We all commented on how delicious, flavorful, and fresh the food was. The friendly counter person provided excellent customer service! Even the sauces were flavorful. I had the special drink of the day frozen pickle lemonade, very tasty with just the right amount of sweet balanced by the tart pickle. 3 of us had a hamburger & I had the chicken. The chicken was perfection!-moist, tender & flavorful. I also had the grilled cheese sandwich which was just the right amount of crunch on the outside and melty cheese goodness on the inside. The regular fries were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with just the right amount of salty goodness. The hamburgers were cooked to perfection, juicy, packed with flavor and do delicious. We 4 highly recommend you try this food truck- it is so worth the drive to Kennewick from Richland.

The owners and chefs are the nicest people around, everything is homemade down to the veggie burgers and even the cheese! The weekly specials are creative and delicious! They have the best slushees and unique/throw back sodas and I have the best time chatting with them when I'm there. Their chicken tenders with homemade ranch are INSANE! I order them all the time. They have great taste in music too and run the best social media accounts. Have I used the words best enough?? Because they are a family run make sure to check their insta before going down as things happen, machine break and it can be too dang hot to open for their safety.

Chicken was still juicy inside, while maintaining a crispy outside crust. Spice was contributed by fresh small jalapeños, not spicy flavoring powder like other establishments. Will definitely recommend this place, and will be back whenever I'm in the area. Thanks Brandon and staff, impeccable job!!!

However.... The food is terrible. Both burgers we ordered were very very mid of the road. The Burgers were flavorless and the fries are textured the way they fry them so they're not smooth. I told her she was being rude to us for nothing and she tried to blame the intercom when we were replying to her questions she asked every time, she also did not even come to the intercom until we said hello? We genuinely were just trying to get shakes and fries and she was so horrible we will never come back. Which is sad as I've been coming to this establishment for 30 years. Do better at the people you hire Burger Ranch.
