Mani and pedi. Nothing fancy just a plain mani and a honey pedicure. They are busy but when they get to you they don't rush. Nice atmosphere, ask if you want a drink and seem to be sanitizing frequently. Make sure you know prices before starting. East to find snd park.

The book says 40$ for French tip but they charged me 60$ . The manager never said anything about 20 more dollars . On top of that I didn't even get what I asked for she only put a tip on 3 of my nails ? So the rest look weird cus it's just my natural nails . The cuticles are completely messed up and almost every single one is cut . The lady doing my nails just does what she wants . Terrible customer service I reccomend going somewhere else .

Not a good experience. I requested a manicure & pedicure, both of which were poorly done. Asked for clear nail polish with a hint of pink, but the application of the nail polish was not well done (a child could have done as well). The toe nail polish was very thick and on some did not cover the nail and on others it went over on my skin. The whole ordeal took about two and a half hours. I went home and had to remove it and do it myself. I will never go back there again nor will I recommend Posh Nail Bar to anyone.

Love this place! The employees are always so nice and great customer service! Clean and sanitary! They do an amazing job on pedicures and nails! I have rough feet so my heels are hard to get soft and callus free. They do a decent job. Although, this time I left with some rough heels still needing to be scrubbed but much, much better then when I came in!

First time ever getting nails, looked for a good reviewed nail salon. Posh did a fabulous job!! Love my nails, Thank You Guys, see you again soon-

Got here asked for 2 classic pedis the 2 lady's were rude right away keep asking if we wanted gel after asking for polish 3 times , laughed when we asked for 2 classic pedis. They kept laughing and giggling while clearly judging so I translated what they were saying which they were making fun of us. Cut my toenails when I didn't want them too and when I spoke up Just laughed and keep cutting. Once I confronted them and asked to stop the pedi and charged me for what they've done so far One of the other ladies started pulling on my arm trying to explain herself. read more

Very Clean, and Nice Furniture, but theTWO MEN on front row are mean L, inconsiderate, pushy and understanding is bad, especially the younger looking guy on the front corner who does most of the "fast/sharp" talking with insensitivity! just went for a color change and i got gel and it's the right color but when i got home i noticed that it wasn't dry at all it was sticky and just horrible. people were nice but honestly they didn't really care about how the nails looked as long as they got it done read more

Not a good experience. I requested a manicure & pedicure, both of which were poorly done. Asked for clear nail polish with a hint of pink, but the application of the nail polish was not well done (a child could have done as well). The toe nail polish was very thick and on some did not cover the nail and on others it went over on my skin. The whole ordeal took about two and a half hours. This is my second time visiting there and I will not be going back. The wait was so long just to get one service done. Last time I came in for shellac mani and they took 2 hours. This time, I came in for a shellac pedi and waited for 30 minutes just sitting in the chair. They didn't quote me how long it would take and everyone looked miserable. Do not recommend this place unless you like waiting for a very long time. read more

2nd visit/ Arrived on time for my appointment for gel refill nails and toes. I waited a short time and then was ushered to spa chair and a nice young lady started my foot soak. The older lady arrived shortly to start my nails. She was very distracted; stopped frequently and would walk off to attend other things. She filed my nails at the cuticle so closely that I had two cuticle that started to bleed. Young lady finished my pedicure and then polished my nails. I have two nails w/ tiny bubbles and the edges are uneven. Disappointed; will not return. read more

I am here for a few weeks from out of state. I took a chance with Posh Nails and was pleasantly surprised. Tom provided me with a pedi and fill for my powder/brush acrylic nails. He is excellent. This is the first time, in five years since having 3 reconstructive foot surgeries that I have had a painless pedi. If I lived in Tyler, I would continue with Tom for my manicures and pedicures. read more

Prior to my appointment I received a text from Katy saying she was going to be 20 minutes late. I reluctantly agreed, knowing it would push my own commitments back. I arrived at the salon on time, for my original appointment time. Katy stated she would be with me in a "few minutes". 25 minutes later, I asked how much longer it was going to be. She stated 5 or so more minutes. Finally, she was done with her previous appointment who had arrived late, which was the reason my appointment was pushed back. This salon has a strict on-time policy for clients; If you are late, late cancel, or no show, they cancel your appointment and charge you half the fee. When I stated that respect goes both ways, and asked Katy why the same on time policy did not apply to service providers, she became defensive. She stated she had let me know she was running late, and asked if she should have cancelled my appointment. I replied that she should have applied their stated policy to her previous customer who was late. Katy completely disagreed with this, and then said my appointment was cancelled. I stated that I completely agreed, and left the salon. I will not return, and definitely do not recommend anyone else patronize The Pink Rose Non-toxic Nail Salon in Bullard, Texas, either.

TERRIBLE Customer Service and timeliness…read more I just left a bad experience with Katy at the Pink Rose Non-toxic Nail Salon in Bullard Texas. Prior to my appointment I received a text from Katy saying she was going to be 20 minutes late. I reluctantly agreed, knowing it would push my own commitments back. I arrived at the salon on time, for my original appointment time. Katy stated she would be with me in a "few minutes". 25 minutes later, I asked how much longer it was going to be. She stated 5 or so more minutes. Finally, she was done with her previous appointment who had arrived late, which was the reason my appointment was pushed back. This salon has a strict on-time policy for clients; If you are late, late cancel, or no show, they cancel your appointment and charge you half the fee. When I stated that respect goes both ways, and asked Katy why the same on time policy did not apply to service providers, she became defensive. She stated she had let me know she was running late, and asked if she should have cancelled my appointment. I replied that she should have applied their stated policy to her previous customer who was late. Katy completely disagreed with this, and then said my appointment was cancelled. I stated that I completely agreed, and left the salon. I will not return, and definitely do not recommend anyone else patronize The Pink Rose Non-toxic Nail Salon in Bullard, Texas, either.
