charging us, so beware! Attaching a receipt to provide an example. We may or may not be back...It wasn't great, but it wasn't awful. We tried to.go and we were excited to try their burgers. We were seated quickly in the bar area. The music was so loud we couldn't hear each other or the waitress. Totally ridiculous on a Thursday evening at 5:30! We had to leave because we could not take the noise. Disappointed! read more

Nowhere typically hits the level where I feel the need to leave a poor review, but the experience at Bubba's was pretty awful. To start, the service is rather slow and it took about an hour to get our food for a party of 5. When we received our food, everything was room temperature or cold. The server and management apologized and gave us replacement fries even though we said we don't want it. Next, 3/4 of our burgers (advertised as medium well) were served rare. One of our burgers also had a hard mystery piece in it. This was brought up to the waitress and she brought her manager who apologized and said that the mystery piece is probably from another burger that fell into our burger. He also apologized for how rare the burger was. He said the resolution was to give us 20% off our bill, which I feel is unacceptable given that the mystery piece was so hard that it took force to crack open to figure out what it was and the majority of our burgers were served rare. The people that had the rare burgers were feeling nauseous afterwards. The whole experience just felt very unwelcoming. Definitely don't recommend. read more

Manager had to come out and said it was made incorrect the second time. We asked for it to go. Manager came back out with voucher ans said sorry you wont be getting your burger. We saw 2 other tables walk out Without getting any food because they waited an hour and a 1/2 for their order and when they asked when the food would be coming out The waiter said honestly it's probably going to be a long time because our kitchen is so backed up so you are free to leave if you want.
