Walked in to get my brows done. Walked to the counter to sign in but was told no sign in sheet. No problem. I asked to use the restroom while she finished up on the person she was working on. I am disappointed. I have gotten my eyebrows done here before but another lady was doing them today. I explicitly told her before doing my brows just to get the stray hairs. And she took way too much off on my left eyebrow. I am disgusted. I just cannot. I have thick eyebrows but now im going to have to wait for them to go back and draw them in to be even. The location is a little out of the way now that Macy's is gone however, they do such good work! I've always preferred having my eyebrows threaded to waxing, because it only takes out what hair is needed. Ask for Binal! She is the one who owns this business and has always been very thorough in shaping and grooming. If you are very picky like I am, it's worth it to wait for her. Call and ask if she's there. I'd rather she take more time and not miss hairs rather than go super quick and do a sloppy job. Doesn't hurt any more than getting my eyebrows threaded in Dallas. They do a decent job. More expensive than where I was in getting it done in the past. I have been here twice since moving and both times they have burned me with the thread so I have a red mark on my eyelid for a couple days. Tips that I loved from my old threading place. Apply straight aloe vera gel and do a little massage when rubbing it in. That was the best. read more

I sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes without a mask on, and none of the workers had masks on. It became my turn and she asked if I had a mask. I told her I have a health restriction. She had served me before without a mask, so considering she wasn't wearing one I didn't think it was an issue. She asked me to put one on and I said "I have a health restriction and it's not mandated" and reminded her that I had been sitting there without one for 15 minutes. She said it was for when we are face to face. Seriously lady? Maybe you should say that when customers walk in and not waste their time- yes I left. The logic is just ignorant. read more

It was my first time having my brows threaded, and the experience was excellent. The kind staff are quick and precise. I prefer threading to waxing since I have sensitive skin and waxing would cause me to break out. With threading, there is little pain and it is over very quickly. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for about a year from the same sweet woman. She charged $8 and was so quick and gentle. She moved to Dallas so I had to find a new place to go get them redone. I tried this place after trying several others. It has never hurt to get them done, but because she threads so slow, it hurt with every thread. Also, I've never been to a place that charges $10 (which seems to be average) and that doesn't groom them. So after I got in the car and took a second look at them I noticed she'd just threaded the strays. My eyebrows are long and have to be trimmed. I think with time and experience,this place might do really well. And if they start grooming, I'll try them again. read more

I'm a student at UT Tyler but originally from LA. I haven't had my eyebrows done for months because I heard many cases of people getting their eyebrows messed up. But, I honestly couldn't stand to see my eyebrows the way they were so I found this place based on its reviews and I'm happy to say I was pleasantly surprised. I like how well she shaped my eyebrows while trying to keep as much hair as I could. The only thing I miss from LA is their $5 fee for eyebrows but that's ok because I love my eyebrows. read more

I never make appointments, but always leave with great results less than 10 minutes after walking in. The ladies are very kind, experienced, and offer very reasonable prices.
