This location has steadily gone downhill. It seems every time we pick up food we're either missing a condiment, missing food or fries are undercooked. Tonight I placed an online order on their website and when I got home we were missing one meat (pulled pork) & fries looked like they hadn't met the grease. When I called I spoke to the young lady that had waited on me 10 mins prior and she was completely blown away when I told her what was happening. I spent a good 10 mins on the phone trying to explain and her trying to look up my order. I finally got Edgar (mgr) on the phone and went thru the explanation. Although hesitant at first, he agreed to make things right. I had to get back in my car and drive back to the restaurant. I went in and met with Edgar. From the time I walked in til the time I finally got the meal, I was there 20 mins. He did say he was training a couple of new people, but it seems they always have new faces. I will say Edgar was apologetic and gave me a banana pudding. However, it would be much better if the order was correct the first time. I think ownership needs to have a more active role at this location to get the quality back to where it needs to be. read more

We eat here quite frequently. First of all, the food is decent. Nothing spectacular but adequate. The problem is that we typically do drive thru. It never fails that we are shorted something whether it be ketchup (which was requested when order was placed), napkins (which are never in the bag). Fries are rarely crisp & hot. The other issue is the wait time. We can be the only person in line and we are asked to pull forward and then have to wait at least 15 mins for order to come out.
