She got irritated so I just asked for a sparkly off white cause at that point I just wanted out. She did my gel but left my hands a MESS! I was peeling and filing excess gel off for literal DAYS! Despite the first interaction not being the greatest I gave them another shot... this time reading yelp for someone mentioned in good reviews... I asked for that girl and for her to do a full set (ended up being the owner). She was okay. She was nice and got my nail shape right however AGAIN I walked out with excess product all over my hands.... Acrylic powder under my nails... gel all over my skin and paid $70+ to yet again have to go home and clean it up myself... then the next day I noticed my gel polish bubbling like it was old... Mind you I am a licensed cosmetologist in a different state (we just moved here so I haven't moved it to TX yet) so I'm very educated in the process of nail servicing and sanitation measurements needing to be taken ... I just like to have other people do it as it's much easier and usually relaxing... it was NOT easier or relaxing either time, because I had to go home to fix them somehow. I hate to be negative because the owners were kind but no one should have to go home and fix the mess you made on their nails when they are paying for you to do the service. Tools are not clean either. The file used on me I could tell was previously used but at that point it was too late to say something

I am not remembering the tecnhicians names that I had but I remember the owner was super friendly and nice and was willing to fit me in for both services even tho it was close to their closing time. Many times I go in and they say, "No sorry we are closing." But she did not do that. They did bot mani - acrylics, and pedi gels. My fingers looked good but the product was so thick on there I always have trouble picking stuff up. I like it better when they do them thinner. They did french, and I think the whites could have been wider. It was a very think line of white, so it didn't last as long. Also the technician I had decided to take out my ingrown toenails and that really hurt so I am not sure how I feel about that! LOL. No harm done, but not sure I would want that to happen again. I would def go back but would stick with gels or just regular manicure as the acrylics always destroy my nail beds.
