5 cheese bagel
Lesley M.

I swung by this location to pick up my birthday bagel. I opted to go inside rather than wait in the line for the drive-through. I did wait a couple minutes for someone to take my order, but you could see they were busy fulfilling orders. The girl that took my order was very friendly and answered all my questions since I had never been to this franchise before. I ordered the five cheese bagel with bacon, scallion cream cheese. The bagel was smaller than I anticipated, but tasted fresh and not chewy like some bagels are. I loved the bacon, scallop cream cheese and will try that again, but I might go with a different bagel option next time.

Unacceptable portions

I will not be back to Brueggers bagels. I ordered an herby turkey. And what I received was less than half of the sandwich there was one slice of turkey on this whole bagel and I also got a large drink for all this. It was $12 do better, I do not mind, paying for a sandwich that actually has 2 to 3 slices of turkey

3 people and not one aknowleged us for 15 mins

Horrible service. We saw 6 people working and everyone ignored us. After about 15 mins of standing at the register waiting to have our order taken we left. I know it was busy but the all ignored us. No aknowledgement no eye contact no just a min, nothing. How can you have 6 people working and not one can take 3 secs to take an order. I would have prefered bad service because at least we would have gotten some service!

I would have never thought a stand alone bagel place would be such a gem! My mom was fortunate to win a bagel and coffee every week for the entire year so I've since gone here twice with her and have been delightfully surprised by their customer service, Bagel offerings, and of course the great coffee they serve. So far, I've tried teh blueberry bagel with honey walnut cream cheese and asiago parmesan bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. Each of them toasted and slathered with cream cheese to perfection. We've gone together in the morning which is pretty busy and bustling but they have enough staff to get through to everyone and make sure all customers are taken care of. Today, as I was sitting with my mom while we were both enjoying our bagels, I thought to myself, these bagels are delicious. Like, not like delicious where you think it or say it and it's over with, I mean like, delicious like better than some other places that make a bunch of other things and also bagels. I'm thinking it's because they focus on Bagels and then have a few other things too. I saw that they have catering options which is great for groups for things like game night or Christmas morning! I'm really happy I got to finally try this place and enjoy spending time with my mom at the same time.

As expected, after giving it a break from visiting Bruegger's Bagel because I had a really bad experience with them. I can't use the drive thru window which is their only way to serve with no indoor dinning which makes it harder for me to order because I am deaf. Even worst, there's a loooong line of cars for the drive-thru only. And to this TODAY after taking 4 months break from it, this sign is STILL there!!! Definitely something is up and time to call the headquarter and let them know that their store in West Omaha isn't improving at all. Sooooo frustrating!

Good for soup (comes with a handful of bagel bites), bagel sandwiches, groups of 4-8. For weekday lunch, service has been quick and polite. Most customers seem to use the drive thru, so the dining room isn't very crowded. If they were to get busier, I'd probably stop coming, since much of the seating is at counters and large tables, and I'm not an extrovert. I appreciate the background music - it's just loud enough to mask conversations but never too loud. The main nearby competition is Panera. By comparison, I prefer the bagels here, it's much less busy, but there is less selection.

Could not figure out why my hands were sticky. Got home to find out this goo was all over my car seats. Picked up at Brueggers Center St.

Now they've opened a storefront and you can get bagels hot and fresh out of the oven multiple days a week! **They plan to extend their operating hours when the market season ends, for now they're open W-F 7:30-1:00 but be forewarned that they may sell out early so I'd check social media before making a late trip over. I like that their sourdough isn't too sharp and tangy like what you'd get from the pier in San Fransisco. These bagels have the classic dark crust with soft, chewy interior. They generally have 7 different bagel flavors available daily with a few on the menu rotating each week. The Salted Rosemary is hands down the best, my favorite! When I'm feeling a little sweet tooth, the French toast Crunch hits the spot, especially paired with the prepared-in-house Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese. Oooooo, delish! They also offer brewed coffee, housemade cold brew, and a variety of different ready-to-purchase beverages. There is bar counter seating as well as a cute window bench seat and additional patio tables out front. I appreciate that they considered the parking situation! You can snag a spot on the neighborhood street or there's plenty of parking at the church across the street. There is handicapped parking behind the shop.

I've…read morebeen a loong time ago (ordered a plain on plain), but with the recommendation I wanted to try to branch out - trusting the kind employee I got the Asiago Parmesan bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. It was AMAZING: flavorful and filling. Their bagel itself was top notch as well! Employee answered questions of other customers about their cream cheeses with knowledge of previously personally trying it - so you know they know the food they serve and you can trust their reviews. Fantastic service, fantastic food. Now I recommend for you to try the same! If you are looking for a nice little place to stop for a bagel breakfast look no further. Skip the Starbucks or Scooters and hit the Brueggers! (Add on: Though there's no drive thru, their window says they have order ahead, for those who like a quick pop in and out.)

FOREVER DONE with all Bruegger's after today…read more Stopped in this morning on my way to donate blood and ordered breakfast and lunch for later. I used my pre-loaded account and was charged TWICE for my order by a 65 year old man making food who had black, nasty, dirty fingernails. Gross . It legit looked like he hadn't washed his hands in a week. Had I seen them before I ordered and paid, I would have walked out and gone somewhere else. Regretfully I wish I had done that regardless. I had $61 on my Bruegger's account and after ordering 3 sandwiches and scanning my barcode, they told me I still owed them $23. Nooooo. So wrong. Three sandwiches DO NOT cost more than $61. Thats ridiculous. No common sense from these employees. That's when they charged me twice for the same order. Great. Completely incompetent. They had to call the manager Steve in, who sorta fixed the issue but short changed me. I didn't notice that until I got home. But he had another woman make my order while he worked on refunding me (incorrectly) and I was focused on that. I didn't want dirty fingernails making my food. ICK! Also, I always order the herby turkey with extra tomato spread, which they charge extra for. Fine, whatever. But I just sat down to enjoy the herby turkey. There is ZERO TOMATO SPREAD ON HERE WHATSOEVER. Charged me extra for it, charged me TWICE for it... and there is not one drop of tomato spread on this sandwich at all. Lovely How difficult is it to follow simple directions? To wash your hands while preparing someone else's food? To train your staff how to operate a register without screwing customers out of their own money? And to get one straight forward order correct, especially when the customer PAID MORE for it?! Absolutely PATHETIC. Brueggers should be ashamed. Every time I stop here regardless of the location, my order is never correct. Not once. The staff is less than competent and don't know what the hell they're doing. I'm trying to get rid of the balance on my account so I can done with them for good. Bruegger's used to be packed all the time with customers. It wasn't today. Like not at all. I can easily see why. When you screw customers out of their money, can't follow simple instructions and never get their order right, you're heading for locations to close permanently. And truthfully, I'd be happy to see this franchise close. They can't seem to do anything right. Their management doesn't care either and never answers the phone or calls back. Omaha, you want delicious bagels with a friendly, intelligent staff? BAGEL BIN! They're local with great owners. They'll be getting my business from now on.

The colorful, retro-inspired decor, bright pink walls, eclectic artwork, and funky flooring give this place a personality all its own. It's a fun, lively setting that makes breakfast feel like more of an experience than just another meal. I ordered the Chicken Fried Pork, featuring a breaded pork tenderloin topped with two eggs and smothered in chorizo gravy. What a great combination! The pork was delicious, and the rich, savory chorizo gravy really made the dish stand out. I also ordered a side of hashbrowns, which rounded out an excellent breakfast. I'm a black coffee drinker, so I appreciate a restaurant that serves a genuinely good cup of coffee without needing to dress it up. Their coffee was excellent, something I always consider a big plus at a breakfast spot. Service was very good throughout our visit. The staff was friendly and attentive, and despite the restaurant being busy, we had a great experience. The menu is also worth mentioning. There's a creative mix of traditional breakfast favorites and more adventurous options, from several varieties of eggs Benedict to unique breakfast dishes and sweet offerings. Definitely plenty of reasons to come back and explore more of the menu. Between the fantastic food, excellent coffee, friendly service, and one-of-a-kind atmosphere, Saddle Creek Breakfast Club really impressed us. Stopped in for brunch on a Saturday around 11am and waited about 25 minutes for a table. I didn't mind the wait, because they take your phone number and text you when your table is ready, so we were able to walk around countryside plaza during our wait. Our food hit the spot!!! I got the cali club which always blows me away. The fresh croissant from le quart is the cherry on top of an excellent sandwich. I usually stay away from breakfast sandwiches at restaurants in favor of other options, but will always make an exception here. My husband got the chorizo burrito- I'm not personally a fan of rice in a breakfast burrito so I wouldn't order it myself, but nonetheless it was still pretty good. I loved that they offer local hot sauces from volcanic peppers on the side. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. She was very busy but always kept an eye on us and refilled our drinks multiple times without us having to ask. Overall, it's a classic, highly recommended Omaha brunch spot for a reason. Will never say no to coming here.
