    Side Salad

We were seated after a 20 minute wait on a Saturday evening at 5:00. Our waitress, Nica, greeted us with fresh baked bread which was nice and hot. She then took our drink orders. I ordered a Club Soda with Lime and my wife had water. Both drinks were fine. We both had a mixed green house salad. The salad was perfectly chilled and my wife gave it a 10 out of 10. My wife had a 6 Oz Filet with Lobster tail. She said the filet was perfect. She did save the lobster to take home. I had an 8 oz sirloin medium rare which was cooked to order but the seasoning had a heavy hand on the pepper. Nothing to stop the show but it could have been better. I had the steamed broccoli for my side and my wife had a baked potato. Again the sides were done well with no complaints. So we had a good meal, good service, and a good time away from our kitchen.

I am a Salmon fan and couldn't wait to post it. Not a crazy presentation however it was delicious! Who knew that a steakhouse would deliver a good piece of fish

For a fairly new restaurant this place needs help already. The booth seats we sat on were held together with duct tape. Not what I expected. While we were waiting for our meals a waiter spilled a big glass of ice water and ice was all over the place. He could care less. A large party was being seated in the spill area and he just went la de da about his business. Not a word, didn't clean it up. The hostess cleaned it up when they weren't bs'ing at the desk with each other. I ordered the NY strip and baked potato. It was ok. I've had better steak from Winn Dixie. The potato though was probably the best one I've ever had. Wife had the ribeye....overcooked. A disappointing experience. Before we left the manager came over and asked how everything was. We told him her steak was overcooked. He excused himself and cam back with a free app card. Not likely bro. Not for a $60 tab for two meals. On the plus side our waitress was great, no complaints. Won't be coming back here. If you want Longhorn go to the Brandon location....it's better.

Ultra thin Ribeye and sparsely topped loaded baked potato!

Wow, what a complete disappointment this place was. I had just arrived home by plane and was starving and was craving steak so we decided to come here. Have eaten at the Brandon location several times and was always happy with it, so this one must be good too, right? Wrong! We were seated right away, great! But as we got to our table I was very surprised that the seats were torn, and some had masking tape on them. Tacky! (Excuse the pun) I ordered the ribeye steak, medium with a loaded baked potato and house salad! The salad was good, potato scarce on toppings, steak so thin you could almost see through it and overcooked. It was horrible! Our server was wonderful and we tipped her well and the two stars I gave was for her service. I will not return to this restaurant. Texas Roadhouse is next door, we will go there instead!

My wife and I have been to this LongHorn Steakhouse a few times. They kinda share their parking with Mandola's Italian Kitchen on one side, but there is plenty of parking all around the restaurant. This place is not a bad place to have some nice dinner. I recommend using their app to make reservation, so you know when to show up. They always provide you with warm bread with side of butter. Staff seems to always be on point, some better than other, but overall good. Food, is never bad, could sometimes be better, but still good enough for us to continue to come to this location. I keep reading about duct tape being used to cover holes in their furniture, but I guess we've been lucky, because this has not been our experience. I normally go for their chicken, ribs or hamburgers. It's been a while since I last had a steak here, but I guess my biggest problem are the steak prices, not just here, but everywhere, I feel the prices are unjustifiably high and I don't want to encourage these higher price trends by participating in them. I wife normally like their French onion soup, and I would either have the LH burger with fries or the parmesan crusted chicken.

Came to Longhorn today on my birthday for a great lunch with husband. (It is my husbands favorite restaurant) I am a rewards member so I had received an email for free dessert... so why not!!! Chocolate stampede... amazing... can feel a family of 6! Awesome bang for your buck. $9.99 cheeseburger is awesome, cannot go wrong!

Food is pretty good. A bit overpriced for the quality and portion size. Service was decent. Ambiance is kind of dated and worn.

The wine tumbler with their logo is clean and cute. We're a group of 10. It took 48 minutes to have the soup. The food is passable. My salmon is dry, and the broccoli is soft. I only ordered it because it was the special and my brain was over making decisions for the day. They have something special, and I don't think I've had a better scampi outside of Italy. It was that good. Our table also had the calamari, fried mozzarella, and lasagna. Everything was made to order and you can taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. The location was busy but the service was spot on. They had workers walking around, cleaning, and checking on guests. Even the manager was on the floor and very present. That speaks to their commitment to providing a solid dining experience. The decor did seem a little cluttered, but the speed to which we received our food had us in and out, so we weren't affected by the environment too much. Overall, I've found my new Italian spot in Riverview. I'll eventually go every day of the week to try all their specials. That's how lasting my first experience was.

Similarly, I don't love Italian food, but I also feel like a good dining experience near Sun City Center is sorely lacking. So my family and I were happy to try Mandola's! It has exceeded our expectations. I was able to get one of the best Caesar salads I have ever eaten. (Note, the chilled plate is a sign of a restaurant noticing the small things.) And the service is speedy, with the complimentary focaccia and oil hitting my table almost as soon as we were seated. ATTENTION: Don't be like me. The first time I visited, I was like, "I'm not paying 18%-20%-25% to grab drinks from a cooler, submit my own order, and grab my own utensils." But they really do bus the table, or grab anything you need from the dining/kitchen for you, if asked. Thanks for being clean, efficient, and most importantly, so friendly!

I used the app on my phone to get on the wait list and when we arrived we were immediately seated. We were not disappointed, our drinks and their signature honey cinnamon buns and butter and their Cactus Blossom appetizer hit the spot as we waited for our main course. The three of us watched the staff participate in a birthday celebration for a young man in the booth next to us. They brought out a saddle which he mounted as all joined in singing happy birthday and cameras captured the moment. I noticed some great additions to the menu. The first thing that caught my eye was the dirty soda. Not really a dirty soda but new drink choices that are listed on the menu under that category. I won't give the flavors away but after ordering them we were hooked. We. Were still working on the Cactus Blossom when our meals arrived. No surprise that the steak was cooked to perfection. Another new item on the menu was the introduction of a list of 11 Entrees main course items at prices you would pay at a stop for roadside hamburgers. They are offered for diners on Monday to Thursday until 5:00 PM. Our great table service was enhanced by the manager who stopped by our table to inquire about our service and meals. Even the fries are completely lacking in salt. The grouper was breaded nicely and cooked properly but it was almost tasteless. The bacon carried my wife's Crab BLT because everything was so bland for her. The lobster dip appetizer had uncooked Parmesan sprinkled on the bread that was neither bruschetta nor dipping bread so it just didn't work well as an appetizer either.
