I got a basic pedicure. The atmosphere was so peaceful here. Not crowded, spa music, tv was muted, and clean environment. The lady who did my pedicure took her time and was very gentle and professional. She was talkative but not too talkative. Hadn't had any services done here prior, I live primarily in another state. When asked what I wanted, I showed a photo of a simple solid color set with a pumpkin design on the ring finger. The woman laughed and ridiculed me asking if it was spiderman? She made it seem as though the simple design was impossible. I requested a gel manicure and after how I was greeted, I was immediately annoyed. She took my cousin back instead and started on her. A man took me back and I decided instead to do dip because I didn't want to fight over the design. The woman added her comments about how she thought I asked for gel? Seemingly annoyed. Unimpressed by her customer service. The young guy was quick and had me finished in half the time of my cousins and we started after her. I have no problem with my nails, they are smooth and he did add length to 3 of my nails because they were a little shorter (I used my natural nails and shaped them) and those were left a little longer so it is obvious if you really look at them, but that's okay. Nothing I can't deal with. My cousins nails were lumpy and crooked so while I was waiting, I watched as the woman filed the color off to reapply and make it smooth. I'm glad she did that without my cousin having to ask her to do it. She did a heart design to finish off the set and the lines were very wonky and messy so I'm glad I didn't end up having her attempt a design on me. I got the $25 basic pedicure and it was pretty less than basic. I was the only one there so you would think he could've really took his time with attention to detail but instead everything was very lazy. No lotion or massage, heels scrubbed dry with the grater with no softener or product. Polish is average, a little sloppy on the cuticles. Will not be returning. read more

I am very happy with the customer service. They offered water for us while I waited for my daughter to get her manicure and pedicure done. The only reason why I don't give them 5 starts it's because I think the prices are too high, they had a discount the day that I was there, but When there is no discount I think the prices are gonna be too high for their services. I usually always get my nails done here and i've loved it. i've had the old man the younger man and the young mom ivy, but today i had ivy's mom. she's the old lady with o mile or freckle on the right of her lip. everytime she you try to push my skin down with her nails it hurt so bad. she didn't ask what shape i wanted before cutting my nails so she has to completely remove the acrylics. then while she was filing my nail she accidentally ripped the acrylic off and let me tell you that pain hurts. when she filed she would burn he and cut me and she never failed nor to make something get in it. now that my nails are down they're sill aching a little and they're pretty sloppy. Warning. The lady doing my nails cut me 2 times VERY badly. She tried to put glue over the big cuts and gave me a funny face when I told her no glue. I had to go to the doctor because one of the cuts were infected a few days later. My nails were uneven and untidily filed. Not to mention they did not change any towels or supplies after each client. Went on Vacation With a friend, a lady took care of me and cut my skin and made me bleed multiple times, I asked for a coffin shape and they look like sad tear drops- some are longer than others and all are extremely wide and and misshaped. the tech knew they made mistakes but continued to not fix them and continued to pile more acrylic on. I have been to this nail salon before and the service was pretty good... Its was my option when running short on time.. they are quick to get you in and out... I will not return after my mani pedi on Saturday. Started off with a pedi and the man doing it seems to be doing a great job, my toes turned out well. While I got the pedi he had me soak my nails in remover to help remove the shellac that was already in place... After i was done soaking and returned the bowl to him he sucked the used solution back into the bottle... YUCK! Then while he was working shellac mani, other customers started comming in, he got very rushed and impatient with me. Even left me to sit so he could start a pedi on someone else... then returned and rushed thru the rest of my nails... the end product was not a well applied polish job.
