BRZ Granite & Marble replied the same day and gladly answered ALL of my questions over a few says to fine tune what we were envisioning. Once a decision was made they were able to come NEXT DAY! They were in out after a handful of hours and left things cleaner than before. They're a one stop shop and can do it all so we'll be using them for future projects as well. Please please read real reviews before you work with BRZ. They did a horrible job, not putting undermount sink in correctly amoung MANY other things. The son Jonathon came out and said it was a 'horrible job' . Then they blocked my phone and I am suing them. They are friendly until they have to be responsible. Yes, this job was some years ago, my husband got cancer and I let it slide. Now we are seeing huge fist sized places where the quartzite had chipped and they filled it in. It is changing colors. I was recommended BRZ from a coworker who's husband works as a realtor and uses them. Didn't have a hard time finding this location. They cut the stone on site and have displays outside. Karen was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they sell and answered all my questions. She got me setup with an appointment for measurements within the week. They redid my kitchen with new cabinets and countertops. I decided not to use their black splash that they were displaying and went with purchasing some that I fell in love with at Floor & Decor instead. I paid for it and they picked it up and installed. Once everything was complete, Tony was very reasonable about all my requests for altering a couple things with the cabinets before giving him the final check. Reasonable pricing and work was started and completed within less than 2 weeks! This included demolition, cleanup, and wiring of under the cabinet lights with removal and replacement of the sink. Overall very satisfied with the work. I did go over the countertops again with the sealant and polish after the work was done. Taller cabinets with more room to spare and gorgeous countertops ... I CANNOT comprehend how this business gets positive reviews! They got my order wrong, put in a crappy porous sink that I DID NOT choose. I was told--even after they measured--that the sink I chose was too big and they would have to use the one that is now in my kitchen. They painted the cabinets in my yard, on the pitches, and in my rock garden. They ruined a bench that my father hand made when I was a child. There are still paint spots on my driveway and front porch. They installed the cabinets so that the cabinet doors rub against each other and won't open at the same time. They did not measure correctly, so the dishwasher did not fit back into its space. They told me that it's sticking out and not being able to close the door was "normal." They told me that no one opens two cabinets at the same time and that not being able to was "normal." They installed the countertops with 2 chips. I tried to get them to fix it--now that I am past the one year mark they won't come out at all. The man stood in my kitchen and told me that he would honor his work for a "lifetime." Two years later I am still trying to get him to honor his word. He said today that they only guarantee their work for one year. Trust me---it wasn't even good for that!!!! They ignore you until your year is up. Then they don't have to honor their work or word! Do NOT trust this business. The work is poor, customer service is worse, and you will feel violated. There was no respect for our home or us as people and customers. Do NOT patronize this business! I have to choose 1 star, but my experience is ZERO stars. read more

We hired BRZ Granite & Marble for our kitchen remodel - Agreed on a total cost 2 weeks was the estimated time for completion. It's been over a month. * We paid 50% deposit. * BRZ was notified right away as we got the materials ready. Right from the beginning since they started work, * No prior communication on the day and time of their workers' arrival. * We had to call every day to check if and when anyone was coming. * Our work and life balance was messed up due to their poor and lack of communication. Halfway through, they stopped responding to us. We tried contacting them via calls, text messages, WhatsApp messages, emails. Randomly without prior notice they sent someone to do some stuff here and there. Every trip they took photos/videos and mentioned they will talk to the owner After repeated messages, Mr. Hilson (owner) and Ms. Karen came to our home to discuss the pending items. We were told someone will be there to start on backsplash tiles installation in next 2 days. Mr. Hilson also said they may need to come over the weekend to complete the work. Next day, Mr. Hilson called asking for more money to install backsplash tile because he said his contractor is asking for more money. We had never discussed price change for backsplash installation or is listed on the paperwork they provided us at the meeting at their location when we paid an initial deposit. No one showed up to complete the work. And again, no response from them. They sent a guy randomly without prior communication for 2 days to fix a couple other pending items (a worker comes in does a little bit then take photos and videos of remaining items and leaves). I believe by delaying and not responding they are trying to get more money out of us Now we are in limbo, whether and when they will complete our work? We are very tired and frustrated by their lack of communication, unprofessionalism and dragging our work. We believe this is unethical business practice. Would not give fraction of a star. read more

I saw a bad review that they had and it made me wonder whether or not to go with them . The price was a little above what I wanted to spend , but Jonathan guided me through a more budget friendly options . Apparently the stone that I wanted was from a local vendor, silestone. They educated me about all the options and showed me a new calacatta stone that I LOVE ! Karen and hilson scheduled with me and had the project done within 5 days of the down payment ! WHAT !! Other places had it more expensive and they were going to take longer . I also hired the plumber they had , he did a great job . Everything was done amazingly and I could not be happier . NOT RECOMENDED!!!! I don't usually write reviews but I feel a need for letting everybody know what happened to us, so you have more datapoints to choose. Everything started off great, communication was amazing and since they were a small business, family owned company, we decided to go with them. And now a series of poor management events happened: -Initially they came with a quote that seems pretty reasonable, until we choose the stone for our countertop, then they double the quote saying that the stone cost so much more than planned. We knew how much the 2 slabs of stone cost and believe me, they were making more than 10K our of it. Because everything was already planned with them we decided to go. -In order to get us to sign the contract they said would include everything, installation, plumbing, electricity the contract. We signed and then, of course added $500 more for a simple cabinet adaptation in order to fit the sink. From there, they start asking for extra money at every single step of the process. Even said we didn't have electricity included neither plumping and it would cost us more. There was a lot of back and forth even though we have several messages and contract signed saying the opposite, which ended causing more delay and stress -The day of the starting, our sink was delayed and we called to make sure we can go ahead and demolish without any sink to measure, Jonathan (the son of the owner) said yes, so we did give green light. Later on in the week, Hilson said we could do anything else without the sink and the project was delayed. Neither Jonathan, Hilson nor Karen showed up at our house during demo or installation. We called more than a 100 times and they didn't respond. We literally have nobody to speak while BRZ were at my house. -They lied about everything: price, things included, timeline, showing up to supervise the work, etc....they just lied at every thing they said. At the end, the work that was supposed to take 2 days, ended being finished one week after, and still I didn't have a functional kitchen, until we decided to talk with lawyers and let them knew about a legal process. This place is lacking a store front, but I am okay with that. You go into A/C trailer. The young lady that greets you is very pleasant and personable. They selection is very limited. The pricing at the gate has me stop in, but they are literally double the price of other stores. Literally twice the price of Gold Star that it literally up the access road. read more

We added a dry bar in a empty spot in our kitchen and needed to match our existing counters. Found these guys driving down 35 and glad I stopped. Price was right, did the normal get 3 quotes. And they didn't charge me for a minimum square foot like other places were going to. Service was right. They had our granite in stock and were able to get it installed in a matter of days where other places were going to be 2-3 weeks out. Horrible experience I do not recommend at all. Poor communication and not reliable. They redid the granite on my entire kitchen. Their workers didn't put on the sealant coat after placing granite and I had to call them to remind them after we already started using it to do this. This left stains on granite countertops because it was sealed after the fact. Also, Hilson took my old granite and was supposed to store and sell it from me. This was $1000 of material. I tried for 6 months to contact him about it, but never ever heard back and that money and granite is lost. Repeated phone calls and texts, but never returned any messages. read more

Brz did a great job with my project. I got my three bathrooms and a kitchen's countertops redone by them. They were on time and Hilson sat us down showed us how he will fabricate the slabs exactly. I had a pleasant time working with them. They installed everything without breaking any of the other stuff in my house and handled any concerns we had professionally. Out countertop required masonry application because it sits on a stone wall, Hilson arranged a guy to do that as well. I recommend his services. His rates were the best in the market. Do Not Hire this company to do your project. They told me I was going to get the quartz on the show room, I mean outdoor show room, that quartz shouldn't even be on because it's susceptible to problems from the sunlight. They will say that they swap them out, but this is not true at all. They will lie to you and try to get your business as fast as they can. I made the mistake of changing my mind and believing their scare tactics of potential problems that could happen by going with someone else, and gave them an $1800 deposit before actually seeing the real sample. After waiting four days and hearing lots of excuses of why they don't have the sample, I finally went to their business and got the sample which was not at all the same color as the one on the showroom they promised. After many red flags like not doing a template and bringing their fabricator that was supposed to be from One of their many shops, (they don't have any shops they just subcontract) he was in and out in five minutes and said they don't need a template to make the countertops, and this is a three slab kitchen, so not a cookie cutter design. I then canceled the project because of these many red flags and the blatant fact that they promised me a specific countertop and tried to give me a cheap China alibaba version of the one I wanted. Before finding all these things out I did give them an $1800 deposit, which they still will not return, but not for lack of trying. I have heard everything from we're going to check with our accountant we're going to give it back to you today, they need to talk to the other person, they don't return deposits. I don't want this to happen to someone else so please do your due diligence and don't become a victim of this corrupt company. read more

DO NOT BUY - Super shady company. Do not buy from these con artists. They lied to me, kept my money and didn't even deliver half of my marble. They miss-measured my marble and broke it while installing. I'm considering suing them but it's so much trouble, and they know this. That's why they get away with ripping people off. Karen works for the owner and it's her cell phone on their website... she actually blocked me instead of trying to fix what they did wrong. I literally have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my entire life. I thought she was nice at first, but she's the worst. Go somewhere else for your business, trust me...
