Food was great. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the wings were on point. Just be prepared to wait. Do not trust the online estimate if it says 15 to 20 minutes. It will take longer, but if you're patient, it's worth it. read more

Should have read reviews. Shame on this franchise that has 1.3 stars. How are you profitable? Ordered online 9/20/24. Order would be ready in 30 min. Got there, and it seemed like it was busy with takeouts. The restaurant was filthy. Right away, my vibes of this place kicked in. I look around and the first thing I see is the fountain machine just loaded with ice sitting on the tray, melting to the floor. Hazard for someone to slip. The counters were filthy as well. I asked one of the young men to give my a bucket or something so I could pour all the laying on the tray, he looked puzzled. Instead he gave a cup and started to fill it up with ice dispenser. I said, son this needs to be cleaned and properly disposed of. Proceeded to give my name and was told they were bagging it up. 15 min goes by. Walked up to the counter and spoke with Alex, he said he was manager on duty. Told I wanted a refund because I waited for the 30 min, estimated wait time. I was told, they can't issue online refunds. They have to take a picture of the receipt, text it to the owner, and wait 14 days for a refund. I demanded a cash refund since his non-sense reason was insane. I told him give cash instead, he said I can't. What kind of operation is this? They did finally get my order ready 50 min. Later. One question to the owner. How are you profitable? 2.3 stars. My fault for not reading the reviews. Many unhappy customers. You should spend time and fix all these issues of time management and wrong orders being filled. The food is good. Will never eat at this location again. read more

Service here is always so slowwww - even when there aren't a lot of customers. The staff members aren't friendly or accommodating when people have questions or while they're there for a long time. I like their wings well enough, but allot at least 35-45 minutes for your carry out order. read more

Food was so good, idk who worked 4/8/26 at night but it was great. The service was pretty decent but the place was pretty clean! One of the better/best wing stops for sure. Only thing is they Highkey ignore the phone calls but idk if that's normal, but more importantly the food was good read more

This was the worse Wingstop experience I've ever had. We got 20 piece traditional lemon pepper with fries and 5 piece garlic Parmesan boneless wings. The wings were all fried way too hard and hardly any lemon pepper they gave me traditional wings instead of the boneless wings. The only positive is that the order was ready when I arrived. read more

Bro ur bbq boneless chicken wings and fries are so good. Idk what yall put in them fries but they are so addicting. Good service and fast.

Absolutely the worst delivery experience I have ever had and the delivery service uber eats was not at fault. First delivery had my name on bag but the contents were not what I ordered. I contacted uber and they refunded my money with no issues. I ordered the same again for a second delivery. Bag had my name on it and the contents were not my order AGAIN. I contacted uber and they refunded me again. This entire ordeal took almost 2 hours and by then I lost my appetite. Never again. read more

I love Wingstop. I love going to Wingstop and I love their prices and flavors. They do a lot of deals for boneless, but it would be nice if they did none in as well. It's only missing a star because sometimes the wings take half an hour to an hour. read more

Worst place ever, waiting there over an hour! Horrible place, and what they did do to the food? Do they use the extra salt??? OMG! Way salt and can't eat!!!! This place should be known how to be the Wingstop! read more

The food is horrible. I understand a place might have a bad night but this is twice in a row. Wings were warm not hot and sauce was lacking, half of the wings had sauce in them. The drinks were messed up both times. The tea was fruity. Any from the south knows that fruity tea means it is going bad The f ríes were soft and cold. When we contact the store they told us in a nice way sorry and too bad read more

zero stars. ZERO. the service is the worst I have EVER experienced...there was zero service. the guy at the counter didn't greet one customer or take one order. instead, he looked away from customers and would barely speak if you asked about your order. if you asked when your online order would be ready he'd say I don't know and walk off. my online order was supposed to be ready in 43-48 minutes and it was an hour after my order time arrived. several customers walked in and requested a refund and they guy at the counter just collecting a check for doing no work would tell the customers they had to cancel their orders themselves and several people walked out. it's filthy and it sucks! I will NEVER go there again and I will tell everyone how horrible this place was. the guy at the counter alone requires zero stars. read more

Very let down by this location. The wait time is high which I can understand but then the order is wrong as well. Super disappointing when you get home and realize you're missing items you paid for. The location was messy and employees are very inconvenienced by customers :-( read more

I get there about 8:50pm, it's packed inside 9:00pm I order my food 2 chicken sandwich combo. Then my brother makes an order for 4 people his order is larger and he got it before me and he's missing a whole sandwich and side. At the same time the restaurant is getting backed up. We have to wait another 30mins for my brother sandwich. There was a whole lot of people getting mad. People were waiting 2 hours for their food. A woman wanted a refund because she had been waiting 2 hours for just 2 chicken sandwich's. The man in charge said he could not refund anyone because the system was down. He wasn't even the manager. The manger wasn't in today 4/21/2023. Customers were getting angry because the staff there showed no sense of urgency. They were slow, didn't care if customers were waiting. Tickets were getting lost and misplaced. The guy in charge finally gave up and told the cashier to not take anymore orders. It's 9:43 now and I still haven't got my food. I ask about my order, the cashier walked away and pretend to Do some work. The staff there were trained poorly, there was no communication between anyone. There's only 1 adult and 5 high school kids. It's now 10:10 pm I get my food and leave. I get home food is cold the buns for the chicken sandwiches are hard as a rock and 1 of the buns had mold on it. I've been here 4 times and each visit was horrible. The wingstop @ the exchange needs to shut down or make big changes. read more

Avoid this Wingstop at all costs. I've placed multiple orders to this location and every single time it hasn't been ready when they claimed it would be. If you go in person, the employees won't look at you because they're too focused on mobile orders to do any in store business. The last time I ordered, the pickup time was listed as 7:30. I showed up at 8 because I knew this location was notorious for being late. It wasn't until 8:45 that I finally received my order. The only redeemable quality is the fact that the food is good, but that's the case with any Wingstop and the others aren't such a terrible experience to deal with. read more

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Listen to all of the 1 star reviews, they are all true! They will either mess up your order completely and/or forget one of your orders. Do yourself and your hard-earned money a favor, and stay away from here. They won't even refund or fix the issue, when it is their mistake. This place should shut down. Manager and workers are very incompetent. read more

WORSE SERVICE EVER! They are horrible at taking orders and DEFINITELY in making them. Had placed order at 6pm for 8pm pickup. Got there and had to wait another hour.. and they STILL messed up my order along with 8 wings missing. They need new staff members. Horrible at customer service!! New store already needs new management. It sucks because I was so excited to have a wingstop open close to me. Sad, so sad. read more

This is Annette who works at Buford, Ga location Wingstop. She managed and operated this location alone with no help. This young lady never complained and served every customer whether they placed an order over the counter or online. I watched her check every ticket printed to make sure she got every meal correct. Think about this, she prepared all the meals herself meaning she operated the kitchen alone preparing sandwiches, fry the chicken and fries etc. She will be Blessed, you never know an individual story. She was so dedicated and she was determined to serve everyone. This was so big but everyone who walked in that location did not care to acknowledged what was happening. One star cause you can't do -5. Place it's dirty, food is definitely not worth waiting for. Waited 30 on site after placing order online and not only was my order wrong but the fries were cold, bland and soggy. When I went to politely ask the employee for new fresh fries she denied the service saying they were "fine". I walked away just because im not about to argue for some soggy fries If you want some chicken wings or sandwich there's way better places around the same area! Just as a Suggestion, I would stay away from this place. read more

Ordered my food and have eaten at other locations before. Normally very consistent but this location gave me the wrong order. I explained to them and they told me to come back. I frequently order meals through door dash for my family. I am a single mother that works 15 + hrs/day. I am off one day a week on Sundays. I ordered food through door dash for pick up and went to pick it up. When I got to the counter and stated that I was picking up my order. The young ladies at the counter were very much unfriendly & then when I opened the bags to check my order they began to holler at me that I can not do that. I had to state multiple times that it was my food, that I ordered. I will never go back to this establishment again. Extremely unprofessional. I don't spend less than $50 when I go anywhere. I do not recommend ordering online from this store. If they forget parts of your order, they cannot do anything to remedy the situation besides you coming to the store to fix it. Terrible service, waited an hour for 10 piece wings and they forgot the fries, messy overall

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Worst wing stop ever. Burnt my food, mind you I don't even live in the area. Ate some of the burnt sandwich because I was hungry and only had a few mins to eat lunch. I wish I could leave this Wingstop 0 stars, but unfortunately Yelp doesn't have that option. I ordered two meals from this Wingstop. One (pictured) had a burnt bun and the other was topped with a sauce when I asked for a mild chicken sandwich (with no sauce). I then went back to the wingstop to correct the mistake and was told that ONLY THE BUN can be replaced on the burnt sandwich and the other wouldn't couldn't be replaced at all because it actually had mild sauce. Who says that to a customer? 1 star for the food (the fries were okay) and -1 star for the customer service averages to 0. read more
