I actually ordered food to go and the waitress who helped me in the drive-through Inayah was fantastic. I had never been here before. I just saw the restaurant as I was driving home from playing around the golf and wanted some food. She was very helpful and went over the menu with me which was very extensive as I had no idea what offerings were available to me. I ordered the ribs with a side of greens and baked beans as well as an order of shrimp with a second side of greens. The shrimp was OK, the ribs were OK. I don't eat a lot of pork or red meat so when I do, I'm very selective about it and I am pretty good at doing barbecue ribs myself being from New Orleans. The sides however we're very good. The greens were good and the baked beans were fantastic. Like I said, I was not a huge fan of the ribs. I felt they could've have been more tender however, my experience was good enough, especially with my waitress that I will definitely give them another go and try some of the other main entrées next time such as possibly the pulled pork or the chicken.

This is a great bbq restaurant we had lunch at, everything we had was delicious. They have 6 or 7 sauces to try,I liked most of them. The restaurant was nice and clean and our server was very attentive. The sweet tea was also very good.

Another great dinner at BubbaQues in Sun City! We live coming here and so do the dogs! They always get a bowl of ice water and servings are so large they often get some table food! The updated outdoor patio is nice with ceiling fans and tvs. Aleena was our waitress and did a great job!

I travel all over the United States I'm from Omaha so I know what good beef is supposed to taste like I travel through Kansas City so I know what good barbecue supposed to taste like I travel through St Louis so I know it's St Louis barbecue should taste like I go through Mississippi Alabama Arkansas and Texas so I eat barbecue all over the place and I will tell you this is not the best but it's damn good and just knows even their hottest barbecue sauce is actually not that hot... I have recommended they get something hotter but if you mix there rump roaster and their Mississippi Mud it's a sweet with a Cayenne kicker The service was freaking amazing the server was always there when we needed her and she wasn't around when we didn't the manager actually waited until I finished chewing before he asked how the food was that doesn't happen a lot of places They use a lot of hardwood here so it looks like what a lot of barbecue places look like so that seems to be pretty standard but they got lots of TVs and stuff going on if you get bored We had the brisket and the meaty back ribs both excellent their french fries taste good their mac and cheese taste good I can recommend the jalapeno poppers but if you don't get their barbecue baked beans there's something wrong with you To in the mail we got the deep fried Oreo cookies I'm not sure there's a bad way to do those but these are pretty damn good and they get a little side of chocolate sauce and a chocolate sauce is really good

I wish there was more of a higher rating than 5 stars because this restaurant deserves more!!! It was our first time eating at this restaurant and it was a wonderful experience, from the wonderful customer service to the amazing and delicious food! We are from NY and we never tried a BubbaQue's BBQ before! Phil, Anna, and Peggy were wonderful and so kind to us! It was one of the best meals we have had at a restaurant since being in Florida! We love the option of having BubbaQues near us. My husband and I got the 2 pick combo. The portions are huge! The chicken wings were meaty and the St Louis ribs were too. I didn't like the smoked turkey as much. It has a deli meat slice feel to it. Catrina is as a great server! read more

The sweet smokey smell hits you in the parking lot.....so expectations begin to form. The staff is attentive and very friendly enhancing you positive experience. The menu has enough choices to satisfy everyone. They have 7 BBQ sauce choices on the table, I suggest trying them all to find your favorite. This visit I ordered the brisket, lean (they give you a choice of lean, fatty or mixed). The brisket was a bit dry, so had to put more sauce than I typically like. Potato salad side was good, but nothing exceptional. I know a slice of white bread is traditional, but I really like corn bread with my BBQ, so would like to see that as an option. I will try Bubbaque's again because maybe I just ordered the wrong meat; their brisket was very, very dry. However, they do make some awesome sides (I really liked their mac, fried okra, butter toast, and baked beans). Next time I'll try their ribs. 4 stars for food. I had the combo dinner and ordered the brisket, half chicken, cole slaw and jalapeño poppers. Brisket was great. Super tender and moist. Chicken had a nice smoky flavor but a little dry. Cole slaw was good but a little on the sweet side. Jalapeño poppers were a little sweet and a little dry. Overall, pretty good food. 5 stars for service. Shelby was our server and she was super friendly and attentive. She brought drink refills before we asked. Really sweet and had good energy. read more

Our second visit to BubbaQ's and it is just as good as the first time! The BBQ is the best, great smoke flavor on everything, meat is very tender and the collard greens and Mac and cheese are serioulsy as good as or better than home made. The 1/2 rack ribs with the fried corn on cob was very tasty and sweet . With all the different sauces they have on the table to choose from you pick the one you like the best which is hard to do. The server we had was great she was very prompt and watched if we needed anything so when you go ask for Kayla . And the GM blake came over to the table a few times and interduced himself and asked if we were doing good and food came out as we asked. We had the most amazing service by Aliya on 2/10/25. She was very welcoming and attentive. She answered all of our questions and even asked a patron at the bar if they wouldn't mind moving down for us so my Mom and I could sit together. Sadly, they've been operating on a limited basis since the fire last February. We tried it today and it isn't worth eating here yet. Cans of soda or small bottles of water are $2.75. No specials. Limited menu. The outside seating is bad. Trash trucks operating right next to the folding tables. The outhouse isn't nice, either. Just skip this place until they're back operating the right way. read more

We came here for lunch yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised by the portion size! We've never been here before, so we did not know what to expect. Our host was very welcoming and our server Jenna was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to make excellent suggestions for us newbies! She checked on us, kept our drinks full and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy a memorable afternoon. I was glad to see they offered a Big Kids menu at such a reasonable price. We had an outstanding dinner experience at BubbaQue's in Sun City on April 10th! From the moment we walked in, everything was welcoming and well run. The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and served hot. You can tell they take pride in both quality and consistency. What really made the evening stand out was our waitress, Aliya. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the entire meal. She checked in at just the right times, made great recommendations, and brought a positive, upbeat energy that elevated our whole experience. It's not always easy to find a place that delivers both great food and great service, but BubbaQue's nailed it. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Aliya if you visit! read more

Food, Service, and Amblance was 5 star. From the entry, the host was smiling and made us feel welcome. Its was our first time here. Our waiter Aleenal was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Her knowledge of beers were impressive . The restaurant layout, was great, a bar, that separated from the dinner room and outdoor sitting area. There are TV 360,,so, you could view different sports shows. Lastly, the food was Excellent, hot, tasty and the BBQ, fell from the bone, when you bite into the meats. Its well seasoned and the sides were hot and delicious too. This maybe one of the best restaurants, in this area of Suncity, Florida. I recommend highly..Its definitely becoming one of our favorite restaurants. read more

We discovered BubbaQue's on Yelp and decided to give it a try. The service was outstanding! Being our first visit, we had plenty of questions about the menu, and our server was incredibly helpful, with a great personality that made the experience even better. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes exceeded our expectations. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that the pulled pork was barely warm, which was surprising given how quickly our food arrived. The atmosphere had a classic Southern BBQ charm, complete with plenty of TVs for sports fans and rustic décor that added to the vibe. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely stop by to try more of the menu. And don't miss the banana pudding--it was fantastic! read more

EXCELLENT FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was having some issues while trying to place my order through a delivery service. I called BubbaQues (Sun City) and spoke with Kasarah, who was kind and very helpful with my questions. Her manager even got on the website I was having some difficulty with, so, that she could help navigate through it. I ended up having to call again, through no fault of theirs and spoke with Shelby, who was just as kind and helpful as Kasarah. Our order was delivered perfectly, and the food was hot and delicious. Kudos to whoever does the hiring for your store, great employees, with a great manager to boot! read more

For the most important question, the food was delicious. The meats were tender, and, they provide an option for selecting a wide variety of bbq sauce for selection. My Restaurant Attendant was Ms Kelly, and she was wonderful. She was friendly, professional, attentive, not hyper, not inattentive, and she gave perfect recommendations on the size and taste of the various bbq. I chose a half rack of ribs, which was perfect. We dined at BubbaQue's tonight in Sun City Center, FL and it was "FABULOUS" as ALWAYS!!!! We eat at BubbaQue's pretty frequently because the food is delicious and the BBQ restaurant ambiance is spot ON. The management is very attentive especially the Owner TEE. The Food is always hot and tasty every time. All of the servers are super nice and quick to get the food out to you. Shelby was our server tonight and she did a Wonderful job. Bubbaques always has the best food. It's hot, fresh and served quickly. We always ask for Kasara to be our server. She is Awesome! Friendly helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure your meal is perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant. Since they had a fire they have been working outside in this brutal heat. My family & I go once a week to support them. Kasara & the other staff members are giving their all to make this business run as smooth as it did inside. Go by and show them your support. They are my port-in-a-storm for reliably good comfort food and a cold beer after long and difficult days. Even working outside in the heat post-fire the staff are friendly, welcoming and responsive - in particular, Jess. She probably doesn't know it, but she has gotten me through some of the worst days of my life. I don't live in the area, so I'm there quite infrequently, but she always remembers me and provides the perfect balance of warmth, service and conversation. If you're looking for good humans and good food, this is the place! read more

This was our first visit. The food was great and the service was terrific. The owner served us our food and my wife asked him for a napkin. He brought a roll of paper towels and tore each of us off a few sheets. It seems that each table has a roll of paper towels and ours was missing. Not sure if it was because of that or that the owner knew we were first timers that he brought us a complimentary dessert. We will be going again and I recommend it to anyone looking for good Barbecue. read more

My mother was home alone tonight (8/21/25) and needed dinner. She has celiacs disease, so we have to be super careful. I'm out of state and was using DoorDash. Before I placed the order, I called and ended up speaking with the manager. He was SO nice and helpful and personally took my mom's order ticket and made sure everything would be safe for her to eat! Tiffany at Bubbaques was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Great food and great service! Jessica was terrific and so helpful! we had the brisket, 1/2 smoked chicken and chicken wings. We also had collard greens and fried okra as our sides. The brisket and 1/2 chicken was super tender and melt in your mouth! The greens were seasoned very well and we liked that the okra was fried perfectly (not too hard and not too soft!). I was met by the manager, Cindy, who was very welcoming. My server was Catrina, who was just very friendly and accommodating. She recommended the brisket melt, as I like cheese on my sandwich, and it was delicious with the fried okra and Ranch. Everytime I come, everyone is very friendly, smiling, and helpful. Took a Birthday Lady and friend for a little party. Our waitress Aliya was amazing, took great care of us. My friends had a smaller healthier dinner than mine, I had the brisket and ribs. Was not disappointed. At the end of our meal Aliya brought the Birthday Girl a brownie with ice cream on top to Celebrate. This place and our sweet waitress deserves many more stars than only 5. Great place for good barbeque ! Terrific waitress (Aliya) and manager ! comfortable atmosphere and great food. Best baby-back ribs I've seen anywhere and the brisket was great also. Someone opens the door and they all welcome you in. Sat right down and our server Catrina told us all about the menu and gave us her favorites. Talking with mom and food came right out. Bubba Que's is our very favorite place to go for great barbeque. Last evening I got a sampler appetizer platter that was phenomenal. The food is excellent and the service is too. This place deserves 10 stars. Even with a fire destroying their building, they kept it going for their customers with a parking lot pit stop even in this extreme heat. I came in today and had the Redneck nachos (a must try!) and Meagan and Kasara were very pleasant. Definitely recommend! And I can't wait for the new restaurant to open back up! read more
