Service was fast and very efficient. Our waitress, Narda, was very friendly and quickly got a sense of what we wanted. The manager, as usual, came around to each table to speak with the diners and ask if everything was all right. My brisket was perfect! I love bubbaques. We recently found this place and i wish we had sooner because It would've been visited more often already. My partner and i always go for the pick 3 combo dinners and are never disappointed. We both always get the brisket now because it's tender, juicy, and for me makes a great second meal. Service is quick when you sit at a table, and the servers are always really nice and give honest (good things) opinions on what is best. I haven't been in when it's been overly crowded or loud which i appreciate. read more

Excellent BBQ. When I first came in I thought it may be a little to Smokey, but I was so wrong. The brisket was fork tender with virtually no fat on it The Bubba bread was tasty. The broccoli was steamed, although a little salty Sky, after we sampled all the sauces gave a brillant suggestion. Combine the sauces Rump Roast and sugar shack. This made a tasty sauce. read more

If I could sum up this location in one word, it would be consistency. The food is always great. And the staff is always 10/10! Whether you're picking up something via the drive thru or dining in, it's always a great experience. If you like fried pickles I would highly recommend them here. Incredible honest review Well there was nice people working and it was packed but is was $60 bucks for 2 plates. Mac n cheese is pasta straight out of a Kraft box, the portions were very small. In coming to Sun City, always make a point of at least one dining experience at BubbaQues! Was not disappointed this week. Service was spot on with two couples dining for an early dinner recently. The brisket and St Louis dry ribs were delightful and so tasty! Fun trying the 6 bbq sauces. The lean/mixed/fatty choice on meat is a welcome feature that I have not experienced at other places. This is the best place to eat it Ruskin. I haven't had good BBQ like this in over 3 years. We had the special with sticky bones and pulled pork. Sticky bones is made with tractor grease. Well that's what they call the BBQ sauce they put it in. Yummy is the best word to discribe them. Add some sweet potatoes and some fried okra and what you have there is some good eating. Came in here with 3 coworkers. Started with an Arnold Palmer to drink and a full order of Redneck nachos (AKA, crinkle cut fries) with pulled pork and cheese. Food starter to share for 4. We all ordered off the Sammich Menu. The other 2 guys got the Big Ole Bubba which was a massive pulled pork sandwich on toasted buttered Texas toast. I ordered the brisket meltdown which was a huge brisket sandwich with onion rings on the sandwich on Texas toast. I got a side which was 2 jalapeño poppers wrapped in bacon. Yummy. This place came highly recommend by the guys that are local and they hit the nail on the head. This meal was a knockout!!
