I look around and the first thing I see is the fountain machine just loaded with ice sitting on the tray, melting to the floor. Hazard for someone to slip. The counters were filthy as well. I asked one of the young men to give my a bucket or something so I could pour all the laying on the tray, he looked puzzled. Instead he gave a cup and started to fill it up with ice dispenser. I said, son this needs to be cleaned and properly disposed of. Proceeded to give my name and was told they were bagging it up. 15 min goes by. Walked up to the counter and spoke with Alex, he said he was manager on duty. Told I wanted a refund because I waited for the 30 min, estimated wait time. I was told, they can't issue online refunds. They have to take a picture of the receipt, text it to the owner, and wait 14 days for a refund. I demanded a cash refund since his non-sense reason was insane. I told him give cash instead, he said I can't. What kind of operation is this? They did finally get my order ready 50 min. Later. One question to the owner. How are you profitable? 2.3 stars. Avoid this Wingstop at all costs. I've placed multiple orders to this location and every single time it hasn't been ready when they claimed it would be. If you go in person, the employees won't look at you because they're too focused on mobile orders to do any in store business. The last time I ordered, the pickup time was listed as 7:30. I ask about my order, the cashier walked away and pretend to Do some work. The staff there were trained poorly, there was no communication between anyone. There's only 1 adult and 5 high school kids. It's now 10:10 pm I get my food and leave. I get home food is cold the buns for the chicken sandwiches are hard as a rock and 1 of the buns had mold on it.
