The way the spa is set up makes it pretty private and cuts down on excessive noise since you're in your own room. Sal did my nails and he was such a delight to talk to and helped me get exactly what I wanted (which I was being kind of picky due to a work event I had the next day). One of the two owners also spent the time to help me find the colors I wanted. I got a lot of compliments on my nails. Also good to know is they have a student discount!!!! Yes they do require 24 hour cancellation for a refund which is clearly stated at least twice when schedule your appointment online, which is the only way to book an appointment. Your technician focuses solely on you...no jumping up to answer the phone or deal with "walk ins." Their policy is necessary as they work by appointment only, especially with the time they take with each client! So if you have trouble planning ahead or using a credit card to book an appointment, this is not the salon for you. But if you like to NEVER have to wait for an appointment and want a very skilled and attentive mail technician, this place is the BEST!!!
