Stopped into bonefish Grill to place a to go order Rachael was kind enough to help me place the order quickly and easily. I ordered bang bang , a cup of corn lump crab chowder and also a seasonal pumpkin creme brulee for a sweet treat. My food came out less than 15 minutes and it was fresh, I ended up eating in the car, and the bang bang shrimp comes with a baggie of lettuce and also a side of bang bang sauce, so you can mix it all together, which I did and it turned out beautifully. It was so nice and crispy. For the corn chowder soup, I really enjoyed it, but I wish there was more lump crab in it. First, the facility itself is a bit tired, needs a refreshing both inside and out. Food was as noted, OK not special or prepared with TLC. The issue to me was service and it came it short. Out server really did not care, was not engaged and at the same time tried to rush us through. The good part is that we were there in time for many of the Happy Hour specials so given the price - was simply OK and will not go to this one again. Good experience at Bonefish the other night. The wait was about 45 minutes for 4 people at 7pm on a Friday. They were quite busy. Food did take a while even though it was winding down during our visit. Service was okay, but left some areas to be desired such as timely beverage refills and clearing of plates. The new shrimp Diablo Pasta was quite tasty, as was the bang bang shrimp, a Bonefish classic. I do think you get like half the amount of shrimp as before, it's served in a bowl on top of lettuce to make you think the bowl is full lol. Oh well. Lobster stuffed shrimp was good as well! I'm fasting all meats/proteins except those of the sea and thought bonefish would offer some great options. The restaurant was clean, upscale and professional. The service was ok. She was friendly but busy. The food had lots of flavor but was just ok. We had tea, bang bang shrimp, butter fish and bourbon salmon. Bang bang shrimp never disappoints. Can't go wrong. The rest of the food was good quality cuts and portion but was just ok overall. The biggest issue is it's over-priced for what they deliver. Our meal with tip was $100. We walked out thinking it was just not worth the money for us. We'll come back and try something different next time. read more

We were a party of 8 celebrating a friend's birthday on on martini Mondays and initially, our waiter Chris was bogged down with other customers because of martini Monday's but after the crowd died down, he was more present at our table! I want To give a big shout out to another server named Alex who hooked us up with 2 more chairs and settings for our other friends who were coming a little bit later! We placed an order that was supposed to be ready between 1:46 and 1:51. When we arrived at the restaurant, we waited for 10 minutes without anyone coming out. My husband went into the to-go orders area and stood there for about 5 to 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged him. A staff member finally told him she would notify the person handling to-go orders that we were waiting in the parking lot. After returning to the truck, we received a text indicating that our order was ready and instructing us to provide our parking spot number. We waited another 10 minutes following the text, and at that point, I asked my husband to go back inside because I was concerned our food was getting cold. Once again, he stood there for at least 5 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. Eventually, we left without our food, thankful that we hadn't paid for the order upfront. It would be beneficial for you to close and lock the to-go door if no one is available to attend to customers waiting. In fact, you might want to reconsider offering to-go orders altogether if you're unable to provide proper service. read more

We came here for brunch on Easter Sunday. It wasn't too crowded at the time. I made reservations the day before so when we arrived we were seated quickly. Our waitress was nice and attentive. I ordered the shrimp & grits which comes with the shrimp and grits with breakfast potatoes and bacon. The food was good! My hubby ordered the cod imperial. It was more of a boring dish but he said he enjoyed it. My kids ordered the fish stick kids meal which consisted of a fried fish filet. It was kind of soggy but he liked it. We were also able to order the cheeseburger sliders which weren't shown on the menu. My kids are obsessed with burgers so they were able to accommodate that. They even remade our order bc it came out with all of the fixings but we only wanted ketchup and cheese. Overall, it was a great Sunday brunch dining here. Very friendly service and the same delicious Bonefish dishes I've come to love at the restaurant in my home state. We always order the Bang Bang Shrimp with sauce on the side, and it's never an issue. My favorite meal is the Florida Cobb salad with woodfired shrimp. We didn't have room for dessert but everything we ordered was hot and taste-filled. Went here for birthday dinner and started out with the beef and ginger potstickers. They were crispy and very tasty. For an entree I ordered the Chilean sea bass with crispy potatoes and broccoli. The sea bass was lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection. I ordered it with a pan Asian sauce that the server brought after the meal was delivered. It was a soy based sauce that was amazing. The crispy potatoes were a premium side and were tossed in fresh herbs and coated with a garlic aioli. They were delicious. The broccoli was very tender too. Overall a very delicious meal. The salad dressing was just oil and my bang bang shrimp tasted like it was in very old oil, so greasy. The bread was also stale. It took forever for someone to let me check out. Mashed potatoes were out of this world. Now for service it seems we caught them in a busy day (Sunday around 1pm). So they were a bit strung with servers but one of the managers came by and made sure we had a good dining experience. Comped our drinks on the bill bc she knew we were waiting a bit. And to be honest it wasn't even that long. But the attention to customers and understanding that the service should have been better stood out to me. Celebrated our 57th anniversary tonight with our grown children.we asked for a quiet corner so we could share fun times in some privacy. It was great just having siblings and leaving all the grandkids for another time. Our server was excellent and has also tended the bar so could answers questions re our drink orders also. My daughters raved about the key lime pie martini, but I found it too sweet and preferred my husbands pineapple rum martini that was more complex.
