Nails were ok. Not great. A few tips were crooked. Acrylic was too wide on some. Top coat wasn't smooth on edges. Overall I can live with this until my next appointment where I usually go. The thing that bothered me most was the tech's indifference to a lady who came in asking for a manicure. The tech simply said "I'm busy". Nothing else. The customer paused, I imagine stunned at the rudeness of it all, then asked when could she be seen. Another tech in the salon finally told her it would be 1:00 o'clock. She politely said thank you and left. I was only one of two customers in the salon. Maybe they were booked with appointments or whatever, but I was surprised and disappointed in how the customer was treated so indifferently. I've never experienced that behavior before. I stopped in a couple of days ago because I needed to find a new nail salon for my mother & because I'm the one that takes her, also for myself. I was perfectly happy with the salon we had been been going to for the past 8 years, but the strip shopping center does not offer handicap ramps except on each end - too far for 90 year old in a walker to navigate. Anyway, tried Divine Nails for a couple of reasons. There were wheelchair ramps conveniently located & they could get right to me. I came in to get my shellac removed and redone on a Wednesday around 5. I was the only customer at the time, which was awesome, because COVID. It's been over a week now and my nails are flawless, my cuticles are perfect. I was very happy with my service and I would definitely come back. I only didn't give 5 stars because the person at the front desk wasn't wearing her mask at all. However, she was about 7-8 feet from me and not coughing or talking or anything to produce droplets, so I wasn't very worried. read more
