I went for a pedicure and to relax in the massage chair. They put me in two different massage chairs that were broken and poking me in the back. When I let them know the second chair was also broken, they gave me a pillow to cushion my back. It was anything but relaxing. When I said something to the manager while checking out, he could have cared less. The nails are fine though. read more

nail tech was more worried about phone rather than paying attention to doing set. she applied half the set crooked and sloppy, when I said something she got very snappy and loud telling me my finger was crooked and not the placement of nail. said fuck you to me when I said I was not going back to her chair bEva use I was already there for two hours. will not being coming back. would not recommend for anyone else unless you don't care about the presence of you nails. read more

The place was great. Got in at 6:45 and was out at 7:30 for a dip powder set and removal. Only $35 and Vivian really took her time and did a great job. They have a full selection of complimentary beverages as well which is really nice. The place was very clean as well and the pedicure chairs seemed nice. I'll definitely be back! read more

Just moved to Tyler and was looking for a new nail place. This place was really nice. The staff was friendly and professional. I was offered a drink as soon as I was seated. Because we're still taking COVID precautions I was asked to wear a mask, which I didn't mind. I was glad that they wore masks as well. They had complimentary masks for those who needed them. We've given this place many chances. The staff argues. One of us ends up bleeding during the pedicure. They have one good pedicure lady.

They do a good job with toe nails but my only time getting my hand nails done the guy that assisted me did a terrible job. I asked for the dip nails on my own nails and i got them a Thursday and by Saturday they were all cracked and he left them very lumpy. My daughter got her nails done too for her birthday and the guy who assisted her kept trying to do what he wanted instead of what she wanted. She asked for one thing snd then he would point out something different. He applied silver glitter nail on ring finger on both hands and we asked for him to change it and he said it could not be possible. I dont know if that is true or if he was just being lazy and didn't want to... anyway i am disappointed because we are paying for a service and we didnt get what we expected..... read more

if i could give 0 stars, i would. i waited for 35-45 minutes and then it took the man doing my nails 2 HOURS for dip. DIP. it should not have taken that long, the application was horrible, and i break out in hives from whatever they used on my nails, and that had NEVER happened from acrylic. do not recommend. they charged me $60 and the girl next to me got the exact same thing WITH diamonds for $45. don't waste your time. read more

I had to remind her to clean my nails after putting on lotion and before polishing, they insulted my daughter and did not listen to her request to clean up and square her nails, then commented on how short and unfortunately round her nails are after the manicurist cut and filed them down to nubs. Absolute worst place i've been yet. I only gave one star because I had to. I asked for a basic solar manicure, when I addressed that i did not like how thick the white part was, instead of trying to fix it to make me happy, she told me what i could next time. THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME. Also, nothing was done to my cuticles, they look horrible. She jerked my arms around the whole time. Left very unhappy. read more

The young girl tech did my pedicure. She rushed through my pedicure. She put scrub on my feet for 10 seconds, removed it, and she didn't do the callus treatment throughly either. She didn't ask me my move my feet, she just pushed them back. Now, im in the massage chair with my eyes closed. So she could have easily said something. I looked at everything that I paid for before I selected with treatment that I wanted. I am certain that I did not get all that I paid for. She rushed through the whole thing. We came in at the last minute, right before closing time for the shop on Saturday evening. They graciously sat my daughter and me for pedicures and never once rushed us - even when we were the last people there. Vivian and my daughter's manicurist ( Lena?- I hate that we forgot her name!) were very friendly and took great care with our feet.
