Even though it was a busy Sunday, the young man at the front was incredibly kind and accommodating and was able to get me in last minute. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. Bee did an amazing job! She had great attention to detail, took her time, and never made me feel rushed despite how busy the salon was. The conversation was wonderful, and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The salon was also very clean and had a great atmosphere. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived and absolutely love my nails. Bee has definitely gained a regular customer, and I'll be returning for future appointments. Highly recommend!

First appointment sold us, pedicures were phenomenal. My friend had a toenail issue and the staff (Rita I believe) figured out the best way to make sure her toes were ready for sandal season. We chose to go with the monthly special, I do not remember the name, but it was a lovely experience with a reasonable price. Which is why the score is as high as it is. My next appointment I went in for an acrylic fill. I communicated the shape of the nail the length, color, style the whole works. As I've been getting my nails for years I know exactly what I like. I did ask for a little length to be taken off but not too much. Her execution was absolutely horrific. Nails were all different lengths, widths, even shapes. Best believe, I communicated with her a bunch of times what I was needing to be changed however, there was little to no fix. I was actively embarrassed with them. I did speak with management and they did help with cost and offered a free fix which was kind of them. I do want to point out that I will continue getting my pedicures there, I will never be getting my acrylics done there again.

Sometimes they massage me sometimes they don't. Sometimes they put lotion on sometimes they don't. What i really want to share is the bad experience I've had with my manicure. It's the worst. I have been cut and my cuticles are destroyed. See pictures. I am in so much pain. I'm pretty laid-back and not super picky, but this was horrible. To all the people that have received good manicures here, I'm happy for you. That just wasn't my experience.

Today, we arrived for our 1:30pm appointment for Royal pedicures, this was the key element to our Date Day-we planned our 25 minute drive into Eugene around this appointment. After sitting in our chairs, we were asked to clarify who was with the requested technician, Aimee. I let her know that there was no preference & she proceeded to tell me that one of the scheduled techs didn't work on men. We were totally okay with that & waited for both techs to sit down. The first technician was a man. A little off putting since he was obviously not Aimee, and was the one who refused to do the pedicure for my husband. I smiled awkwardly and let it go. Then we were told Aimee doesn't do male pedicures either, could we wait to see who would. THIS WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE. After a moment, we left. There was no salvaging the vibe, no offering that could have made that interaction feel okay. There is a sign on the door that reads 'NO HATE LIVES HERE.' Obviously, discrimination does. City nails called us 10 minutes after leaving & left a message letting us know they were sorry & had $15 gift certificates toward our future services if we wanted them. Hard pass. Do better.
